The apartment is airy and spacious. Very clean and the kitchen is fabulous with EVERYTHING you need and good quality utensils. It has a separate bathroom and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to not like, I just wanted to mention if you're a single female the pathway from the metro is just over 500metres. We had no problems or issues but I'm not sure I'd enjoy walking along the pedestrian/bike path by myself at night. There are no houses around. Other than this .....perfect.

Everything was super! I have to thank my homeowners as because of my mistake needed to call a technician sunday night. Even if I offer they didn't charge me any extra. Everything was clean and perfect and I am very grateful for the time in the building. It would be my option any time I travel to Vienna.

For the laundry you need 1 euro coin (cost 2 euros but just the 1 coin is accepted) the vending machines were not available, my lucky I stopped to buy some groceries on my way to the building. It was not easy finding the garbage container (in fact, I could not).

This is an excellent accommodation option for Vienna. It's in an inner suburb, five stops along the U4 line from Wien Mitte, by the river bank and a major road. The immediate area is a little post-industrial, and with S-Bahn trains (I think) passing directly beneath the futuristic complex, it's not totally quiet and peaceful. But the sound insulation is very good. Design and facilities are modern and quite spacious for a studio, shower is excellent, and there's a full kitchen for self-catering, with a Spar supermarket about ten minutes' walk away. Communication with the manager was great, and the check-in process was smooth and well-explained. I especially appreciated the touch of free drinks (a beer, water, and Coke) on arrival. That beer tasted very good after 20 hours of travel!

Aside from the slightly barren location, I only suggest pillows for the bed that don't collapse into nothingness when you lay your head on them! A little more substance and support would be appreciated.

It is difficult to access the code. I never received a code through the app and it took a phone call to access the code. In the event phone calls do not work for whatever reason, it would be frustrating to the individual trying to access the code. It also took a while for the code to arrive through email.

Spacious and clean. The furniture was not standard IKEA, but of higher quality. Beds were great. In case you arrive early or leave later in the day, there are luggage lockers and a toilet available. We liked the area, which wasn’t very touristy. On the other side of the Danube canal it was very pleasant to take a stroll. There were great dinner options, particularly around the Friedrichsbrücke station. The apartment was close to a busy street and bike path, but the windows were good at blocking out the traffic noise.

Our windows were facing dead East and could do with extra shades or more generous curtains to block out the light. The kitchen was missing a colander.

Close to the train station, comfortable living space, great view of the canal, quiet, and clean. The hosts were very helpful, professional, and quick to respond. I would stay here again. It's a quick commute (about 20 minutes) to get to the area with all of the sights.

No issues that would keep us from staying here again... I do wish they had darker curtains since the sun is out for so long in the summer. I think the shower floor could have been cleaner but we didn't have any issues from it so it's probably just cosmetic. When we first arrived there was a heavy, fresh smoke smell, but we opened the windows for a while and it was gone, so not a big issue.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel during my trip to Vienna. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I could ask for. The location is close to public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, charming area. It made exploring the city effortless. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere – cozy, elegant, and genuinely relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

We had the entire apartment to ourselves, complete with a toilet, bath, and kitchen, which was very convenient. Booking and ordering necessary room items through their website was easy. Pets are welcome, and the location offers convenient access to the city center, either by public transport or on foot – walking along the river was especially pleasant. They also recommended parking, which saved us money compared to street parking.

It was a bit confusing to find the entrance at first since we came from the river side instead of the street. The air conditioner was loud and not very cold. Additionally, the apartment is located near a metro/train line, so passing trains were quite noisy.

Very clean apartment, comfy bed with nice bed linen. Excellent little kitchen with everything you could need and all modern appliances. Nice touch with a couple of drinks in the fridge for our arrival. Lovely modern bathroom. Beautiful walk along the river to get to the city centre.

Online check in process didn’t work properly for us and we had to call up the support number for help getting the access code to the building and apartment-they were very helpful on the phone which was a plus. Nearest supermarket is 1km away so make sure you are prepared with everything you need. You can hear the rumbling of the trains going under the building although it wasn’t very intrusive.

A modern look and feel building with beautiful apartments (we had 2 on the highest floor). Vert clean apartments fully equipped kitchen to the last detail. Air-condition performed excellently for both heating and cooling. Close to a U station with lines to most part of city.

Communication with host via whatsapp is slow at times. We had a clogged sink that we asked to look at, host promised to arrive but never did. We didn't remind and just went on with the vacation. There is nothing close by, neither bakery coffee or any convenience store. Although in the near U station there are plenty of options, just not up to late enough.
