This was our second stay here and we were prepared for the lack of a fridge in the room)) Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, very clean hotel with excellent soundproofing of the rooms. Beds are comfortable, excellent varied breakfasts. Nearby are two metro stations and a tram stop, a supermarket and a pharmacy - the location is very convenient. Excellent parking for only 7 euros per day, 5 minutes walk away. This is truly one of the best options in Vienna in terms of price-quality ratio. Next time we come to Vienna, we will definitely stay here again.

I had an unexpected and stressful situation after my original hotel cancelled my reservation just hours before my arrival. I found this hotel last-minute and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I checked in feeling anxious, but they immediately made me feel welcome and calm. I also had a small issue with my card during payment, and they were extremely patient and reassuring — they told me not to worry and that they would assist me whenever I was ready. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and warm. I’m very grateful for the way the staff handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a pleasant stay!

Amazingly clean tidy modern equipped room, reasonable size for 2 people, iron/kettle upon request, excellent breakfast for 19euro, products organic&high quality, great steady wifi, easy tram 37, 38, D to the center, so frequent!!! Safe area, supermarket, pharmacy near, excellent staff (especially Karo, so sweet and helpful) but all staff is super friendly positive people, from ladies at breakfast, our housekeeper Noora absolutely sweetest person on earth🧡🧡 that took care of our room 116, so gentle polite&caring. Big thank you to her!! Overall it was great stay for us. I loved the vibe of this hotel lobby lounge, very welcoming. Only wish there was more backgeound music maybe? Only once I heard really nice song on my way out, my favourite song, oldie, made me stop&ask receptionist to play it again😁 that was such a good uplift to my whole day ahead. Very memorable moment, to me as musician at least such details make difference. Big hug to all ladies that made our 3 days in Vienna amazing!!!!

It is not really something major honestly, but for info for future visitors might be important: 1. Heavy traffic outside, so fresh air comes with noise. Sleeping possible only with shut window. Otherwise soundproof windows do great job. 2.Shower 3 in 1 soap didnt agree with my hair, so had to buy own shampoo. Could be personal. 3. Nearest Metro stations U4 looked a bit off so we only used it once day time😅 but trams were amazing hop on/hop off touring option (we bought 72hours wiener linien ticket, so felt free moving around, highly recommended, huge saving)

I liked everything. The hotel was clean, very good location. It was around night establishments like restaurants and food stands so we were not afraid to go back to the hotel at night. A good spot for transportation as it is near train, trams and bus stops. The room was of good size for a budget hotel that it contains all of what you need. The staff were accomodating, especially Hani Ayadi. He was able to accommodate a lot of our requests and maintained an accommodating atmosphere.

Maybe just a bottled water as a welcome pack so that we can refill it throughout our stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was a nice surprise — fresh, varied, and tasty, with both hot and cold options available. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was the shower. It was difficult to maintain a consistent water temperature — it would suddenly switch from a comfortable temperature to very hot, which could be quite uncomfortable and even dangerous if you’re not paying attention. It would definitely improve the experience if this issue was fixed.

The location of the hotel was very good. It is very close to tram stops. You can reach the old city with a single tram. It is also easy to reach by metro. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite large. There is a chair in the room for sitting other than the bed. There is a closet for clothes. The bathroom is also very large and has all the necessary equipment. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breaffast is very good. It is an open buffet and has many choices and it is 18 euros if it is not included and worth the money. And the neighbourhood is safe. There is a coffee machine at the lobby which is free.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a tram right in front that takes you anywhere in the city. It was also spotlessly clean and very comfortable definitely a place you can choose with confidence. The staff were incredibly sweet, warm, and always smiling. My friend and I were even surprised at how we could stay in such a comfortable and lovely hotel for this price. Thank you to the Vienna Ibis family!

There was absolutely nothing to criticise about the hotel everything was perfect.

Wonderful location and very comfortable place for a couple coming to Vienna for a short trip. Breakfast was incredible and the coffee machine accessible 24/7 was brilliant. The beds were so comfy!! The fact that public transport was right on the doorstep of this accommodation made everything so easy to travel and explore.

The room was quite small and the fact that the sink area was not closed off with a door and was just open was slightly uncomfortable.

Front staff did not really know about transport advice - children travelling for free on Vienna pass etc. First day room was not cleaned all day we were out and an attempt was made at 3pm when we came back tired and wanting to rest. We made sure we mentioned it the next day as we were leaving and it was done when we were out, but yes they did say they do not automatically clean daily if not requested - best to request!

The room was great!! A really nice family room with two big spaces. Big beds and a balcony was a plus. Clean with nice finishing. The breakfast was awesome. A lot o variety and quantity. The parking was small but safe. It had a car charger but a conventional car was parked there so we couldn't use it. The personal was great! very pleasant and helpful
