Nice stuff and good facilities and perfect location

I ask for one bottle of water in my room and they charge me for 21 euros 11 for the cost of the bottle and 10 for service fee so that’s so expensive never had been charged for that before

Everything was amazing especially the location.

The most expensive breakfast I have ever seen. They charged 92 euros for one breakfast for 2 adults and one 3 years old kid. I paid the same amount in the best restaurant for dinner. So, definitely not recommended as nothing special

The exterior design of the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It’s quiet and away from the noise, which made for a peaceful stay

The room rate was extremely high. Additionally, only one bottle of water was provided when I checked in . When I requested another bottle the next day, I was told I had to pay €5 for it, and an extra €10 if I wanted it delivered to the room. I found this unreasonable — daily water should be provided to guests as it is in most hotels worldwide. This forced me to go out searching for water, and since there are no nearby stores, I ended up buying water from a café at a high price. Also, during check-out, the staff didn’t ask me how my stay was, which was disappointing and suggests a lack of attention to guest satisfaction.

Location is outstanding, it’s right in the center of the city. Right next to a subway station (literally next to the hotel entrance). Breakfast is fabulous, the room is very quiet. The room was very good and clean. Lots of restaurants around. If you’re hungry for pizza, order vapiano, which is right below the hotel - good pizza for half the price of that from the room service.

The service was poor at times - we asked for an additional bad in advance, it wasn’t ready in advance. The room wasn’t cleaned during the morning hours, house keeping insisted on coming during the siesta hours (around 15-16), once even entering the room, while we were in it. There was a glitch with the taxi to the airport. Everybody is very nice, but something is off. Also the gym is not so good.

Location is very good, just a short walk from Michaelerplatz. This gives the Hotel a big advantage. Besides, the overall level is very good. The room was comfortable but the bed was high. The pillows should be one soft and one harder. I had to put a folded towel under my pillows to add some firmness. Breakfast was good and varied with so many good things to taste, especially the dumplings.

Not all people are tall. The bed mattress was too high. Clean towels were provided on a daily basis. The staff were courteous. However, I think that they should be prepared to provide an answer to the question what operas and musicals are there at present? Some of the leaflets provided on the rack relate to exhibitions that were held a year ago.

Location. Room was excellent. The staff went out of their way to get me a corner room with a bathtub shower combo. I had stayed there 10 years ago with my husband. At the last minute, he could not come. The one thing missing is a concierge to help plan activities. The staff was quite busy but accommodating when they could be. I also enjoyed the breakfast in room service. The hallways in the hotel had an unfortunate odor I would still rate this hotel very good and would return again.

Lack of a concierge desk to help with booking events or giving directions.. Some of the staff were extremely helpful. Others were too busy. Jamie was phenomenal. I would like a little more variety for room service, but the food was very good. There was something leaking in the ceiling. Since I work so hard to get my room, I did not complain.

Very good location of the hotel, everything can be visited on foot. Rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, a lot of choice.

We arrived with our children and were given separate rooms, on different floors. When we asked if there was a possibility of getting rooms next to each other, we were told that the hotel was full and there was no such possibility. After half an hour, when we asked again at the reception, the same employee again answered negatively. The receptionist who was next to us said that such a possibility was possible, no problem. If we hadn't asked several times, we would have lived on separate floors. Do the employees not know the occupancy of their hotel or are they too lazy to clarify? Thank you, the reception staff (unfortunately I don't know the name), who was not too lazy to check and coordinate.

Very comfortable room in a lovely, centrally located hotel in a beautiful city. Breakfast was really good and the Staff were mostly extremely friendly and helpful,

On checking out, I requested an invoice and was told the printer wasn’t working. The person I spoke with took my email address and promised to email the invoice to me. Exactly 2 weeks after leaving this hotel I still have not received this email even though, on checking out, I was assured it had been sent. I even spelt out my email address to the guy at Reception when checking out!! Otherwise, everything else was really good.

Good location, excellent breakfast, comfy bed and room. Good AC. Very nice and professional staff.

Although the reception staff were generally friendly and professional, I had an unpleasant experience during checkout not with gentleman who assisted us but with one lady, who somewhat looks like Penelope Cruz, was noticeably rude and gave strange looks that made us feel uncomfortable. It was disappointing, especially given the otherwise professional service.

The hallways had a terrible odor. There is no concierge which they should have. The front desk staff is very good, but too busy to handle inquiries from their guest.. with the exception of Jamie who was extremely responsive. The room service was fast and always delivered good food. I would have liked a few more choices on the menu. The restaurant is lovely and breakfast was delicious. The only serious they lack is someone to help you plan activities and answer local questions during your stay. Housekeeping was not always consistent. Bathtub was not cleaned after one day. But I called them back to clean it.
