The pension is right next to the cathedral, so the location couldn’t be better. You can walk everywhere, but if you don’t feel like it, there’s a metro station really close by. The staff is lovely, super friendly and always up for a chat. The room is pretty spacious and has everything you need: a TV, a small coffee table with chairs, a coffee machine with capsules for coffee and tea and a minibar with free water (such a nice touch). Plus, when we arrived, the heating was already on, which was much appreciated in the middle of January.

The bathroom, although well-equipped, is really small, so showering or getting ready was a bit uncomfortable. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in their office, but keep in mind that it's in another building, about a 10 minute walk from the pension.

These self check in apartments are in a great location, just minutes away from Stephansplatz metro station and walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. Everything was easy. Air con was great and the room was spacious (excluding the bathroom).

The bathroom was ridiculously small, I am not a big person and I almost fell out the door of the bathroom once I had stepped out of the shower! Not sure how the app works but I had set the do not disturb on my room and each time I left I would come back to the room having been cleaned/entered - I prefer to not have housekeeping when it is a short stay.

Great welcome, very thoughtful plus amazing biscuits and chocolates. The neighborhood is amazing, excellent location, extremely clean, good arrangement of the furniture( we were 3 people and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all) , nice cozy vibes.

Soundproof issues especially in the bathroom. Also the bathroom although it was very clean and good equipped with toiletries it was kind of small for 3 people. However these are just small flaws compared to this excellent accommodation

The location was excellent, right in the geographic centre of Vienna and possible to walk to many attractions. Many restaurants and cafes around and also close to the train station. The aircon was welcome, given I was there in the middle of a heat wave, 35° days. The property was quiet, no noise at night, inside or from the streets. House keeping staff kept everything tidy and clean.

There wasn’t much to not like but given it was hot and I was there 6 nights I would have liked to be able to do some washing, you can’t do much in a little basin. Also a common area fridge where I could have kept drinks/food cold would have been appreciated.

Amazing spot, position wise - 3 minutes walking to Stephanplatz and the metro station, it's hard to be more central. Quality wise I was also positively suprised - it was clean, decently furnished and had all the promised amenities. The room was clean and everything worked, the self check-in was also really easy and convenient to do. As a pleasant suprise they provided not only tea, coffee and basic toiletries but also free bottled water, earplugs and less commonly encountered set of bathroom necessities such as shower caps. All in all amazing place for the price.

There was no proper wardrobe which could be an issue if you were staying for longer. The doors don't insulate well from the sounds - but to be clear, I don't count rhis as a proper problem as they even peovide free single-use earplugs (and it was quiet when I was there).

Excellent location at the center of the city near Stephanplatz whith an easy access to the nearest metro station at 4 min walk and 10 min walk to the opera where you can get the hop-on hop-off buses at their departure. Stephanplatz and its nearby roads are the heart of the city at this time (late November). A renovated, warm and very clean room at a quiet road within the urban fabric. Nearby many cafes, restaurants and shops.

The odours at the staircase of the old pension building, where Asian people cooked. The kitchen by the staircase has no adequate ventillation. European people are not familiar with such intensive smells. However, the pension and its rooms are isolated and far away from such odours.

We loved the location. The staff that we encountered were friendly, and we were especially grateful for the young man who greeted us earlier than our scheduled arrival and allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in (we’d flown overnight to Vienna and were simply too tired to drag our bags around for another hour). The bed was VERY comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. We appreciated the free water in our mini fridge, which was restocked daily.

The room was very small, although I knew from my reservation that it would be small. It was about the size of a cruise ship cabin.

Perfect for a memorable stay in Vienna. Everything can be reached within a 1-2 minute walk (attractions, shopping street, restaurants, subway). You can have breakfast in the very cozy cafe opposite. The room and bathroom are completely clean, everything is as in the photos. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of a beautiful old downtown building. The self-check-in system is reliable and flexible. There is no reception, but cleaning is done every day. In the room you find mineral water, capsule coffee and tea gratis. (I read the negative comments, nothing of them is true.)

The location is excellent. Very close to St. Stephan Church and public transportation. Even just 7 min. walk to take a bus to the airport. There is no need to transfer. Warm shower. Although it was self check in, everything went well smoothly.

Very small room, AC didn't work. Because of the size of the room, the air was quite stuff.
