A Wonderful Stay in Vienna! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I had some of the best sleep I've had in ages! The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Getting to the hotel from Vienna Airport was a breeze, with all the necessary transportation options conveniently available. The hotel’s location made exploring the city center easy and stress-free, allowing us to make the most of our trip. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Melinda. She was an absolute gem! Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impressive ability to speak seven languages, made us feel right at home. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, providing fantastic recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Overall, our experience was simply wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna—you won’t be disappointed!

The location is perfect to whom wants to stay close to Schönbrunn Palace. There are nice restaurants (I recomend the Grätzlheuriger on number 75 on the same street, nice food and service, with awesome cost benefit with a traditional austrian food menu) and markets around. If you go buy car, there are LOTS of places to park on the street not needing to pay for it (just be aware with blue parking zones and times). The cost benefit of the hotel is perfect as well. Good service, big, clean and confortable apartment. Fast internet. Had NO PROBLEM AT ALL! If I go to Wien again, I have a place to stay without thinking twice!

I liked the location. It was great and very close to the and metro, cafes and supermarkets. Hotel staff was great, they always answered our questions and were very nice to us. Also breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious. They tidied up our room every day in the afternoon, when we were not there and that’s why our room was always cleaned. Bed was also very big and comfortable. I think, that at this price point, this hotel is great.

The only thing I did not like was lightning, i think, that with better lightning everything would look much better.

* Location was very good. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus is in every 10 minutes and it takes you directly to the city center. Subway situation is 5 minutes walk. You can also use it. There are may supermarkets around the hotel (Höfer, Lidl, etc..). There is also a shopping street (Meidlinger Hauptstraße) closeby to the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in this street. * Breakfast was very good. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of egg (baked, omlette and sunny side), tomato, tea & coffee, cake, chocolates, musli, croissant, etc.... Many choice available. Only problem is that there is only one person looking after the breakfast area and when one thing is finished, it was taking time to refill it. * Tip: Try "Ristorante Al Teatro L'idea", which is very close to the hotel (3 bus stops). Very nice place for a nice dinner. Italian restaurant with lots of choice for sea food also.

The safe in the room was locked. I called the reception but they could not support to re-open it. The answer I got was that the previous guest closed it and the hotel cannot open it. This was not professional. Normally hotel management should be able to open the safe and make it available to use again. It was unusual.

The room was really nice, big and comfortable. Quite sunny and with a big balcony. But this leads me to the negative side. The location is quite practical with a tram stop just outside the door that leads you to the center and back.

There was no air conditioning. And on that day it was quite sunny and hot. There was a nice big ventilator there but that was not enough to cool the room off. The next negative was that the balcony door was broken. It could not be opened nor closed. It was stuck with a small opening at the top with no way to fix it by yourself. We reported the issue to the staff; and I hope that the next visitors are enjoying a fully working balcony door by now.

Location is great. Bus stop is in front of hotel and that line will take you to the city centre fast. Metro station is 5 minutes walk. Nearby there is Schonbrunn, Science and Technology museum, many restaurants,... Room was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. Breakfast was delicious. All the personnel were very kind and helpful. We were allowed to check out 1 hour later and could leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out. All in all, great value for money.

Elevator is going only to 4th floor and we were on fifth, which required a bit of efforts for check in and check out.

These days, there is a trend for hotels to have what I call, "Micro rooms". You get a room that is basically big enough for a bed, and an attached bathroom. This hotel, the room was spacious, warm and perfect. The memory foam mattresses were fresh and the heating worked perfectly. There are huge windows that let in a lot of light and air, and blackout curtains to make it pitch dark at night.

The hotel did suffer some rain damage due to the extraordinary rain they had the past few days. I also didn't like that there was no way to call the front desk directly and calls go to an automated callback system. You call, your number is registered, and you wait for someone to call you back... and wait.. and wait.. But if you go down and talk to someone face-to-face, you get amazing customer service from some very hip and cool people.

The place was very close to the metro U4 line. in 5-7 mins walking you were in the station. It also had a bus station next to it that was passing through the city center. The room was really value for money. Near the metro station, you could find supermarkets.

The room needs a fridge and AC. We were lucky because we visited Vienna in September but one day it was hot and we needed AC for sure. In the night we could sleep with open windows because it's cooler but we could hear some people chatting from the bar-restaurant next to the hotel. So in that case the AC would also be a good solution.

The location is super convenient like 5 mins walk to Schonbrunn station and near the bus stop which directly to city center. However, my impressive point is the staffs! they are super-friendly and so helpful, I need to leave the luggage one day before my check-in and late check-in and the can manage everything smoothly without any mistakes. The room was clean, comfortable and suitable space. I was there during late september, so the temperature was fine, no need air-con.

I stayed in the first floor, so at night there is a bit noise from outside but I didnt have an issues with the noice. If you cannot sleep with the noice maybe better to ask for higher floor. The breakfast was ok like cheese, cold cuts, egg, cereal, yogurt and salad.

Good locality, in a walking distance to Zoo and Schonbrunn castle. Metro station nearby. Quiet locality, big room and bathroom. Room equipped with kettle and coffee and tea bags, teacups and spoon.

A room for two persons was equipped only with one chair, so another must sit on the bed. Instead of too many decorative pillows I would prefer two chairs for two guests. It's a pity that the room was not equipped with a refrigerator, there was enough space for it, but we knew about it. Our stay was short, but there is little storage space for a longer stay.
