Exceptional location, right in the centre of high street. Easy access to major landmarks and museums, with tram/underground in walkable distance. Self Check-in was smooth and Staff was helpful, although they are only available in the mornings until 12 for breakfast and checkout assistance Room was spacious and special mention to the cleaning staff visiting everyday to tidy the room!

Breakfast options - really basic. Wi-FI was quite slow, I think it's the signal - even our mobile data speed was poor. Although understandable that it's an old building, but to throw a toilet paper in a bin is inconvenient experience as it was not allowed to flush in the toilet (sign-posts say 200euro fine!)

I really liked the location, the very center, next to Stefanplatz, clean, comfortable room with fresh renovation, comfortable beds, beautiful building with a retro elevator. Delicious coffee, good breakfast, no hot food, but there are vegetables, fresh pastries, boiled eggs, ham, sausage and cheese.

Difficult entry and the main problem is the lack of response to calls and WhatsApp. We received an answer only 40 minutes after the request, and if it weren’t for the help of neighbors from Israel, we would have been standing on the street. And the second problem is the water in the shower, the water pressure is very weak, it is difficult to regulate hot and cold water.

The Location was excellent, close to main attractions, shops & public Transport. The room was clean and comfortable with good heating, Kettle & Mini fridge. Even though it faced the road, because of the triple glazed windows there was no noise from out side. Although the breakfast had to be take to the room to be eaten. That suited us fine. The breakfast bar was always well stocked & the bread rolls freshly baked each morning.

Fantastic location - close to restaurants, shops, St Stephen's Cathedral and main square. Not far from the tourist info office, Hofburg Palace is only an 8 minute walk away and the larger palace a short uber journey away. Also close to the metros. Out of other people in Vienna I met, I don't think you can get any closer, especially for such value for money considering the location. Check in after midday was easy, I was a little nervous but I got the Whatsapp instructions the day before and any question I had late in the evening or before my flight in the morning was answered within seconds - no exaggeration. I was able to get the key out of the key box and the instructional videos were exactly what I needed, the visuals helped. I didn't actually see the staff during my stay as I was doing day trips out that departed at 730 each day - so thank you for being so responsive, we live in a remote working world and perhaps will be the future one day! I felt like if I had any challenges they would have been there or come out to help no problem. Pillows were comfortable and nice big roomy bathroom. Safe in room to keep your things in, and wardrobes. Good hairdryer in bathroom, no need to bring your own. Kettle, cups and tea in room. Nice table at the end of the bed so suitable for working if you aren't on holiday. Feels very secure with the key safes, closed doors and key fob access to the hotel and feels more homely & personal than like a hotel, which as a female traveller travelling solo was a really nice feel. Rooms are very true to photos.

Towels could do with a refresh, going a little hard. The key safe to retrieve the key is a little high if you're 5ft2 or under, I had to stand on my toes :-)

Very good location in heart of Vienna, you cant be more center of a city. Rooms are very good and we had a really big room. Decent breakfast and even liked that you bring your breakfast to your room to eat there. Love those Vienna old houses accommodations where lifts are from another century.

Located right in the centre of Vienna, Pension a und is perfectly positioned to explore this beautiful city. However, the entrance can be a little confusing - you'll need to take the elevator up to the mezzanine level (marked with an M). Room The room was very clean and welcoming. They provided slippers and bathroom amenities like shampoo, which made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast The breakfast spread was a bit limited. There were only a few options like bread, cheese, yogurt and coffee. More variety would have been appreciated given the hotel's central location. Overall While the breakfast could be improved, the convenient central location and comfortable, clean room make Pension a und a good budget-friendly option when visiting Vienna.

Stayed here for 4 nights. My expectations were low but it turned out to be a very nice stay. The location is priceless, the staff is nice and helpful. Everywhere is 2 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are clean, I only wish they'd use newer sheets, pillows and towels. Don't expect too much from the breakfast but it was more than enough for us.

I think the sheets, pillows and towels need renewal.

The guesthouse is clean and tidy. The location is wonderful, just a few minutes walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The guesthouse is on a quiet street, so you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. The staff is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it and thank you for the excellent and pleasant memories in Vienna.

The pension is located in the very heart of Vienna. It’s very close to Haofburg palace and the main streets Graben. There are plenty of shops and bars around. All the sights are in a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend the hotel especially for the winter season during the Christmas markets. There are two metro stations near by. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Located near to St. Stephansplatz. All the museums in the old town are within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good (European style). Help yourself and take back to your room. Room was clean and ample in size. Staff were very pleasant and spoke perfect English. Need to be aware that this is a pension and not a hotel so don't expect 24 hour staff. Front door may appear to be locked but its just heavy so give it a good push. Once you've been given your electronic key its not an issue,
