The cleanliness, the outside architecture, confortable matresses, the thing that they provided us water and coffee, the fully equiped bathroom, the breakfast option. Very helpful to have a small refrigerator in the room. Good parking option on the payed parking lot.

I appreciated the willing of providing an AC system on a hot day and night, but the placement was not so useful, needing an open window for the hot air to be evacuated. Some unfinnished wall repairs. If I have had my tools, I could have given it a try.

The hotel is in a very good location, with many popular attractions nearby (easily accessible on foot or by metro). The metro station is very close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel, and a grocery store is nearby. Upon arrival, drinking water was left in the hotel room (and replenished daily), which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel does not have parking for cars. The room was very hot (we were there in July), but the apartment had two fans, which helped us endure the heat. On the first day (when we arrived), there were no towels in the hotel room. We only noticed this on the evening of the first day because we spent the whole day in the city. When we returned in the evening, we noticed that there were no towels in the apartment, but there was nothing at the reception desk. However, we did receive towels the next morning (after asking the girl working at the reception desk). We hope that this was an oversight on the part of the hotel staff, but we had to improvise on that hot evening.

The location is great - just a short walk from Schönbrunn Palace and Schönbrunn metro station, and only one minute from bus stop 57А, which made getting around Vienna super easy. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was important for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – they even assisted me in printing train tickets after I had forgotten to do so in advance. It was also very convenient that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, so we could start exploring the city right away. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if there is a way to label the stored luggage, so it’s easier to identify which bag belongs to whom. Overall, a great experience.

We could not access the accommodations that we had booked initially and were frantically trying to get a hotel, at night, in the cold weather. This was in March 2025. We came across this hotel in our online search and found that they had rooms available even at such short notice. We received a whatsapp message immediately from the hotel confirming the booking and welcoming us. It was such a huge relief for us, after trying to communicate unsuccessfully with the initial booking accommodations. The room was clean, warm and stocked with all the necessities. The staff were friendly and ever ready to assist! Breakfast was available at the hotel which was a great convenience. There were other eateries nearby as well as a bustop which connected us to the train network quite easily.

We had to go up a flight of stairs leading to our room on the top floor as the lift stopped 1 floor below it. It was only an issue as we had heavy luggage. More options for salad would have made the breakfast perfect.

A Wonderful Stay in Vienna! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I had some of the best sleep I've had in ages! The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Getting to the hotel from Vienna Airport was a breeze, with all the necessary transportation options conveniently available. The hotel’s location made exploring the city center easy and stress-free, allowing us to make the most of our trip. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Melinda. She was an absolute gem! Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impressive ability to speak seven languages, made us feel right at home. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, providing fantastic recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Overall, our experience was simply wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna—you won’t be disappointed!

The rooms were very modern, clean & the girl at the front desk who checked us in provided excellent customer service. She gave us step by step instructions about traveling on the metro & also gave us tips on traveling to the airport. Also she used a map and gave us directions to all the sights we were planning to visit. She was very pleasant, when I requested extra coffee packets, she politely asked me how many I wanted and promptly gave it. Both the girls at the front desk were wonderful and always smiling. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The lighting could be brighter but that didn’t bother us.

The location is perfect to whom wants to stay close to Schönbrunn Palace. There are nice restaurants (I recomend the Grätzlheuriger on number 75 on the same street, nice food and service, with awesome cost benefit with a traditional austrian food menu) and markets around. If you go buy car, there are LOTS of places to park on the street not needing to pay for it (just be aware with blue parking zones and times). The cost benefit of the hotel is perfect as well. Good service, big, clean and confortable apartment. Fast internet. Had NO PROBLEM AT ALL! If I go to Wien again, I have a place to stay without thinking twice!

I liked the location. It was great and very close to the and metro, cafes and supermarkets. Hotel staff was great, they always answered our questions and were very nice to us. Also breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious. They tidied up our room every day in the afternoon, when we were not there and that’s why our room was always cleaned. Bed was also very big and comfortable. I think, that at this price point, this hotel is great.

The only thing I did not like was lightning, i think, that with better lightning everything would look much better.

The staff was very helpful, kind-hearted, they came every day to clean the room and change the towels. The balcony was a surprise, wich made us very happy. The bathroom was very comfortable and quite large.

There was problem with internet, but we had taken a sim card, in which we paid 20 eur, so we solved this problem. It's quite far from the centre, however we were able to walk all over Vienna. Overall we are very satisfied.

Location is great. Bus stop is in front of hotel and that line will take you to the city centre fast. Metro station is 5 minutes walk. Nearby there is Schonbrunn, Science and Technology museum, many restaurants,... Room was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. Breakfast was delicious. All the personnel were very kind and helpful. We were allowed to check out 1 hour later and could leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out. All in all, great value for money.

Elevator is going only to 4th floor and we were on fifth, which required a bit of efforts for check in and check out.
