Very nice and clean apartment, with small kitchen and all necessary amenities. Everything is digital, from booking the room, through check in, to checkout, which makes everything pretty fast. Communication is mostly done through email and/or WhatsApp chat bot. All other amenities that you might need can be found in one of the rooms in the building, and you can go there whenever you want and take whatever you need. Location is very nice, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a metro station right across the street, where you can use lines 4 and 6 to go to the city center (you will be in the city center in about 10-15mins). There is a Spar supermarket right behind the building.

Having all the service in digital form can sometimes make communication difficult. For example, if you have a very specific request to ask (as we had with our TV), WhatsApp chat bot will not be able to help you very much.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna. Here are some highlights: - Excellent communication before arrival - we received all the necessary information in advance and self check-in was really smooth as well - Convenient door code system - Well-equipped bathroom, kitchen - Spacious rooms – the apartment comfortably accommodated 4 people without feeling cramped - Fantastic location – just 3 minutes from the U4 and U6 metro lines, 5 minutes from a Billa supermarket, and only 20 minutes by metro to Wien Meidling train station.

The only downside was that we couldn’t use the oven or the induction cooker. The oven didn’t heat up properly, and the cooker stopped after a few minutes and showed an error code.

The location was perfect for us - close to a metro station and a supermarket. The room was well-equipped (no deep plates, though) and the heating was great. The bed was a good size, and we were happy to find it had one big mattress (as opposed to two smaller mattresses next to each other), as advertised.

The staff was a bit slow to respond and vague (but they stayed in touch after we left and the matter was resolved). The room door got stuck a few times (it didn't respond, even though the code was successfully entered), but luckily we managed to open it each time. Our room had a bathroom (a sink and a stand up shower) and a separate quarter-bathroom (only a toilet), which might be good to know when choosing. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower bathroom at times.

Close to the metro and big supermarket (2-3 min). Main entrance with music. Shower cabin had enough space with filled containers for soap, shampoo and lotion. Linoleum on the floor with floor heating. Bed for babies. Enough capsules for the dishwasher.

It's missing a message for how to get new towels. You just have to ask for them to the cleaning personal while they clean other rooms. I prefer closed wardrobe instead of shelves for my clothes. We had 2 sleeping pillows for 4 persons. In the last evening my kids blocked the locker and I had to leave at 3 AM. I had to wait almost an hour to get in contact with somebody and I didn't resolve my problem. Fortunately I didn't have the passports or any money inside. So I left with the locker blocked. It can happen, so be carefully..

Very close to subway.

Rooms are quite small. There is a construction site and it generate a LOT of noise. Normally they start working around 7 AM, but on Tuesday they have started at 6:20 AM and you really can not sleep. If you have a small child, is imposibile to get him asleep during day time. You can not stay on terrace because there is dust and noise. You can see below a picture from our terrace. I am sure that after the construction site is over, it will be ok, no view, but it will be silence

The apartment was a very cosy, well equipped with everything you need for your stay to feel like in home. Very modern with automated window blinds, clean toilets and bath. Every wash room had the needed toiletries. Kitchen had coffee capsules , capsules for the dish washing machine and detergent for manual washing. Bright and cosy place with very big terrace.

The AC units were for some reason not working (staff was quick to come and check them - they needed an external company to perform a review of the system), good thing that the days were not hot. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen of the apartment.

There is parking on the street and garage nearby R+P. It it’s not expensive, we park two cars. I was there with family for the weekend and we spent a great time together. Everything was good. Apartment is clean, warm and spacious for 5 person and one baby. Everyone was satisfied with bed comfort and madras. The apartment is on the ground floor. Metro station is two minutes away from building.

Location next to a metro (u4, u6) station. Spacious rooms. Balcony with armchairs. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, teapot, coffee machine. Very clean. Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom. Easy check in/out. Quick responses of the staff (not only with a chat bot) via WhatsApp, if necessary.

In will be nice to have a hanger in the hallway for jackets and coats.

There should be more coutlery, large towels, toilet paper) per person.. Sofa bed is very unconfortable to sleep in.

Convenient for transportation. It is very close to the metro station. There are shops/markets nearby. The apartment is clean and kitchen has all staff to cook. The online Numa is very efficient to organize the stay and resolve the issues.

Rooms are small. Only one toilet while the bathroom doesnt have another toilet.
