Wonderful exterior, interior, reception area with a great staff. Water also kept at the reception which was a nice touch. Its located in a Quiant part of Vienna, hence its a quiet & relaxing area. The room & bathroom was spacious & extremely nice. Location: 5 mins walk to closest metro, 15 mins walk to the metro which takes u directly to the main bus/train station. 2 mins walk to nearest tram stop.

No views from the room. Area of the hotel is nice but not old town bustling which was fine for me but others might want to stay nearer to Stephenplatz etc.

The reception staff is very helpful. Especially Veit was very helpful. He showed me all the places I would visit. Where to shop, which cafe to have coffee at. On top of that, they are very friendly. The location is very central. Transportation is very easy. The U4 metro is close. The beds are very comfortable. I had a vacuum bag and the cleaning staff helped. Don't worry about whether the room will be warm during your winter trip. The temperature was very good.

The fact that the floors are carpeted is bad for hygiene. I also woke up to construction noise at 7 in the morning. Moreover, even though I told them, the noise started again at the same time the next morning.

the location of the hotel is excellent only a short work to all the main attractions .Breakfast was included in our stay, there was plenty of choice from pastries , breads to cooked meats , variety of cooked eggs , cereals , yoghurts and fruit . the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful . the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable .I had excellent nights sleep as the hotel and surrounding area was very quiet, I am not sure if that was because we were there in January but it was very peaceful .

the only Criticism I had was thee was no milk for tea and coffee in the room , just coffee creamers, there is a fridge so I think they could leave some fresh milk .

Very good location, 5 minutes from entering city center, close to the bus stop of the bus going to the airport and tram,metro. Very good facilities, and the room spacious and clean. Definitely recommended.

The staff lacked in professionalism which i believe it might be due to language skills. In particular, i felt a bit of cold approach in attitude, not much of willingness to support or lack of knowledge which led to lack of support when it comes to instructions on routes, means of transport etc. The staff should interact in a more hospitable manner.

the only thing I don’t really like was the room key. it’s too big for the pocket or my handbag , also the room key has all the details like hotel name and room number. if we accidentally lose it somewhere when we out ,then ppl can found out where we are stay , don’t think is safe at all .

Location was very convenient, very close to the train network, which was easy to nvigate, and close to shops/restaurants/main city. Staff were very helpful with all of our questions, and especially upon arrival with suggestions of "must see's/do's" and ways to get around, order of seeing them etc. Loved Vienna as a city and will definitely be returning to K+K Palais Hotel when we do return.

Excellent location very close to underground and tram stops. Very quiet but close to central Vienna. Good varied choice at breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean though tea bags not replaced.

The team on the front desk were with one exception surprisingly brusque and grumpy. They rarely smiled! Maybe it’s a cultural thing but we asked for advice on how to get somewhere and were met with a frown, shrug and no ideas or attempt to try to help us. I like my tea and had to ask at reception every day for some more tea bags and milk for my room! They were never replaced by housekeeping the whole week I was there which was odd - and frankly a pain considering what we spent on rooms for a week! Usually to be on the front desk you need to be smiley and helpful!

Excellent kitchen staff at breakfast made a great start to the day. They were professional and attentive and brought their cultural diversity with admirable pride. Good size of room with a lovely park view. Breakfast was good, but could use more variety. The entrance to the hotel is stunning. Location is close to the old town and transport is about 5 minutes walk.

The front desk staff provided some information, but were not as approachable and welcoming as expected for their roles. We saw dirty leftover socks in the room. Although we opted for the ‘no clean’ option to sustain the environment, the cleaners must take care to clean the rooms thoroughly before new guests.

We booked a cozy urban room, and we were given a room in the 6th floor (last floor of the building). Room was simple, decent size but comfortable and nice. I especially liked the very comfortable bed and pillows and the renovated bathroom (our room had a walk-in shower). The building is really beautiful, especially from the outside. Location is great, inside the Innere Stadt, very close (walking distance) to everything and just 5 minutes to the metro station (if someone prefers to move this way). Staff were polite and attentive. In general, it’s a good value for money, especially given its location.

Our room in the 6th floor was below the attic and had slanted roofs (not very comfortable for tall people). Breakfast was average, it could be far better and include more options to choose from, and it was probably not worth the additional money (not included in the stay).

The staff was attentive, pleasant, and very professional. The room was very comfortable and a nice view of the park. We brought back some takeaway food one night and the front desk manager provided utensils for our meal. A complimentary bottle of water was left in the room each day. The front desk manager even called a dog friendly taxi for us when we checked out.

I liked everything but I did miss one thing. A turn down service would be a very nice addition. A nice little chocolate to be left in the room each evening.
