Perfect location, friendly staff, great facilities and stylish room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our room had a slightly dirty shower and a lot of dust.

The hotel boasts a prime location near Schönbrunn, offering guests convenient access to one of Vienna’s most iconic landmarks. This strategic setting enhances the overall experience, placing visitors within close reach of historical and cultural attractions. However, it’s worth noting that there are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, so guests may need to plan accordingly for any grocery needs.

Previously, guests were welcomed with cookies upon check-in, adding a nice touch to the arrival experience, but this tradition has now been discontinued. Housekeeping is inconsistent—towels may not be changed, and trash may not be taken out. In our room, dirty glasses were left uncleaned, and the bathrobes provided for the spa were old and torn. This level of service does not meet expectations for a comfortable stay.

For me I loved the bathroom, super spacious and really nice to wind down after a long day of exploring the city and travelling around Vienna. Really nothing to complain about at all. TV worked fine, beds were super comfy and you will have a great nights sleep here. 24/7 snacks and drinks downstairs at the self checkout shop and the bar is super useful too at night.

Was arguably far from the train station, like 15 mins walk. For someone who struggles walking or perhaps doesn't want to push a pram 15 min to the train, you have to keep this in mind. I'm 22 and was totally fine for me and my mum but some people could struggle with the distance. Really nothing to worry about if you like walking through a new neighbourhood and even through the beautiful park to the station.

Rooms were clean. Location is great: easy access to public transport and Schonbrunn palace park.

I was arriving late at night, notified the hotel that I will be coming after midnight. Nevertheless, they charged me no-show fee, then cancelled my booking, and re-booked again when I checked in at night. This created a financial mess, and my card got charged almost triple of the original amount. ———- Eventually all incorrect transactions have been reversed or refunded. I appreciate the hotel team effort looking into the details and correcting everything. It took almost 3 weeks, but the final balance is correct. —— If you are arriving late make sure that the front desk is aware if it.

We stayed in the same hotel few years ago and we really liked it. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent, few minutes walk from Schönbrun castle and U-bahn (metro) if you want to go to city center without being in traffic. Hotel has garage deal which is very convenient for those traveling by car - 28 EUR per day and you can go in and out anytime you want. Last time we were staying here we remember that breakfast was extremely delicious and they had more options than this time. It is still delicious, but now is more basic, therfore I don't think it is worth 22 EUR anymore. The rest is perfect!

Parking in the hotel was terrible at our arrival. The garage is not only for hotel guest but it's open for other people too. We arrived on sunday and the garage was totally full. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for the parking!!

Our stay exceeded expectations and we were extremely satisfied with all the services offered. At the reception, I had the pleasant surprise that Mr. Goran upgraded us from a standard room to a King Suite with Balcony room without any additional cost. Goran was very pleasant, helped us with information and made our stay even more pleasant. A very pleasant experience, perfect location near a park and Schonbrunn Palace, quiet location, underground parking at a very good price. We will definitely come back.

Fortunately, I had nothing to complain about, both the staff and the hotel's facilities.

The whole hotel is quite new, lobby is very spacious, breakfast is good. However the room is a bit small. Location wise, even thought it is a bit far from the town area (Referring to the tourist area), you can easily walk to the bus station nearby, there are two nearby, which is around 1-3minutes walk.

No free drinking water provided during the stay. Restaurant nearby do not open until late night compared to city centre area, have to take a grab to somewhere further.

We stayed here to visit Schonbrunn Palace. Our family of four stayed in two rooms connected, so we had a comfortable stay. Our destination, the main gate of Schonbrunn Palace, was only a 10-minute walk away, so it was very convenient. The underground parking lot was clean and the rate was fixed for 24 hours, so we could arrive the night before, stay overnight, check out in the morning, visit the palace, and then depart. It's easy to get here by car. There was a wide variety of breakfast options available, and they were delicious. It might be a good idea to visit a little earlier. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There were no major issues and I had a comfortable stay. If I had to say something, it would be that during breakfast, when the waiter was clearing the dishes, he accidentally spilled the fruit syrup that was left on the dishes. The waiter said he would come and wipe it up later, but in the end he never came to clean it up. I would be happy if they sweepred it on the spot. It was a delicious breakfast, so it was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast and beverages was excellent. Room was as expected. No complaints. Location was excellent, few minutes walking distance from Schoenbrunn. Therefore amazing location. The metro train was also walking distance away if you have a single bag or so and are inclined to walk those few hundred yards. Staff always courteous and polite.

Staff was not always attentive and maybe Hotel was short staffed at times due to excessive long queues during check-in, and this would get worse when front desk is manned by single staff who is on phone call to other guests.
