Very nice and clean apartment, with small kitchen and all necessary amenities. Everything is digital, from booking the room, through check in, to checkout, which makes everything pretty fast. Communication is mostly done through email and/or WhatsApp chat bot. All other amenities that you might need can be found in one of the rooms in the building, and you can go there whenever you want and take whatever you need. Location is very nice, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a metro station right across the street, where you can use lines 4 and 6 to go to the city center (you will be in the city center in about 10-15mins). There is a Spar supermarket right behind the building.

Having all the service in digital form can sometimes make communication difficult. For example, if you have a very specific request to ask (as we had with our TV), WhatsApp chat bot will not be able to help you very much.

The location was perfect for us - close to a metro station and a supermarket. The room was well-equipped (no deep plates, though) and the heating was great. The bed was a good size, and we were happy to find it had one big mattress (as opposed to two smaller mattresses next to each other), as advertised.

The staff was a bit slow to respond and vague (but they stayed in touch after we left and the matter was resolved). The room door got stuck a few times (it didn't respond, even though the code was successfully entered), but luckily we managed to open it each time. Our room had a bathroom (a sink and a stand up shower) and a separate quarter-bathroom (only a toilet), which might be good to know when choosing. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower bathroom at times.

Close to the metro and big supermarket (2-3 min). Main entrance with music. Shower cabin had enough space with filled containers for soap, shampoo and lotion. Linoleum on the floor with floor heating. Bed for babies. Enough capsules for the dishwasher.

It's missing a message for how to get new towels. You just have to ask for them to the cleaning personal while they clean other rooms. I prefer closed wardrobe instead of shelves for my clothes. We had 2 sleeping pillows for 4 persons. In the last evening my kids blocked the locker and I had to leave at 3 AM. I had to wait almost an hour to get in contact with somebody and I didn't resolve my problem. Fortunately I didn't have the passports or any money inside. So I left with the locker blocked. It can happen, so be carefully..

Great location (u-bahn accross the road, parking garage walking distance...), nice apartment, easy check in, comfortable bed

There should be more coutlery, large towels, toilet paper) per person.. Sofa bed is very unconfortable to sleep in.

The apartment was a very cosy, well equipped with everything you need for your stay to feel like in home. Very modern with automated window blinds, clean toilets and bath. Every wash room had the needed toiletries. Kitchen had coffee capsules , capsules for the dish washing machine and detergent for manual washing. Bright and cosy place with very big terrace.

The AC units were for some reason not working (staff was quick to come and check them - they needed an external company to perform a review of the system), good thing that the days were not hot. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen of the apartment.

Location next to a metro (u4, u6) station. Spacious rooms. Balcony with armchairs. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, teapot, coffee machine. Very clean. Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom. Easy check in/out. Quick responses of the staff (not only with a chat bot) via WhatsApp, if necessary.

In will be nice to have a hanger in the hallway for jackets and coats.

We stayed in an apartment and it was really well equipped and clean. Was impressed with the amount of automation including keyless check-in, entry, quality of answers from the chatbot through Whatsapp. The facility doesn't have a parking, but we managed to find a roadside parking.

The walls/doors aren't well insulated - but they've got a silent time after 8pm.

+Location is good (we traveled by car) - we were lucky to stay on weekend, so had no problems with parking right on the street next to the apartments (free of charge on weekends in Vienna), but if you stay during the week - there is a Parking Lot in ~8 min walking away from apartments +Contactless check-in/check-out (you just get your pin-code for the doors) +Close to some nice places to eat (3-5 min by car/5-10 min walking) + small shop downstairs +Clean

-Vienna by itself :) very crowded place (a lot of non-indigenous people), with small kids not the best place in Austria (it's better to head Tirol if you have opportunity:):):):). It has nothing to do with the apartments, just my observations.

Very spicy n span. The staff were really really sweet and helpful. Thank you for that. We had everything we needed. There is also luggage storage. All in all, We had a very comfortable stay here. would recommend and will come back.

1The washing is paid not free. 2. Close to the train station but really far if you decide to walk. Not close to anything. 3. The bedroom has no ac. Gets very hot but i think thats the norm in this part of the world.

Very good for family travel. Very friendly staff. Check-in earlier if possible. Thank you very much for that! Large, comfortable bedrooms and a very cute, well-equipped kitchen. Very good location!!!. Cleanliness is very good. It's too bad that the restrictions related to the pandemic are the reason and the staff does not clean the room. The pandemic is over and it's time for the sorting service to start. It is desirable that the balcony be more orderly.

They did not take out the garbage and did not clean the rooms, although we were warned about this in advance.
