The apartment was very clean and modern, was easy to find and check in to. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. There is a possibility to request a slightly earlier check-in time which was very helpful. The nearest metro station to get to the sights in the city centre is Friedensbrücke, which takes a bit of a walk (12 min, 850m) but on the other hand there is a large and very beautiful green park right outside the apartment, be sure to check out the impressive ww2 flak towers there.

The wifi didn't work at all.

Hotel's Location is good. It's 20-25 minutes by walking to centre of Vienna. There are several autoparks close to the hotel. You can search p+r parking its 4 euro for day. We have found everything we need in a kitchen. Even Olive Oil and Salt. Room was clean, beds are comfortable.

That was a nightmare to enter the Hotel by code. They sent us a url but that was not working. We tried many times online check in. Even we completed check in and we got code but that code was not working to enter the room. We can not call the customer service because its blocked for Turkey numbers. We solved problem with another guests of hotels they have also same code problem.

We booked two apartments. Both were lovely, clean and well appointed, still kinda new-ish furniture and over all design. Good mattresses, nice towels, quality toiletries. You get a small welcome pack with some coffee, tea and filtered water, which is also nice.

AC is necessary in the summer. They seem to have a ventilation system, but it was not functional (we got a huge fan instead). The entire building is for rent, so the noise of your neighbours carries around. There were people waking up at 5 AM and feeding their kids on the terrace under you and people partying till 4 AM on the terrace above you. The interaction with the company could have been better (it was not the employees` fault, its just how their customer service system is set up). They eventually came through with all my requests, but it was a bit of a hassle (whatsapp interactions only, speaking with multiple people about the same problem).

The property is conveniently located near the bus station, which connects directly to the metro. The apartment was very clean and easy to access using the provided code. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It’s also within walking distance of several restaurants, fast-food options, and grocery stores, making it very practical for travelers.

Unfortunately, the property did not provide an iron, even when requested. For travelers, this can be quite inconvenient, as clothes often come out of luggage wrinkled and in need of ironing. Additionally, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Since the main bed was actually two twins pushed together, we had to rely on the sofa bed, which made the stay less restful than expected.

Good location, the apartment was new, looked way better than in pictures.

Parking is easy in front of the property. The accommodation is well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom had all toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped. Public transport is within 10 minutes walking distance.

The flat was just as shown in the photos - clean, spacious, mostly comfortable, and easy to access. It offered very good value for money. Communication with the host was smooth, I received prompt responses to my questions, and the instructions were clear.

The sofa bed for two could have been more stable and comfortable, although the bed in the separate room was very comfortable.

Not enough toilet paper

The colors and everything were so good and beautiful. We were so shocked entering the apartment. Every corner looks aesthetic. The whole building is safe ,we were using code to enter and also there is an elevator.

There is no iron and a scale. The bed was cracking and making a noise so much that it was annoying to use. Also the location is far away from the city center and we had to change 2-4 transportations to reach.
