I travelled with my 17 year old daughter, we had a warm welcome on check in, the room was stunning, beautiful bed, and a bonus of free mini bar.

The hotel bar staff was very dismissive of me…there was 3 staff and when I approached the bar, not one of them smiled or even acknowledged me, it wasn’t until the manager got to the bar, when one of the men said in a unfriendly tone, that I would be waiting at least 20 minutes before anyone would even come to our table, and even if we ordered we would be waiting a very long time, as a female traveller with my daughter I felt uncomfortable and upset, and he was right as no one came to pur table, I paid a lot of money for our stay and I found this shocking service in such a beautiful hotel, we stayed 5 nights but didn’t go in the bar again. I did let one of the reception staff know as she could see I was visibly upset and she took my name and room number, but I heard nothing from the manager

Great staff. Great location. Quiet, comfy, spacious and modern room (smart tv, electric blinds....). Superb bedding. Complimentary minibar with quality items (may depend on the room you book). Bathroom is spacious and well equipped. The entire place is spotless. There's an attention to detail in all aspects of your stay. A truly great experience overall.

The below are small aspects that could be made better, not deal breakers in any way. Nespresso coffee machine in the room is great but it would be even better to have more sustainable options than non reusable coffee pods. The room could be made even quieter with an added door strip, there's a tiny gap at the bottom that does let in some noise from the hallway and some tiny amount of light (the room is overall quiet, just something that could be easily made even better).

The Leo Grand was a lovely modern hotel inside a beautiful old building. It was is a superb position, we had a view of the church from our room. It was within walking distance to all the attractions in Vienna. The room was very beautiful and the bed was comfy. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would most definitely recommend The Leo Grand for a short trip to Vienna

Excellent location. Facing Stephenson Cathedral center of city. Beautiful hotel located in period style building, exquisitely detailed and decorated. Clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and seemed as if they couldn’t do enough for you. Treated us very special from the time we arrived until we left. I recommend the Leo Grand highly.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! From the warm welcome when we arrived, to the beautiful decor throughout the hotel, our luxurious room, all the little extra touches that put a smile on your face, the food both at dinner and breakfast, and of course, the staff who were all so friendly and professional - this is an outstanding hotel and we would not hesitate to go back and to recommend it! It is perfectly situated in the centre of Vienna, just a couple of hundred yards from the Cathedral. Everything can be easily accessed on foot. Vienna is a stunningly beautiful city, definitely worth a visit.

A very beautiful chic hotel in the middle of Vienna. Stunning bathroom with big fluffy towels - good water pressure. The toilet had a dim night light so you don’t need to turn the light on at night to find your way. Comfortable bed and pillows - two doonas for the bed which was great - one for each person. We ate at the hotel restaurant - the Cosmo Kitchen - a few times for breakfast, two dinners and a lunch - great selection and very yummy food. Great wait staff. This hotel is one of the best that I’ve ever stayed in - worth booking.

The aircon didn’t work great but as we staying in March we could open the window to make the most of the cool weather.

We booked the Leo Grand as a “treat” hotel in the middle of a lengthy trip. It is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in! The design, the comfort, the luxury; all amazing. Located in the heart of Vienna we were close to everything. The staff were all amazing too; front of house, back of house, the restaurant; service was first class and there was simply nothing that they wouldn’t do to make our stay more comfortable. Quick example; we had an early morning start for a tour, which meant we would have missed the delicious breakfast. So what does the Leo Grand team do? They prepare a breakfast basket for us!!!

That we had to leave and that all future hotel stays will be judged against the Leo Grand!

The grandure of the hotel, it was beautiful. Fabulous room, attention to detail. Free mini bar, complimentary bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble when asking for anything. Fabulous breakfast in a stunning restaurant. Excellent service. Great location. We had an evening meal on our first night in the restaurant, as it was Valentine's Day we pre booked so as not to be disappointed, we even received a voucher towards the bill. We would definitely return, particularly in the summer months, so we can experience sitting in the beautiful outside seating area and enjoy the restaurant with an open roof. This hotel is definitely a 5 star 🌟
