Amazing place to stay. Very good location. All personal are friendly. This hotel is being powered by international students who are working on reception. So you will have a huge chance to meat someone who speaks your language as it happened in our case. Positive feedback by points: - Very clean. - Room has microwave - Fast wi-fi - Good TV & channels (multiple languages) - Laundry available - Location AMAZING - 5 min by foot till closest tram or subway. From which 5-10 min to all must see places in Vienna Negative points: -Unfortunately do not have additional bed for small babbies included. Extra fee for it is to high.

The hotel was very clean with a minimalist style, no decoration at all at the room (which in self is not bad). There sere some insects in the restrooms (silverfish) which i think is basically linked to humidity, not annoying but well, it must be said.. The breakfast was a bit expensive (14 euros). We were at 25 minutes walking from the very center of vienna (stephenplatz) so this was good if you like to walk. Generally the hotel is very good, very functional and clean.

bathroom was lovely, decor was clean and bright nice wooden floors throughout, kitchen had plenty of equipment, staff were always helpful and it was located in a good position for us to do all the things we wanted to do in Vienna

sheets and blankets instead of a heavy duvet in the heat of an Austrian summer. floors were covered in what looked like fibres from linens and could have been cleaned before we were given the room and were not cleaned during our stay so had to wear flip flops/ shoes during our stay. maybe with temperature going up all over the world it might be prudent to install aircon

I'm often in the city for work reasons and this hotel is by far my best experience in Vienna. The hotel staff is young, friendly and willing to help. The building and the rooms are big, bright and most of all CLEAN. The hotel is well equipped with useful common areas and the breakfast is very good, varied and inclusive (vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose intolerant options!). I will come back for sure!

The hotel is located very close to the center and trams and buses pass nearby. The metro is also 10-15 minutes away. The hotel is clean and spacious, the rooms have a clean and functional design. There are external blinds which help a lot in summer. Our room had a kettle for hot water, a nice refrigerator with a camera and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and big enough. I recommend the porkings P + R, which are 6 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes by transport, their price is less than 5 euros for 24 hours. We also used short-term parking with coupons. Parking next to the hotel is more difficult and when the luggage is removed from the car we had to park in a restricted area. It would have been nice to have a luggage trolley, we had four bags and extra luggage and took it off several times.

Great rooms and facilities. We used the communal kitchen, the gym and the washing machines. Easy walk to several key attractions and access to public transport. The staff speak excellent English and were very helpful.

The gym and kitchen facilities don't open until 9am which was inconvenient. You have to pay to use the washing machines and it was 6 euro per load.

Great value for the money. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were able to store our luggage while waiting for our room and the staff was very friendly and handled a challenging situation well.

We showed up 1 hour before checkin and our room wasn't ready so we were told to return. When we returned 15 minutes after checkin time, our room was not ready and there was a line up of people in a similar situation. They may need additional cleaning staff if this is a recurring problem. Other than that, everything was exactly as expected.

Great place for a city trip! Extremely clean rooms, bathroom and all common areas in the hotel. The hotel team is incredibly kind and attentive to guests and makes sure their stay at the hotel meets their expectations.

Guests should note that during hot summers the hotel provides fans for cooling. Everything else is perfect!

The only flaw is the lack of a mirror in the room (only present in the bathroom), it would be useful to have it maybe on the inner door of the cabinets. of a mirror
