The room was pleasant, even if a bit small. Very clean, the shower was nice, the beds were comfortable, and it's in a very good location. It's a short walk to the U-Bahn, from which it's only 5 stops to Karlsplatz, just on the edge of the Innere Stadt. It's also not far from the Schloss Schönbrunn should you want to make a trip up there. You get what you expect here, not much if anything to complain about!

If I had to say one thing, it's just the size of the bedroom, but there's nothing deceiving about it in the pictures I would say.

We are traveling as a family — two adults and two teenagers — so we booked two separate rooms. We liked everything very much. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the metro, which takes you straight to the city center, making it very convenient. The only downside, as many others have mentioned in their reviews, is the strange door setup — one door shared between the toilet and the bathroom. It’s not really a major issue, just a bit uncomfortable and unusual. Everything else was great.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable for our 2 night stay. Conveniently located between 2 different metro lines, and also good connections for the trams. The room itself was nice, clean, and presentable. The door between the toilet and the shower was sliding, which was a bit of an unusual design. We had an outside terrace area on the top floor (7) which had a view of the west/south side of the city. We required an iron, and also a plug adapter which were provided with a refundable 10€ deposit.

The shower screen wasn't long enough, resulting in water going all over the floor in front of the sink. The table in the terrace area was wonky, so it wobbled with the glasses on top. We were given just 2 coffees pods, so required to ask for more for the second day. Be aware that the hotel is directly under the flight path, so constant aeroplanes coming in to land. The area itself has a lot of homeless people, so be vigilant when going to and from the metro.

Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless clean, very modern, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We chose a room with a terrace — definitely worth the extra cost, the view was stunning! The location is excellent, with great public transport connections. It’s just a few stops from the city center and very close to Mariahilfer Straße, perfect for shopping and exploring Vienna. The only small downside is that the hotel is next to a railway bridge, so you might hear some trains, but the soundproofing is really good and we weren’t disturbed at all when the windows were closed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna — great value, fantastic service, and an ideal location!

Very convinient location, close to U-Bahn and not far from both Wesbahnhof and Meidling Bahnhof. Also traveling to the city center is easy. Good sound isolation of the rooms. Air conditioning gentle and efficient.

Walk-in showers are generally inpractical, but this one was absolutely terrible - each shower resulted in water splashed all over the bathroom (if you did not close the door- all over corridor too!) - complete mistake. Sliding doors allowing to close either bathroom or toilet aren't fortunate too, if you travel with a grown up kid. Coffe at breakfast not too good.

The breakfast was good, we really enjoyed it. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is good and you can reach different parts of the city by public transport which is 5 minutes by walk from the hotel.

About the room, the main problem was shower. It had some issues that is being reported by other guests. The first is the sliding door between shower area and toilet area, which is a bit uncomfortable, and also the shower area is not separated completely, so there is a possibility about water spreading to whole bathroom. The other problem is related to location, when we were coming back to hotel, especially at night, we really did not feel safe. The hotel is close to a metro station, but the area around the station feels unsafe.

the room was big, balcony also. good water pressure in the shower. breakfast was varied and yummy. we arrived before the check in time and the room wasn't ready but we were able to park in the hotel parking and go for a walk in the meantime. the location is near to the centre of the city, very close to the brown and green metro lines. the AC in the room was very good, the amenities smelled amazing.

the bathroom and shower share a sliding door. the door is not hermetic, meaning it does not close all the way. it's very uncomfortable and it shows up in all the reviews. I don't know why it's not fixed. another thing, I asked for an iron for my clothes and I was surprised to hear that I have to leave 10€ cash deposit. it is the 1st time I encounter such a request in an hotel, and we don't use cash so we just wore different clothes.

Hotel Review: Modern and Comfortable Stay Right by the Train If you’re looking for a hotel close to the train in Vienna, it doesn’t get any closer than this—you can literally see it pass by the window! Despite that, the hotel is well-insulated, so noise wasn’t an issue. The hotel itself is very new, modern, and extremely comfortable. The rooms are well-designed, though, as many have pointed out, the sliding door for the bathroom and toilet is a bit unusual. However, it wasn’t a problem and didn’t take away from the overall experience. A great choice for those who want a stylish, convenient stay with easy access to transport. Would definitely stay again!

24x7 reception and help and they even help get cabs easily. Location is easy on maps for Uber or Bolt pickups. Once inside the property external road noise is gone and it does feel safe. The staff were sweet and really helpful. Room was very comfortable and well maintained.

Location is a bit far from main city and at least 5 mins walk to closest public transport. The neighborhood may seem sketchy in the beginning and it's hard to judge if people walking by are safe or not. There is only 1 door that has to be moved between bathroom and toilet and that can be inconvenient for multiple people staying. They had a Google chrome cast but doesn't work as smart tv.

A coffee machine and complimentary water bottle are available. - Breakfast is good. - Location is very good for concerts in the Stadthalle (a couple of stops away with the U-Bahn or a 20min walk) - Price is adequate, even when there are events happening in the city. - Reception is very friendly.

- Although I opted out of the room cleaning (and even got a drink voucher for the bar for that), the room was cleaned nonetheless. Not terrible, just unexpected. - The nearby train station seems to be a meeting point for drug users. I did not feel unsafe, but this may make some people uncomfortable. The area right around the hotel itself is fine.
