Location is covenient, a 5 minute walk from Schwedenplatz (U1 subway line, just 4 stops from the Hauptbahnhof - Central train station in Vienna). The room was fine, no frills, but clean. All basic needs were covered. There is no air conditioner, but there is a large floor fan that covers the room, so even on hotter days and nights, I felt comfortable.

Wish there were a fridge, an electric kettle, and an iron + ironing desk or a steamer. Reception desk is only staffed till 12:30p. The manager was responsive though, and when I asked for an emergency phone number during their off hours, they provided that. The food choices for breakfast were rather modest. I would rather recommend to not pay for breakfast and go to the relatively nearby Central Cafe (10 min walk) for an excellent breakfast experience.

A good location for spending one or two nights if you don’t want to stay in hostel dorms. I was lucky with my room, it faced the inner courtyard, so it was fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a mirror. No air conditioning, but a fan was provided. The bathroom was clean. Cups, glasses, and a kettle can be found in the common hall. You can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient.

It wasn’t a problem for me, but the entrance door does slam quite loudly, and the walls in the rooms could use some renovation.

Location a quick and easy 5-minute walk to Stephansplatz and just far enough to not hear the constant ringing of bells from the Cathedrals all night. Rooms - we didn't get the correct room on check in but was quickly rectified the next morning. The room we had booked was a twin and quite large enough to lay out suitcases and move around. Breakfast was your typical continental style and had everything we required. We requested for washing to be done which it was and neatly folded, smelling lovely.

The lift LOL. It is only able to take 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time - this is being picky as it really wasn't an issue.

Hotel had everything we needed to spend a few nights in Vienna. Even though there is no staff in reception, everything was very clear and we appreciated being able to check-in at 12:30, when other hotels only let you check-in after 3pm. There is always water, filter coffee, tea and cookies, free for all guests. Location is very convenient, we walked everywhere, and there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. They also provide luggage storage which came handy on our last day, since our flight departed in the evening.

It would be great to have a refrigerator in the room or at least a shared one in the reception, to store cold drinks.

The hotel is well organized, we arrived on a late flight and they made sure to leave us clear instructions for a pleasant entrance. The room is cozy, less big than in the pictures but in the end it was enough for us. The woman at the reception was very nice. And the location of the hotel is very convenient. In addition, we ordered packages for the hotel and the staff was lovely and was ready to receive them the day before we arrived, and left them for us in the room on the day of check in.

There was no air conditioner in the room, when we arrived the room was very hot and stuffy because the windows were closed. There were only two small fans.

the price, the location, the staff and the breakfast. For health reasons, for sugar problems, breakfast is very important so I was very grateful for the option that had breakfast included and it is a good breakfast.

I wish there had been instructions for using the heater. I couldn't use it. I don’t know if it’s automatic or if I could have adjusted it myself. I didn’t feel cold, though. If there were instructions, I didn’t find them. I’m from a country where we don’t use heaters, so I couldn’t figure it out.

This is a small cute family accommodation. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Very close to the church of St. Stephen if you want to go by foot but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel for the center. Also in few steps there is the bus stop for the airport.

The bathroom was a bit small. There was no fridge and garbage basket in the room.

It was exactly as promised. Excellent location, you can discover the city on foot, or easily transport with tram. Check-in was very easy with instructions. The room was clean and there was enough space for luggage and other stuff. The bathroom was in good condition and very clean. The breakfast was OK. It is good value for its money, nothing luxurious, but does the job for staying at a central location in a clean environment.

Noise was a problem. Every one was careful not to bother their neighbours, but any door shutting is enough to wake you up.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious and functional room. Staff is very friendly and open to help when needed. We got after hours but arrangements were made to get access to the room. Will surely recommend.

Our room was attached to the breakfast area which get a little noisy in the morning. We got a particular hot weekend and the fan provided was probably not the more comfortable way to sleep. Would be nice to have air conditioning. Nothing to bad anyway.

Amazing location, big enough room, large enough & comfy bed for one person, great bathroom. My second stay in less than two months, will definitely come back.

The two pillows are small and very uncomfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom could be better (both in the shower and toilet). Other than that, I really have no remarks.
