We needed a reasonably priced hotel for two nights for two adults and two "tween-aged" kids. This room was set up to provide what we needed exactly, and with plenty of space. It made our short stay in Vienna very pleasant . We had breakfast only one of the mornings, and it was simple but nice. The hotel is adjacent to grocery stores, a bakery, and close to public transportation. It was quiet too.

Didn't spend much time in room, so there was nothing that stood out.

The personnel at the front desk when we came to check in were super helpful, kind ready to answer any and all question we might have (hvala Miloš) and just overall really nice to talk to. They accommodated the request to put us at lowest floor possible but the overall communication through Booking should definitely be better and faster. Room was nice, a bit smaller than expected and not as visually appealing as the pictures but it was clean, it had all the commodities previously stated and it served it's purpose. Check out is really easy even if it's outside receptions working hours.

Pretty much everything was fine but the plastic chairs and the lamp in the room really threw me off

Loved the art work and the usual furniture, all very quirky and fun. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good each morning. We would have liked English breakfast tea bags among the tea selection but it was ok. Over all it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

We loved it and have no dislikes

Breakfast wasn't included, though I paid separately for it. It costed 16 euros per person. I think for that money it could be better. From hot food there was only omelet with sausages and boiled eggs alongside with some milk and other stuff.

For some reason I had to pay cash for the breakfast and overall they didn't accept credit card for additional services. I was able to pay only for the stay with CC.

We had a pleasant stay in Vienna and everyday a walk through the University and Campus area into the heart of the city via Rathausplatz. And everday at evening it was lovely to come back to the hotel and have a late evening coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was great and included all one need for a fresh start of the day. We had a familyroom with good space and nice beds. We'll come back. Auf Wiedersehen!

Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean and tidy. It's out of city centre, but it's close to tram which goes every few minutes and connects to the rest of the city. Staff was very nice.

It's a bit noisy, our room was close to a street with a lot of traffic. It would be good if there were two cups and a kettle in room.

It was a pleasant stay - all the personnel is friendly, trying their best to make their client's stay enjoyable. Just 15' my tram for the city center. 2 supermarkets at less than 5' walk.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 nights. I'd rather pay a little more and having them done every day.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is good, with a tram station 3 minutes away. Also, the people at the desk were very friendly and with good disposition to help. I really recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back here if I am ever back in Vienna.

Room was clean and felt comfortable

Check in was hard. I had messaged the property saying that I would be arriving after 11pm, however they never responded to the message. Only when we arrived three was a sign saying that we had to call a number for another hotel who helped us check in, but 100% sure of everything at that hotel.
