We couldn’t be happier with our stay in Vienna Grand Apartments. The location is outstanding with two major tram routes right at the apartment and two supermarkets literally around the corner. I recommend the Billa for great fruit and vegetables, bread and a lovely range of cheeses as well as the normal staples. The staff were extremely welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. The even sent us a message on the morning of the day we were arriving to let us know we could check in as early as we liked, which was so lovely. Being able to park our car was amazing given Vienna is so restricted in parking. But be warned that the car dimensions they insist on are not exact and for a very good reason! The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and very nicely appointed. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Vienna. 10/10 for sure!

Nothing at all.

The room was small, but everything was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable, nespresso coffee machine with different capsules, note they are tablets, not as usual cuplike shape. Very good location - metro is 4min away, 5min away there is very nice italian restaurant, kebabs and nice bakeries are just downstairs. You can have very nice evening walk along the river.

More toilettries would be perfect, there were only showergel and soap, no ice cubes in the fridge. Only german TV, which is very bad when you don't speak any german :) Netflix would be perfect for everybody. At least the connection, everybody now has their own users.

The apartment is situated in a nice clean building, there were a lot of shops, restaurants and things to do around, the neighborhood was quiet and not crowded, there was a public underground parking nearby and the metro was also not far, not to mention the bus stations that were at a short walking distance.

Since it’s an apartment and not a hotel, it might have been nice to have a mop, a sweeper, small bags for the bin in the toilet room and a couple of cleaning products for surfaces. We have noticed the bed was nicely made everyday while we were away, but they did not change the towels. It wasn’t something we didn’t like, but it might be worth considering being more specific about it in the property offer. We would like to thank you for having us, we are looking forward to be back some other time. Happy holidays!

Great apartment, very professional service. Easy check in and check out. The apartment was very clean, spotless, has all the neccesary amenities. Nice view, very good central heating, it was nice and warm inside. Location is outside of city center but trams stop just nearby. The neighbourhood is very nice, and there is a very good bakery just donwstairs. Beds were very good, overall great experience.

The only thing is that shower/bathroom is separated from the toilet, as toilet is on it's own but complete with basin. This is the only thing, but still not a big problem. Again everything was clean, and the whole building looks very nice.

fabulous warm appartment, very appreciated after coming in out of the cold. very modern with everything you could need. Great to have Spar nearby for fresh fruit for breakfast & bakery's underneath the appartment. Only a few stops on U into the centre, we got a 72hr travel card for €17.20, once validated, just keep the card with you for all other travel on all public methods of transport, ie bus, tram, metro. Great not to have to buy tickets each journey & wonder where to validated ticket, some inside bus, some outside before you get on.

nothing, fabulous really big appartment

Apartment is spacious, there are appliances you might need, all good on that side. Heating is nice, you can control thermostat. Communication with the host is good. Location of the apartment is good, you have transportation options close. UBahn is 5 minutes of walk, so you can get easily anywhere in the city. Across the bridge you can find coffee shop which works from 8 in the morning, and there is a market for groceries.

We were not informed on time that parking at the property is unavailable due to street reconstruction. Suggested parking is garage, about 15 minutes away by foot. Public parking is not easy to understand without experince (you have zones where you can stop, or only delivery can stop, zones where only tenants can park, time limited zones... You can pay for parking in the allowed zones, but you have to buy some paper at tabak shop, or to install application with registering), and after long trip you just don't want to manage this kind of problems. Best suggestion is to park at one of Park&Ride garage (or some similar), and to book apartment close to UBahn station (like this one). We did manage to park on public parking, but i wouldn't recommend.

Very spacious & clean apartment with a good sized kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet rooms.

The apartment only had standing fans which were ok but A/C would have made it a perfect property in the summer heat. The windows open to main street and leaving them open at night can be quite noisy (not apartment's fault but something to consider when it gets too hot). The hot water in the bathroom was intermittently hot & cold which is not an issue in hot weather but not a very pleasant experience.

The size of the apartment is very good and big. We felt comfortable when we stayed. The apartment have 2 rooms. The rooms are big enough. One with single bed and one with double bed. The beds are comfortable. The living room and kitchen is big. The apartment has lift which is good for guest with big baggage. Check in and check out is easy and convenient. The apartment has washing machine which is good for us to wash our cloths.

The location is not close to the city center.

Very spacious and luxurious apartment, clean, well equipped, very good location with many public transportation options and only 30 minutes walk to the city center. Two bakeries on the ground floor and many other shops on the street. Alexandra at reception was very friendly and helpful!! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Vienna.

TVs are large and in every room, which is great, but most of them have only local TV.

Spacious apartment in a nice building, well-equipped (coffee maker, washing machine, iron, tv, microwave, etc), good wifi, easy access to trams, supermarkets and bakeries, close to a Danube Canal area where you can walk and relax. Easy check-in with access code and good communication.

An AC would have been great, as the fan provided couldn't keep up with the heat inside. We had to keep the windows open almost the entire time, but that let in street noise (the apartment faces the street), so our sleep wasn't great.
