The staff were very friendly – even though we arrived very late at night, we were warmly welcomed at reception. They were very helpful and spoke fluent English. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a wonderful view. We only came to sleep, but it was perfect for us to rest and recover from our trip with my family. Thank you so much. Since I didn’t have any cash, I couldn’t use the vending machine, but even though I hadn’t purchased breakfast, they kindly offered my husband and me coffee in the breakfast room. We are truly very grateful for this gesture.

Amazing place to stay. Very good location. All personal are friendly. This hotel is being powered by international students who are working on reception. So you will have a huge chance to meat someone who speaks your language as it happened in our case. Positive feedback by points: - Very clean. - Room has microwave - Fast wi-fi - Good TV & channels (multiple languages) - Laundry available - Location AMAZING - 5 min by foot till closest tram or subway. From which 5-10 min to all must see places in Vienna Negative points: -Unfortunately do not have additional bed for small babbies included. Extra fee for it is to high.

The location is perfect. Only 20 minutes walk from the city center. Outside the hotel there is a tram stop that connects you to the metro station if you don't want to walk. The hotel was very clean, modern and in the room we had tea and kettle. The breakfast is perfect! They had a lot of options to eat. For example salmon, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, hot dishes etc. The staff were very polite! They all speak english well and we had no problem.

- The room was very clean and with good equipment - there was a lot of storage space, a large desk and even a small kitchen with a microwave and a kettle. The room looked quite new and modern. Large shower. - Really nice staff who accommodated our last-minute requests. - Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and exceptional selection of black teas.

- Extremely hot. Could not have the window open at night because of noisy neighborhood. - The bed was quite small and against the wall.

The rooms are nicely and neatly furnished, you get everything you need. The location is quite convenient. The breakfast is pricey but very good.

The rooms can get hot in the summer, and sleeping with the window open is not ideal since you're likely to hear some of your neighbors talking with their windows open. The fan in the room is useful but a bit loud even at the low setting.

Very nice hotel, almost in the center of the city, with metro stations nearby (and tram and bus stations just a couple of minutes' walk away). Very clean and quite spacious room with a kitchenette, breakfast is OK but a bit pricey (16 euro per person).

No air conditioner, but they had a fan in the room. And a bit noisy in the morning because of trams and trucks next to our window

didn't have enough forks for us at the start, and nothing to wash dishes with like a sponge/drying towel etc. so we got those ourselves. The beds were a bit warm and the fan could only do so much considering it was 31 degrees when we were there.

Well located, within walking distance of the Vienna city centre. Clean and efficient. Friendly personnel. Clean. WiFi and other facilities worked fine.

No airconditioning in room - with the summer heat, window needed to be opened for sleeping. As tram line and busy road in front of, this was not exactly quiet.

The hotel was very clean with a minimalist style, no decoration at all at the room (which in self is not bad). There sere some insects in the restrooms (silverfish) which i think is basically linked to humidity, not annoying but well, it must be said.. The breakfast was a bit expensive (14 euros). We were at 25 minutes walking from the very center of vienna (stephenplatz) so this was good if you like to walk. Generally the hotel is very good, very functional and clean.

Room with 3 single beds was super spacious! The location was great, right near a tram line. Area felt super safe and the hotel atmosphere combined with a little kitchenette was super handy

No air conditioning!! We had a tiny fan provided to us, so spent most of the time sweating. Quite hard in the middle of a Vienna summer
