The hotel is great, the room comfortable, bright, nice view, excellent spa and swimming pool with good opening hours which allows to enjoy it before and after work while on a business trip. The only thing that I really missed was a full size mirror in the room - to check your look as a whole before leaving the room.

By far the best hotel stay I experienced in my life so far. Magnificent building, delicious and qualitative food, impeccable service, kind and helpful staff. The hotel building itself is splendid to say the least, and in perfect condition. Spa and sport facilities were a dream too. Breakfast buffet was rich in variety, exceeding my expectations from a hotel breakfast. The room was large, luxurious and beautifully styled with a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. I would be delighted to be back!

The only thing to regret is that I did not book a longer stay, as I could easily have enjoyed a week there. No remarks whatsoever!

Hotel excellent and in great central location for shopping and museums etc. All staff are excellent and very helpful. We used the Park Hyatt car transfer from the airport which was very efficient.

The only minor issue we had was during breakfast on one morning. The room was busy and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Our order was wrong so we sent it back for a replacement. In total we waited 40 minutes for our breakfast. We noticed others had similar issues on that day too.

The Breakfast and dining area. Very elegant. Worth staying just for that. The swimming pool and the facilities around d it were also wonderful.

The entrance - DULL and not clear it was an entrance. It seems that they had locked the door at about 9pm arrival in winter and No doormen were visible. Waited 5 minutes in the cold to enter. Ended up going to the side entrance via restaurant entrance to get their attention. Really unacceptable.

The hotel met all our expectations. Superb decoration, clean, a sense of luxury at every turn. We have been to many 5* hotels but Park Hyatt Wien is at the top. The staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman at the entrance, the Concierge and the gentleman at the reception. The breakfast is made of top quality ingredients and looks perfect. See you again soon!

Osoblje na recepciji pokusaca da vam uvali sobe koje se nalaze na zadnjem spratu sa velikim kosinama i nisu za hotel od 3 zvezdice a ne 5 zvezdica. Takodje kad ugasite klimatizaciju u vasoj sobi,bukvalno sve ugasite na off,desava se da u toku noci ljudi iz hotela pokrenu neki njihov sistem koji hladi u vasoj sobi i kad se ujutru probudite budete zaledjeni

- Exceptional, hospitable and very accommodating staff (especially Annia). Customer service is superb. - Best location in Vienna (don't bother going to other big brand hotels as they aren't in the right location - i.e., not central). You're just in the middle of the action, where fantastic restaurants and cafes are just next door, in addition to retail shops. - Although a bit pricey but definitely worth it and the value for money is great (especially if you compare it to high end hotels in major international cities). - This hotel made me appreciate the beauty of the great city of Vienna and indeed will make visit it again.

not to clean for 5 stars hotel at Top location. very slow waiters on breakfast in restoran who is missing tables. They wants to place us to sit in Bar for breakfast brcause of not enough tables. This is not corect in hotel which costed 910 Euro per night for 2 persons. other things ok

- luxury at its finest - the lobby is incredible - staff are very friendly - the room was beautiful - the cafe on the side of the hotel is impeccable - tv was very good - excellent climate control - the hotel was quite and welcoming - best location in Vienna - bathroom was big - room service was excellent
