This hotel is well located in the historical centre. Not in the central streets, but just perfectly located less than 10 minutes by foot from the Stephan's Dom etc. We had a huge family room for three persons, plenty of space and well appointed. A large bathroom and also a walk-in wardrobe. Very comfy bedding. Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was really great. Very nice breakfast and fast service for omelettes etc. There is a small gym and also a sauna. Really friendly staff! Would definitely go back.

Ever so slight signs of wear and tear in the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, it was marble and mosaic tiles, so classic and good quality.

The room was great with 2 large windows facing the street and brings lots of light during the day. Location cannot be better, right in the Innere Stadt of Vienna, few metres from Hofburg. The staff(Sophie, Rafael, Christof and others ) always ready to help and have answers from your questions about the city and everything concerning the hotel. Breakfast is really nice but hope that it will be included in all reservations like other Radisson hotels in Europe. Enjoy plenty our stay and cannot wait to be back soon again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent lighting, often neglected in hotel rooms. The staff were great…friendly and very helpful. The hotel location was excellent. Overall a fantastic stay at a really well run hotel.

Vallance on bed very marked. Room could do with a small fridge. Hotel bar was good, but often appeared to be closed even when open, and could do with a wider menu. Seems odd that Reception could not organise a taxi in advance except to the airport. Minor points in a first rate hotel.

We greatly looked forward to the breakfast every morning and the bathtub in the evening. There were some great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance in all directions. Shopping, museums, antique stores… everything we hoped to find. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was polite and went out of their way to meet our needs. Our room was cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast. The clomping of the horses hooves as the passed by on the cobblestone streets was musical. Our stay at the Radisson Blu will remain a fond memory for the rest of our lives.

In all honesty, we can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t pleasant about our stay. We would have liked to have had more time to explore because seven nights wasn’t enough.

Perfect location in the centre and near metro.

There are guests who lack culture. Guests in the next room didn't know what to do. Every morning around 7:00 a.m., they started opening and closing the door loudly, making noises that disturbed our sleep. Maybe they went to have breakfast, but every time they went in or out, the door closed with a very loud noise. The door didn't just close once, I thought they probably didn't go out at the same time so the door closed multiple times.

The design, the location, the facilities, the breakfast, the rooms

Every time someone close to my room was closing a door, the whole room was shaking. Like literally, the floor, the walls, the bed were all shaking like an earthquake was shaking. It was frightening every single time. The walls were too thin? I don’t know why this was happening.

quiet hotel just off the center, few minutes walk. very nice super comfy with pleasant staff especially at the breakfast restaurant who go out of their way to make you comfortable. while many hotels even in Italy these days make you get a cappuccino from a machine here they make you a fresh one and its very good

Location can't be better - Graben and Museum Quarters are all within minutes of walking, U Herrengasse Station is right outside the hotel, and plenty of food/cafe options are around. Despite its central location, the hotel was shielded from the NYE madness and was spared of the partying crowd/noise. Staff are very efficient and friendly - especially the service staff at the breakfast area were professional and attentive to details. Breakfast had many options for hot dishes (ordered a la carte in addition to the cold cut buffet). Rooms are spacious for Innere Stadt and our bathroom was compartmentalized into three sections (shower, bath and toilet) so convenient for the "morning rush" of family members. Free coffee/tea/snacks were a plus.

The facilities and furnitures are rather dated, bed was not so comfortable. Shower stall was small that it was a challenge to squeeze in and close the door. Rubber under the shower door was also leaking. Carpet in the room looked old and not so clean either.

Really nice location with a very nice room. Staff was very attentive and answered all questions.

Parking was annoying -- the Radisson parks at the local city parking garage. Save yourself valet tips and just park it yourself and walk a few blocks. Breakfast buffet was nice -- we didn't realize until the second morning that you could order from the menu which was included with the breakfast fee.
