The property is new,clean and close to metro station

Although I got an email about digital key and the property offering digital key and motivating me to pay and check in before arriving to the hotel , I could not get the digital key after my payment and had to ho to the reception and wait a long line about 30 minutes to be able to ckeck in and got the card to my room no digital key . Finally I got the digital key after hours which did not make sense as I lost a lot of time

- Everywhere in the hotel was really clean - in our room, the lobby and the restaurant as well. - The bed in our room was very comfortable and we had everything needed for our stay, nothing was missing. - The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite, they helped us with everything that we needed. - There was an excellent breakfast, a various of food is offered at the breakfast, so nothing was missing and everyone can find something for themselves. People from the staff were bringing new food during the whole time so nothing is finishing. - The location of the hotel is perfect - it’s near by one of the metro stations and it’s on less than 10 minutes from the city center.

There is no such a thing. 🙂

The hotel is new, with a modern design and a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts are simply wonderful, they were very tasty. The sound insulation is at a high level, no sounds from the outside interfere with your rest. The bed is extremely comfortable - the mattress, pillows and blanket are so comfortable that you don't want to get up in the morning. The location is also perfect - just a few minutes' walk to the palace, and the city center is only a few metro stops away.

The air conditioner could not be turned off and the temperature in the room did not rise above 25 degrees, which made it cool to sleep. Also, the shower cabin was poorly sealed - water constantly leaked into the bathroom.

We arrived with pet, but I can say this hotel is “half pet friendly”. You wont find bowl with water outside or inside the hotel, in fact pets cant be in lounge, restaurant zones in 1st floor. No bowls in the room. At check out hotel try to charge me again full even I prepaid for room week ago. It takes time to discuss because lady at the desk said that “hotel never take prepayments” and finally she says ok I will ask money for booking or something. If you want to pay in cash, they can accept only exact amount - but you will get this info only when you’ll be ready to pay :) If you want to use WIFI be ready to fill in many fields with your personal details. :)

No fridge in the room

There’s everything you need for a short stay. Iron and ironing board, safe, coffee and tea station, hairdryer. Hotel and room was clean. Room and bathroom are good size. AC was working great. Huge and comfortable bed. 3 minute walk from subway station and then 10min ride to the middle of Old Town. There’s a shop nearby. Breakfast was nice, cold and warm options including waffle station. Gluten free and soy milk on request which was amazing.

Lovely modern hotel close to restaurants, shopping, and the Metro. 3 min walk to Metro for U4 train to Stad Park and Opera House. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel caters to large groups of tourists who stay one night and move on. Lobby and breakfast area gets very crowded. Wait until 08:30 for breakfast.

Nice big room, comfortable bed, everything was clean, my day to day cleaning requests were fulfilled. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of options. Staff was very nice and helpful, and they're speaking english very well. Location of the hotel is great, just across the metro station. Sound isolation was good, it was not very loud. All in all, very nice stay and good hotel.

It is not possible to take the stairs up (you have to use the elevator). Window in the room can only be opened very little (sometimes you just want more fresh air). There should be more space (more tables) for breakfast. Design of the shower door is not very smart - leaks water to the floor if it's not used very carefully. No fridge in the room. And most importantly, my request for high floor room was not fulfilled (if it was, maybe I wouldn't have noticed that it was impossible to go up the stairs :D).

The hotel is new and everything is clean. Our room was a king room on the 8th floor and it was perfect. The bed, the bathroom, the shower, everything was 10/10. The breakfast was complete with a lot of choices and variety. We enjoyed the waffles which we made ourselves on the waffle machine. A little tip about the waffle machine, when done pouring the waffle mix and closing the waffle lid , turn it upside down for the counter to start. The best time for breakfast is at around 07:00, there is little to no traffic. But even if you go at a later hour, there is so much space and tables, you will have no problem finding a seat. The staff was always helpful. All in all, 10/10 hotel experience.

although the hotel is not in the center of the town, the location was quiet and 3 mins walk from the metro station (U4 - green line). the hotel was modern and very clean. the room was small but that was not a problem. the bed was perfect and there were 2 pillows for each person - a soft one and a harder one -. the bathroom was very clean and like brand new. it had available shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and hairdryer and iron/ironboard as well. the breakfast was too rich! the coffee although was from coffee machine was very tasty and strong enough. too many options for vegetarian persons as well. When you call taxi from hotel to airport it costs 45-55 euro. you should preorder it..otherwise the taxi driver may tell you that the price is different.
