The Aparthotel is absolutely wonderful! It is clean, cosy, beautifully decorated inside. The bed is comfortable and the room is big. The presence of small kitchen and fridge is so convenient. I could enjoy coffee or tea whenever I wanted. I could even cook something if needed. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful. It is so nice to have it in your room without hurry. Separate thanks for Mr Panus, a wonderful owner of this hotel. He helped me a lot with parking issues. Overall I would recommend everyone this hotel while you stay in Vienna. I will be glad to return to it too. The location is perfect - you can use public transport or walk by foot. Schonbrunn park can be reached by foot in 20min.

Just a small comment - the shower door is very squeaky and hard to close. Also room was a bit dark, but that may become an advantage when hot weather starts.

This is our second stay here and it was awesome this time too. The room is very spacious with really nice wood furniture. The breakfast was even better served warm every time. Booking with breakfast is a must! The location is one crosswalk away from the subway, very close to the shopping street, Mariahilfer St., and you can walk to the city center or take the subway from there. The one thing that I love about this place is the cleanliness, Spotless every time. Is very good positioned, with good direct buses, trams and subway to every point of interests in the city center

From the moment we were greeted at the door by the wonderfully charming and helpful proprietor Panus, personally escorted to our room, and duly entertained by his delightful young daughter, the tone was set that this is a hotel that places exceptional customer service at the very heart of its core. And so it proved for the duration of our 4 day stay. From the tremendously quaint, varied and tasty breakfast, delivered personally and punctually to your room by Panus at a time of your choosing, to local restaurant advice and various snippets of highly useful information about the surrounding area, everything is covered to ensure your stay runs as smoothly as possible. It's location (a literal 1 minute walk!) to Gumpendorfer Straße U-Bahn station guarantees that you're no time away from anywhere in this majestic City, you'll master the public transport system in no time and from there the City is your oyster. The rooms themselves are wonderfully spacious, and oozing the character so badly lacking in the modern hotels of today. The double bed was as comfortable and clean as you could wish for, our room had a plush 3 seater couch within it, a table and chairs to dine on, cupboards, wardrobes and still had ample room. It has a kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, coffee machine (with pods) ...this section of your accommodation is cordoned off with double-doors, and you then have a further corridor still, from which you'll find your toilet (individual room), huge spacious wardrobe with safety deposit box within, and a spacious and immaculately clean bathroom with bidet, bath, shower and sink all within - oh, and plush carpeted throughout! i booked this hotel originally on it's high-reviews - and i leave knowing exactly why it's so well-regarded. An independently-run hotel by people who genuinely care. i couldn't be more thankful to Panus for being so nice to us during our stay, and wish him and his family every success in the future.

A minor thing, and absolutely no reflection on the hotel, obviously, but have your wits about you when coming in and out of Gumpendorfer U-bahn station, it seems to attract a few 'undesirables' shall we say. None of whom caused a moments trouble, nor threatened it, during our stay, i hasten to add, but just be aware of their existence.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Really charming hotel and the owner has amazing attention to detail, really cares about the guests and gave us great advice on everything from transportation to cafes. The room was very big and comfortable, quiet and with a lovely little lounge area where we could have our breakfast. The breakfast itself is amazing and is prepared fresh for you and served directly to your room. Good location with easy access to everything Vienna has to offer. Best value for money we’ve had in a very long time and we would come back anytime!

Everything was great

The hotel was very well located for me - I wanted to be near a Subway station (Vienna has an excellent subway system) and the hotel was literally one minute's walk to the station. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. I can honestly say that I had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had anywhere at any hotel, which is a speciality and clearly a passion for this place. I will definitely book here again, the next time I travel to Vienna and would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in this city, and who wants a central location.

I cannot fault any aspect of this place

Apartment has big bed room and a living room with kitchen. The whole apartment is decorated full of culture style with paintings and music, in Vienna way! Host is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent and sent to room by host. Transportation is near by, easy to take public transportation to go to tourist attractions. West train station is in walking distance, easy to go/from Salzburg, and take shuttle bus to CK town. Host provide one phono to play music in the room.

The apartment is located next to one subway station, easy to take subway. But somehow, inside the tunnel below the subway station platform, there are some strange people gathering there, smoking, selling drugs, suspecting illegal drugs. Feel unsafe and need to walk away fast from the subway station.

I just loved my stay here, it definitely impacted my holiday in a positive way! This hotel is what hospitality is all about. I trusted the many positive reviews and I'm so glad I did. The room was so cute, cozy and welcoming, that I immediately wished I could have stayed more days! The breakfast is delicious and served right to your room. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful and a special person overall. I'm very happy I got to meet him. I would definitely stay here again! I could go on and on about it, but I will just tell you to trust me and book your stay here.

We absolutely loved the aristocratic feel the apartment had, with tall doors and ceilings, beautifully decorated bedroom and large bathroom. The location was great as well, just a couple minutes away from a metro station Special thanks to our very welcoming host as well, who was very kind and helped us with the hairy parking situation in Vienna by issuing daily and hourly parking tickets for us!

It seems we were a bit unlucky with our room - some reviewers mentioned how quiet their place was, others said it was quite noisy. We were part of the 2nd category, and we think it might be the room placement, as ours was in a corner of the hotel and we could hear a lot of noise coming from the main street even during the night. The WiFi connection was also quite bad at times.

Apart from being charming and warm, the personal touch and all the facilities are dedicated to enhance your comfort. 10/10 cleaness, location and facilities. The room was also very quiet, even though it was a street view room. The kitchenette with fridge was also a great asset for us. If you love art as much as I do, this place will also be a good choice. Thank you for the hotel to be one of the favourite spots within entire Vienna of my 9 year old companion.
