Everything is amazing !

The concierge is absent most of the time at the reception which makes it unsafe and inconvenient. For example at the day of our check out there was a strange guy who wasn’t staying in the hotel , he came inside the building and started to behave weird ,like he was under something. We stood at the reception inside the building waited for the taxi and he came close to us and started to stare at me and my mum and I felt that he wanted to do something bad to us and there was nobody to call for. Also didn’t like that TVs don’t work (no internet , no YouTube), we live in 21st century,not many people watch cable TV so I would advise to fix it .

We ,2 people , took the executive apartment of 70 square meters!!!! The area is quiet but there are lots of places to eat and drink.Well air conditioned!!! The furniture were execllent and the huge bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped.Bath room was very modern.The people at reception were very helpful and specially Mr.Sedat. Spar supermarkt is next door. Bus 3A takes you to stephan dom in 4 minute.All the lines of metro , buses and trams are within 5-10 minutes walk.Location is the best.We stayed 10 days, but we'll be back!!

Excellent location, within the centre of Vienna and close to all of the main attractions and Christmas markets. The bus which was direct from the airport was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. Super friendly and professional reception staff and Manager. The room was superbly laid out with all the facilities required for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and super modern, also the location felt very safe.

There was nothing that we did not like, all to our satisfaction. Like home from home.

Great location

Excellent place. We loved everything. Bed was large and very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious feel and nice kitchenette was very functional. Only suggestion for improvement is for the kitchen to have a strong extractor fan/ range hood installed, rather than a sign warning guests that cooking might activate the smoke detectors which in turn will alert the fire brigade, who will charge a massive fine if called for no good reason...

The apartment we stayed in needs a good range hood in the kitchen. Everything else was perfect.

Clean, large very comfy bed, beautiful decor. Had everything you needed and the kitchenette was a great bonus. Gorgeous bathroom with large shower. Black out curtains. Quiet. Air conditioning. Free wifi. Although didn’t watch, tv in lounge and bedroom. Close to tourist attractions and public transport. Soar supermarket next door. Cafe across the road and many restaurant options within a few minutes walk.

Lack of view from room. Blown windows and damp patch on ceiling (have photos from room 306). Damaged breakfast bar (have photos). No tea towel to dry crockery. Cold shower water on first morning. Grubby marks on walls that could have easily been cleaned. More English speaking options on tv. Handy if staying longer. Would be nice if breakfast included in price.

The situation of apartment hotel is so perfect ,couldn't be better. Personal is friendly. The apartment is clean and looks exactly as in photos. The bed is comfortable, and it's nice staying there,in the heart of Vienna. Supermarket Spar is next door and lots of restaurants around the place. The heart of Vienna is in the walking pace. Enjoy the most beautiful city!

We stayed in Junior suit 403, and it has a door adjusted to suit 401. You hear every word they are speaking and ,I believe, they hear you too. Look for the other room. I was cooking and there's no cooker hood. The handwcooker hood (don't know how to call it)is not functioning, really, and it's tricky, and apartment and clothing smells after cooking. To call it the Premium Apartments, it means for me that it's comfortable for people to stay in it and not only the location. It should be the comfortable apartment for guests' wellbeing.

This is an amazing location - quick walk to the main U-bahn lines and to Stphenplatz/the center of the inner circle of Vienna. The weather was miserable, but we walked our hearts out anyway, because cafes, restaurants, museums, and shops were all right there! The sheets and towels were very soft and the room was very quiet despite the location being so central (it faces a courtyard and there is no vehicle traffic at all) - this is a key for us. The "room" was large and was really more like an apartment with a full kitchen, couch, and loads of extra space.

The temperature was a little tricky to control but once we scanned the QR code next to the temperature control box, someone walked us through it. The pillows were so soft, we both wished there had been another, more firm option.

Location: wonderful, with excellent Spar supermarket next door. Room: in general good. Breakfast: tea and coffee and coffee machine excellent (and more coffee pads provided at Reception on our second day).

1. The hot tap in the bathroom leaked, at first covering the counter with water. 2. The wardrobe and cupboard totally out of order: the door cannot be opened enough to access the drawers or the Safe (which was therefore unusable). 3. No instructions anywhere on how to use oven/microwave. Pressing every button got nowhere. Therefore oven/microwave unusable. 4. Central LED over kitchen counter does not work. 5. One whole window in terrible state, with the sealed portion leaking water. 6. Central radiator not working.

MyPlace is an excellent aparthotel located in a great place for first timers to Vienna. Hisham is very welcoming when you arrive. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable . The apartments are spacious!! We loved staying here. I don't know how others can complain about noise from the street because we were on the Mezzanine, the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans) and couldn't hear a thing outside - and we hear everything. And the laundry is conveniently downstairs. There is a SPAR next door for groceries. And we walked EVERYWHERE.

The kitchen could have used a few more basic cooking items like a toaster, colander, etc. While we could see icons for things like Netflix and Prime, we were unable to login to our personal accounts to use them - this needs to be fixed for those downtimes when you just want to relax for a few hours.
