Location a quick and easy 5-minute walk to Stephansplatz and just far enough to not hear the constant ringing of bells from the Cathedrals all night. Rooms - we didn't get the correct room on check in but was quickly rectified the next morning. The room we had booked was a twin and quite large enough to lay out suitcases and move around. Breakfast was your typical continental style and had everything we required. We requested for washing to be done which it was and neatly folded, smelling lovely.

The lift LOL. It is only able to take 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time - this is being picky as it really wasn't an issue.

Hotel had everything we needed to spend a few nights in Vienna. Even though there is no staff in reception, everything was very clear and we appreciated being able to check-in at 12:30, when other hotels only let you check-in after 3pm. There is always water, filter coffee, tea and cookies, free for all guests. Location is very convenient, we walked everywhere, and there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. They also provide luggage storage which came handy on our last day, since our flight departed in the evening.

It would be great to have a refrigerator in the room or at least a shared one in the reception, to store cold drinks.

The hotel is well organized, we arrived on a late flight and they made sure to leave us clear instructions for a pleasant entrance. The room is cozy, less big than in the pictures but in the end it was enough for us. The woman at the reception was very nice. And the location of the hotel is very convenient. In addition, we ordered packages for the hotel and the staff was lovely and was ready to receive them the day before we arrived, and left them for us in the room on the day of check in.

There was no air conditioner in the room, when we arrived the room was very hot and stuffy because the windows were closed. There were only two small fans.

the price, the location, the staff and the breakfast. For health reasons, for sugar problems, breakfast is very important so I was very grateful for the option that had breakfast included and it is a good breakfast.

I wish there had been instructions for using the heater. I couldn't use it. I don’t know if it’s automatic or if I could have adjusted it myself. I didn’t feel cold, though. If there were instructions, I didn’t find them. I’m from a country where we don’t use heaters, so I couldn’t figure it out.

This is a small cute family accommodation. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Very close to the church of St. Stephen if you want to go by foot but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel for the center. Also in few steps there is the bus stop for the airport.

The bathroom was a bit small. There was no fridge and garbage basket in the room.

It was exactly as promised. Excellent location, you can discover the city on foot, or easily transport with tram. Check-in was very easy with instructions. The room was clean and there was enough space for luggage and other stuff. The bathroom was in good condition and very clean. The breakfast was OK. It is good value for its money, nothing luxurious, but does the job for staying at a central location in a clean environment.

Noise was a problem. Every one was careful not to bother their neighbours, but any door shutting is enough to wake you up.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious and functional room. Staff is very friendly and open to help when needed. We got after hours but arrangements were made to get access to the room. Will surely recommend.

Our room was attached to the breakfast area which get a little noisy in the morning. We got a particular hot weekend and the fan provided was probably not the more comfortable way to sleep. Would be nice to have air conditioning. Nothing to bad anyway.

The location is convenient and very good, a five minutes' walk from the airport bus stop at Morzinplatz (line VAL2), a few minutes' walk from the Schwedenplatz U-bahn station (excellent connections to all parts of the city, and to the man railway station), in the other direction, a short walk to the St. Stephan's Cathedral, to shopping areas, and to the old Jewish quarter. Lots of big sights and many smaller ones nearby. Actually, "sightseeing" came right into my room: Bells of a nearby church were ringing at fixed intervals. There are supermarkets and local bars and restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast was not included in my booking, but against Eur 12 I had an excellent breakfast, "everything"avilable, fresh and tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was travelling alone, and while my room was big enough and the bathroom good, the window was facing an inner courtyard or something, the window was chalked. - I would prefer a room with a clear window

The location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere, and the metro and bus stops were very close. The rooms were clean. On the second day, a fan was placed in the room to cool it down without us asking, which was a thoughtful gesture, so thank you for that. Finding someone at reception is difficult since it operates during limited hours, but they provide all kinds of help and guidance. I would like to stay here again when I visit Vienna

The location of the place was really good being one minute away from the supermarket and only some minutes walking distance to the metro stations. Plus, they offer you free coffee and tea even if your stay doesn’t include breakfast! Finally, when I needed to print some papers out, the lady at the reception immediately helped me out.
