The location is perfect for exploring Vienna Bed was extremely comfortable and fabulous pillows . Clean and beautiful view of the Cathedral from the bar / restaurants Sublime meal in the restaurant . Best food we have eaten in a very long time . Lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars all within metres of the hotel .

Courtyard view rooms are not looking over a courtyard but an apartment block opposite . Really off putting and not pleasant to view . There is no courtyard only a light well ! Our first room was like a sauna with aircon not working . Second room offered was cooler ! Lighting too dark and rooms need a refurb . Hotel needs an upgrade

The hotel was in a fantastic location, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Also the thoughtful gesture of fruits and chocolates in our room. We'll be back!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was a significant downside. Despite the otherwise pleasant stay, the inability to adjust the temperature made it uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed the hotel & the rooms (although a little dark). The food at the Do&Co Restaurant was also great and the smell of kaiserschmarrn at the entrance of the hotel definitely adds a big plus👍🏼

The only inconvenience would be the the fact that the security deposit charged at check-in is not mentioned anywhere.

Location is superb. View from some rooms spectacular, wonderful restaurant. Rooms modern. Personnel are helpful and extremely customer service oriented. Beds comfortable.

Rooms are dark, switched rooms and no view in second room. Awkward spaces.

The location was amazing. The help with the parking was nice.

The bathroom shower was totally see-through and in the middle of the room. It's not really private. My family members didn't feel comfortable taking a shower.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at DO&CO in Vienna. This was our second stay at the DO&CO Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations once again. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vienna, directly across from the iconic St. Stephen's Cathedral. The view from our warm, cozy room was breathtaking, with the cathedral as a stunning centerpiece. Each day, we were delighted to find chocolates and sweet treats waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Niko at the reception desk, whose kindness and gentle demeanor made us feel truly welcome.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights in early Dec. The location was beyond perfect - right in the centre of the action opposite St Stephen’s Church with views of the people and plaza below. Our split-level room was very modern and interestingly designed but the steps from the bedroom to the bathroom wouldn’t suit everyone. TV was fantastic. Appreciated small gestures like apples in the room and a chocolate each night. Overall, I’d say this hotel is more suited to a younger demographics or couples due to the lighting and stairs in the room, which aren’t great if you’re getting up to use the bathroom in the night!

Arriving at reception by lift on the 6th floor felt more like entering a VIP nightclub than a 5-star hotel - dark, moody, loud and chaotic, with people everywhere waiting to enter the restaurant. The rooms are dimly lit which creates a mood but wouldn’t suit everyone and can became annoying when trying to dress or find items in your suitcase!

The DO&CO Hotel Vienna exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, stylish design, and prime location. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Vienna, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks. Overall, an outstanding experience—highly recommended!

While the overall experience was excellent, the breakfast could benefit from more variety, particularly to cater to travelers with kids

The staff made it SO easy to drive to the hotel. They took care of everything - parked the car and took luggage up. When we left we had stowed our luggage for the day and when we were ready to leave they loaded all luggage in car and brought it as close to hotel as they could. I was not expecting that - they were excellent!! The blossoming orange trees on the balcony were absolutely lovely and smelled so good. The handwritten note on the bar with some chocolates, fresh fruit, and lovely flowers were all a very nice touch!!

Would have been better to have some breakfast choices - not everyone enjoyed all of it while others loved all of it.

The location was superb. Right across the St.Stephan's Cathedral, with a full view to the Stephansplatz. The metro station was right near the hotel. Very good breakfast (although it was an a la carte breakfast, of which I am not really a fan), the hotel was very clean, big room and an extra bed for our son.

It was cold in the room and very cold near the window. It was a perpetual AC, that even set on the highest level, never heated the room at a comfortable level. There were about 20°C. At night, the air seemed colder. The rooms really need radiators in the wintertime. Very little privacy in the toilet. Basically, the sink, the shower and the toilet were in the room, but separated by glass walls. Everything that was done, was felt into the room. And the shower walls weren't exactly fully covered. For curios kids, that might be a problem.
