The location was perfect very close to main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, had chocolate on Easter Sunday felt special.

The toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom where the sink was but it was only slight issue.

The location was amazing!!! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good lots of choices. The room was cozy but very well appointed. Water pressure was great in shower. Overall this was an almost perfect stay.

We had 1 of the rooms with the slanted ceiling and sky light type windows which was really cool. The only part I didn't like is that even with the sun shades down I could have wanted it a bit darker, but we did just fine. Also our last am there we took showers and the drain got clogged and water was everywhere but 1 quick call and they were taking care of us right away!!!

They were kind enough to upgrade us which was a very pleasant surprise, we absolutely loved the Deluxe Double Room. It was surprisingly spacious and had great amenities (a sleeping kit, slippers, bathroom amenities), a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator in the room. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were also kind, and the tea in the lobby is a thoughtful touch. The location is also very walkable and we had no problems with street noise.

We couldn't change the room temperature (the panel didn't work), which was inconvenient, but we could open the window which helped. Otherwise, we were perfectly content!

Location was superb. Right round the corner from the hugely impressive stephens cathedral and walking distance from museums, cafes, restaurants. The room was pleasant and comfortable and clean. We loved the big sliding window which meant we could get a good view of the world going by. Fridge was great to have.

One lamp on the table didn't work. Only one plug socket on either side of the bed worked, which meant you could have either the lamp or phone plugged in, but not both. There was a tablet on the table, which we presumed would give us some info about breakfast prices, etc but wasn't working at all. We were told it was for decoration? They need to spend a little money sorting these things out and there would have been no complaints. The negatives didn't impact our stay too much, but noticeable and a bit irritating.

Wonderful stay, the hotel is very well located just a few meters from the central square (less than a 2-minute walk), where you’ll find the cathedral and the metro station. Everything was impeccably clean, the friendliness of all the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good with great eggs, cappuccino, variety, and quality. At the end of the day, they always had cookies, tea, and coffee available for guests, which is a quality extra above the average. I highly recommend it, 5 stars. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

All the Staff especially the receptions Sahra and all, When asking for advice they where there to help any time. Location super. Breakfast excellent. That welcome hot tea during day and night was super. Very safe to walk to the hotel from city centre. We recomand the hotel to the best possible. Especially for seniors

Prices of restaurants in certain places.

The hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Shops, restaurants, metro stations, museums etc., all easily reached by foot or metro. The area felt safe, even at night. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony upon asking and want to say a huge thank you to the amazing receptionist, Franck, for making our stay even better. The room was clean and had everything you'd need (toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, eye mask, earplugs and even a little bottle of pillow spray).

Although the hotel was situated on a quieter side street and we were on the 8th floor, cars blasting loud music with deep bass could be heard at night (with the balcony door shut). That being said, earplugs and the white noise coming from the aircon unit certainly help with that. The aircon in our room wasn't great, but we survived just fine. The pillows were also super uncomfortable.

I had an incredible experience staying at Elaya Hotel Vienna Center. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to all the attractions Vienna has to offer. Overall, my stay at Elaya Hotel Vienna Center was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for unforgettable experience in the heart of Vienna.

We were warmly welcomed and even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room by a very kind staff member. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, with a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix—great for relaxing after a day out. The bathroom layout offered nice privacy, which is ideal when traveling with someone. The location was perfect—right in the center and close to everything. Breakfast was limited in variety but very tasty and fresh.

Location is just near the main attractions and its quite since its located off the main road. Very convenient and near the train station.

The pantry staff seemed displeased when we joined the other guests for the early breakfast. However, we had been advised by the Reception to do so, as we had an early day tour scheduled. But overall staff were nice especially who assist us when we checked in, just forgot to get his name though.
