The rooms are okay. One of the rooms was a little smaller than we expected, but both rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, a good variety of foods to choose from and Suzanne - the woman taking care of the breakfast when we were there - was so kind. They even allowed to have breakfast a little earlier than usually was allowed on our last day before we had to leave for the airport. Also recommend to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. It is very easy and cheaper than the train if you're traveling with 3 or more people.

The fact we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air and the air conditioning was not working (as it was not summer season yet according to the staff) was a little bit uncomfortable for someone who has difficulties sleeping in a stuffed or hot room

You might think that the best thing about ApartHotel Adagio Vienna City would be the location. It is on the corner of two tram lines, one tram stop away from two underground lines. A short walk from a grocery in two directions, right by the canal walk, and right on the edge of the Inner Stadt. You might think it was the well-appointed apartment, the useful little kitchen, the strong hot water. You might think the best thing is the facilities of the building, how there's a little library sitting room in the lobby, or that there's laundry right downstairs. There's also a fitness room, with a ping pong table, showers, and a sauna, and even a relaxation room, which is, I can attest, very relaxing. But no. The best thing about ApartHotel Adagio is the people at the front desk. At first I was going to call out the receptionist who was particularly obliging, informative, and friendly. But then, the second one I spoke to was just as generous and helpful, and then the third. So, the very best thing about the ApartHotel Adagio is the people who run it, and 24/7 are there to help. We appreciate the generosity over pillows and towels! Thank you, we had a great time.

The mattress is a little firm.

The apart hotel has a great location, this is the reason we booked it. Most of the attractions are in the walking distance. Room is clean and has all required amenities. We got the room in the internal part of the hotel, without a view, and it was the great! It was very quiet at the night. Air conditioner (cannot be regulated), towels replacement on demand, luggage storage before check-in and after check-out were the nice bonuses. We prepared the breakfasts in the room, that is equipped with kitchenette. Just 8 mins from Wienn Mitte station - getting from airport by public transport is very simple.

The room is small to the point of claustrophobia, the windows are not opened, the mattress is uncomfortably soft and does not support the back. Even the table for the breakfast was folding and in opened state blocks the entrance to bathroom... We prepared the breakfasts in the room, that is equipped with kitchenette, but the amount of plates, etc was very limited: 2 large plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks etc.

One of the most important reasons why I chose the hotel was Ms. Elif, whom I read in the comments. She took incredible care of us. She was friendly, polite and helpful. She also gave us suggestions about the city... Thank you Ms. Elif and all staff. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We were given a place to leave our luggage on the day of check-in and the day of check-out. The room was large enough, clean, and all furnishings were sufficient. The hotel is in agood location... thank you for everything

The room could have been a little warmer. The heating system was inadequate for us.

Handy location with easy access to main areas of Vienna either by walking or catching public transport which was within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was very spacious and had windows that could open which is always a bonus. Comfortable bed, though I did find it a bit high to get into. There was a Billa supermarket close by (no supermarkets are open on a Sunday) which was good as there was a small kitchenette. Lovely bathroom, though the water pressure was a bit weak. Highly recommend the Figlmuller restaurants in the historic area.

Offered the option of a room with a view or a quiet one without, which is the option I took. So be aware as it is a major city and can be a bit noisy near tram and train lines.

The location of the hotel was very good. We arrived by car and the navigation found if correctly. In the weekend there were plenty place to park in front of the hotel, in the working days we used a nearby parking. On 5 minutes walk is the Metro, and around it = there are a lot of places to have breakfast, ice cream or duner, St. Stefan is on a nice walking distance. The room was spacious, very nice and clean, with equiped kitchen (we didn't use it, but is a nice option). There was coffee mashine and capsules. The bathroom was quite big with everything needed.

Everything was OK.

The location is superb. It is at walking distance from the center of Viena, it has a fantastic view of one of the canals, and multiple buses/trams stops at the door of the hotel. I like that it is pet friendly and that it implements ecological measurements as not cleaning the room everyday, only upon request, or once a week.

As it is an apart hotel, and it is not being cleaned everyday, I would have appreciated some brush or mop to clean the kitchen. To be honest, at the beginning it was not clear that the cleaners wouldn't come as in regular hotels, and the first 2 days we were wondering if we missed the cleaning slot or what. Also it has no toiletries , only soap and shower gel, no tea in the kitchen and not enough coffee capsules (only 2 for a week)

The Hotel is within 15 minutes walk to the centre of Vienna, close to the tube stations, tram stops and the airport transfer train station. The room was clean and the kitchenette had enough equipment for our stay. Staff were professional and polite and the cost of the stay was really good.

The room had no means of cooling it other than opening the window which meant the room was noisy. The thermostat on the wall only allowed the room to get warmer, which didn't help. Space around the bed was very limited and trying to get passed the bed side shelving to the toilet was difficult. The shower worked but the pressure wasn't great and no cleaning of the room is done.

1. Location. The location of this hotel is simply amazing. It's within 20-30 minutes walk from all major attractions, 5 mins walk from the metro station and 1 min walk to the tram stop. The nearest supermarket is also 5 minutes away. 2. Suite. It's small but equipped with all the necessities. The interior is pleasant. There's a bathroom with hairdryer and good lighting, compact kitchen with a little stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen wear. Overall, great for a solo traveler. 3. Wi-Fi. It's free and pretty fast, but you'll need to reconnect to it every 24 hours (not a big deal tho).

1. Though I knew it beforehand, I think it's worth mentioning that the hotel does not provide free cleaning unless you book for 7+ days. That means if you book less, you will either have to clean and take care of trash by yourself, or pay for cleaning additionally, just keep that in mind. 2. Windows. They don't open. I knew it beforehand as well and didn't think it'll be an issue at all, but after I arrived and understood that even when you turn on the AC - the lack of fresh air in the room was suffocating, for me. If you're like me - note this one too. 3. No slippers. This one may sound petty, but usually when booking 4-5* hotels I expect having slippers included.

Location - close to public transport and train to the airport. A few food places and supermarket close by. Most tourist sights are within walking distance for us. The two kitchen/breakfast ladies were very efficient and friendly.

Even though we got a quiet room as requested, the room was small. The twin beds took most part of the space. Room was also not brightly lit. We stayed there for 5 nights and were told during check in that there will be no cleaning during the stay. For the price we pay for the 5 nights, we would expect better service.
