Nice stuff and good facilities and perfect location

I ask for one bottle of water in my room and they charge me for 21 euros 11 for the cost of the bottle and 10 for service fee so that’s so expensive never had been charged for that before

Location is outstanding, it’s right in the center of the city. Right next to a subway station (literally next to the hotel entrance). Breakfast is fabulous, the room is very quiet. The room was very good and clean. Lots of restaurants around. If you’re hungry for pizza, order vapiano, which is right below the hotel - good pizza for half the price of that from the room service.

The service was poor at times - we asked for an additional bad in advance, it wasn’t ready in advance. The room wasn’t cleaned during the morning hours, house keeping insisted on coming during the siesta hours (around 15-16), once even entering the room, while we were in it. There was a glitch with the taxi to the airport. Everybody is very nice, but something is off. Also the gym is not so good.

Very comfortable room in a lovely, centrally located hotel in a beautiful city. Breakfast was really good and the Staff were mostly extremely friendly and helpful,

On checking out, I requested an invoice and was told the printer wasn’t working. The person I spoke with took my email address and promised to email the invoice to me. Exactly 2 weeks after leaving this hotel I still have not received this email even though, on checking out, I was assured it had been sent. I even spelt out my email address to the guy at Reception when checking out!! Otherwise, everything else was really good.

The location was excellent, and the staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and explaining how the transit system worked. Our room had lots of light and two chairs.

The bar was a bit odd, and very expensive. I paid 11.5 Euros for a bottle of water?!? And the breakfast was 36 Euros for the breakfast unless you opt in at the beginning for all of them (in which case, it’s 36 Euros), when the fabulous Cafe Central a block away charges only 25 Euros for its Kaiserfruestuck. One of the staff recommended a restaurant for an evening when there were demonstrations (and thus we had to walk unusually far to get there), assuring us that we didn’t need a reservation, since their guests often went there—and the restaurant proved to be closed for the summer.

Property felt like a true 5 Star Experience in the heart of Vienna, just slightly off to the side of the madness. The street name Herengasse which translates to gentleman, and the property delivers. Don’t forget to use the onsite gym and steam room, and the staff were great. The included (for extra) is not notch and a cut above the rest. Especially loved the Omelette station. With the roughly 30€ to get your day started right. Short walk to Chanel and all the shopping including the Sis Museum and Stephansplatz.

Location and staff and 5 Star feeling

Our second stay with you. Exceptional through and through. Location excellent for us and room spacious, quiet, comfortable and very clean. The reception staff was exceptional. The breakfast/ restaurant and bar staff exceptional. The food and drink options were excellent and it’s just really nice to start the day with a great breakfast and finish off the day with a great cocktail. We had dinner in the bar and in the restaurant, both excellent. We also scheduled massages and Sofia was amazing. The F&B manager Jakob was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Melanie, took excellent care of us in the morning at breakfast. The evening bar staff Sasha, Igor and of course the always amazing Marcos took exceptional care and always went the extra mile for each an every guest I saw. Also, the excellent band on Friday night also made for a nice atmosphere. Obviously, we will be back next year, same time. Our many thanks.

Great location. Large spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and linens. Helpful, friendly and professional staff .

Air conditioning was limited. It kept the room at room temperature, comfortable in the day but too warm for the very cozy duvet.at night Advertised as having an in room coffee maker.but the coffee pods are not free .

Fantastic location (about 100m from the Spanish riding school and Sisi museum,) very luxuriously appointed with friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was very impressive but it felt a little rushed. Plates were cleared as soon as the cutlery hit them. Maybe that’s what other guests like 😂

The location was perfect - really easy to get to everywhere we wanted to see in Vienna. The staff were friendly and always available. The bar staff in particular were great and worked really hard, they were always on the go.

The only down side to the whole hotel was the downstairs toilets which we used when using the bar and having breakfast. There was toilet paper everywhere for a number of hours in the cubicles, the toilets seemed quite grubby and uncared for in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The out of order cubicle also looked shabby the way it was blocked off from usage.

very friendly staff - waiter in the restaurant, unfortunately I don't know his name (blond) very nice and helpful. very tasty breakfast. someone complains that it is not varied, this is not true. the choice of dishes is very large. the location of the hotel is the most wonderful. nearby - metro stop.

tea and coffee in the room are very tasteless. at breakfast - they are completely different. and it was unpleasant to constantly ask for them to be added to the room. also there was no tea. when I called and asked to bring tea to the room, I was told that I had to pay. even if it is not such a large amount, it is very unpleasant. I went downstairs and took it myself. the first time I encountered such a situation ...
