super nice staff, let us check in a few hours early as well. the rooms were so nice and spacious, especially considering the cheap price we paid for it. bathrooms are super clean and staff gave us 2 free drinks! def recommend.

hard to find the check in location. they close the main entrance at night, and me and my friend went out and came back late and couldn't find the proper location to get in. we ended up spending half an hour trying to find the side entrance.

The staff were friendly and the beds were confortable.

Didn't quite deliver what it promised. We had a "Wow" room but didn't really get the "wow" affect when we entered. The shower door opened into the toilet. Seems like they were trying too hard to make it different/unique. Also not easy to find the entrance to the hotel. Finally I had to fill out all my personal information at check-in on their computer. I don't understand why they do this when they already have all this information from booking.com

Not that I didn't like it - but very strange to do a self check in - this was our first experience of this.

We really enjoy our stay at Ruby Lissi Hotel (April 26 to May 3, 2025). The room was just renewed and very confortable and clean. Location is perfect to reach the main touristic points in Viena, by foot or by metro. The breakfast is nice, although expensive. But the pizza at the bar was wonderful.

We only missed a frigo bar in the room. And on Sunday, we left the room to have breakfast at the hotel and when we came back to the room it was already clean and the door was not completely closed. It was an unconfortable felling. The temperature in the room is central controlled. Just a litle possibility to change that. For me it was warm along the nigth.

There are lots of cost saving measures in place. the hotel occupies the inner portion of a larger building, so the hotel lobby doesn’t lead directly on to the street, and you enter via some rather unglamorous passageways. There are no coffee machines or fridges in the rooms, you can alter the temperature up or down by only 3C, you can’t really reach customer service by phone, and the staff try and get you to swap room cleaning for cocktail vouchers. But the upside is that you stay in well sized, comfortable rooms with high quality beds, bathrooms and fixtures at a fraction of the cost of other hotels in central Vienna. The rooms and common areas are stylish. The roof top bar is great. This is a great way to run a hotel - focus on what matters and make it affordable.

Breakfast had a nice variety and definitely something for everyone. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Housekeeping is doing a good job and is very friendly too (definitely leave a tip if you can). Our room was equipped with a cute music box connectable via Bluetooth. You can choose to not have housekeeping do your room on the daily (every three days instead) and get free drinks-coupons for their bar in return. Overall a great experience!

The umbrellas in the vending machine weren't filled correctly so one got stuck by the tag while getting dispensed by the machine. But overall a great experience!

The location is fantastic—super close to the city center, making it easy to explore Vienna. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a really cool interior design and brand communication. Even though we stayed in the “Nest” room, it didn’t feel too small. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety, with enough options for meat, fish, and veggies. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, the value for money was great, and we had a wonderful time enjoying Vienna.

It would have been nice to have bottled drinking water in the room, as well as a tea or coffee set for convenience. While it was possible to order tea at the bar or go elsewhere to make it, having these options in the room would have been much more comfortable. Despite these small issues, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel for its style, comfort, and location!

Great location, just a short walk from the major attractions, "homey" feel of the lobby and bar area, extremely nice persons at the reception. Wonderful breakfast with great selection and good coffee. Very nicely done bright room! Supr nice notes to the guests displayed in different locations inside the hotel.

Entrance to the hotel a bit hidden and confusing to navigate, but once learned it was not a problem.

Great location, the staff as a whole were super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a highlight and tasted very fresh and healthy, the barista coffee was great.

We weren’t able to add on breakfast for future days as the discounted rate was only applicable if selected on check in, we ended up having breakfast for the first day and then wanted to add on for the additional days but were told we were only able to access the discounted rate at check in, so we needed to pay an additional 5 euro per person for each day which was a shame. Not the staffs fault, it was the system which didn’t allow to add on.
