The rooms are okay. One of the rooms was a little smaller than we expected, but both rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, a good variety of foods to choose from and Suzanne - the woman taking care of the breakfast when we were there - was so kind. They even allowed to have breakfast a little earlier than usually was allowed on our last day before we had to leave for the airport. Also recommend to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. It is very easy and cheaper than the train if you're traveling with 3 or more people.

The fact we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air and the air conditioning was not working (as it was not summer season yet according to the staff) was a little bit uncomfortable for someone who has difficulties sleeping in a stuffed or hot room

One of the most important reasons why I chose the hotel was Ms. Elif, whom I read in the comments. She took incredible care of us. She was friendly, polite and helpful. She also gave us suggestions about the city... Thank you Ms. Elif and all staff. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We were given a place to leave our luggage on the day of check-in and the day of check-out. The room was large enough, clean, and all furnishings were sufficient. The hotel is in agood location... thank you for everything

The room could have been a little warmer. The heating system was inadequate for us.

The Hotel is within 15 minutes walk to the centre of Vienna, close to the tube stations, tram stops and the airport transfer train station. The room was clean and the kitchenette had enough equipment for our stay. Staff were professional and polite and the cost of the stay was really good.

The room had no means of cooling it other than opening the window which meant the room was noisy. The thermostat on the wall only allowed the room to get warmer, which didn't help. Space around the bed was very limited and trying to get passed the bed side shelving to the toilet was difficult. The shower worked but the pressure wasn't great and no cleaning of the room is done.

The location is superb. It is at walking distance from the center of Viena, it has a fantastic view of one of the canals, and multiple buses/trams stops at the door of the hotel. I like that it is pet friendly and that it implements ecological measurements as not cleaning the room everyday, only upon request, or once a week.

As it is an apart hotel, and it is not being cleaned everyday, I would have appreciated some brush or mop to clean the kitchen. To be honest, at the beginning it was not clear that the cleaners wouldn't come as in regular hotels, and the first 2 days we were wondering if we missed the cleaning slot or what. Also it has no toiletries , only soap and shower gel, no tea in the kitchen and not enough coffee capsules (only 2 for a week)

1. Location. The location of this hotel is simply amazing. It's within 20-30 minutes walk from all major attractions, 5 mins walk from the metro station and 1 min walk to the tram stop. The nearest supermarket is also 5 minutes away. 2. Suite. It's small but equipped with all the necessities. The interior is pleasant. There's a bathroom with hairdryer and good lighting, compact kitchen with a little stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen wear. Overall, great for a solo traveler. 3. Wi-Fi. It's free and pretty fast, but you'll need to reconnect to it every 24 hours (not a big deal tho).

1. Though I knew it beforehand, I think it's worth mentioning that the hotel does not provide free cleaning unless you book for 7+ days. That means if you book less, you will either have to clean and take care of trash by yourself, or pay for cleaning additionally, just keep that in mind. 2. Windows. They don't open. I knew it beforehand as well and didn't think it'll be an issue at all, but after I arrived and understood that even when you turn on the AC - the lack of fresh air in the room was suffocating, for me. If you're like me - note this one too. 3. No slippers. This one may sound petty, but usually when booking 4-5* hotels I expect having slippers included.

I stayed in Adagio many times. Reception personnel, especially Arun, very efficient and has professional approach to any matters. Very kind and friendly. It is convenient to stay in Adagio because it is close to sightseeing, shops, cafés, restaurants etc. I like to walk everywhere, so Adagio is the right place for me.

The interior of Adagio unfortunately changed. Some years ago, the interio was elegant, presentable and beautiful, but now it looks like a kindergarten. I personally do not like the current look as you enter Adagio. My room 513 was not warm enough. Probably heating system failure.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, primarily thanks to its excellent location and connectivity. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, bright, and maintained at a truly high standard, contributing to the overall exceptional experience. A special shoutout goes to Susanne from the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond every morning to make me feel right at home. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly set the tone for a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its quality and service.

Our room had so much space and storage. The kitchen area has all utensils for a stay, even fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso pods are available daily from reception. Room was very quiet. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Bag storage is a bonus, should you arrive early or leave after check-out time. The ambience is great. Reception has a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The fitness room and sauna are available, even with a table tennis table! It may seem a little out of the way, but its so easy to walk into Vienna.. about 12 mins to StephensPlatz. Underground a couple of minutes away at Schwedenplatz, and easy to use. Take the airport train 16 minutes non-stop to Vienna City station and its only an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommended.

The only thing stopping 5 stars on facilities... we were looking forward to using the sauna after long days out exploring in the cold but it was out of order! No doubt this will be fixed soon and back available for guests.

The location is very convenient. The room is cosy. Note that there is no everyday room service. You can get a new set of towels or a new bottle of hand soap etc. at the reception when you need that. It was totally ok not to have the room service and I support such environmentally-friendly activity, but the room price should be lower then.

The room price could be lower, taking into account there is no room service. There are no family rooms and they deny the request to add an extra bed in the room - although when we arrived we evaluated that the room was big enough to fit in an extra bed, so this is their policy not to add extra bed, as there clearly was enough space to place one if there would have been a chance to do so. This was disappointing.

liked the location, easy access/walking to center, Prater, U-Bahn, Tram right across the street. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Loved having the kitchenette. Grocery store close by. Hotel is right by the Danube Canal
