Very nice place with historical motives. Wonderful breakfast comparable with best hotels in the world. Comfortable bed and chairs in the room. Kitchen offers delivery on the room till night. All ordered food was very tasty and well done served. We can really recommend. Location is perfect for visiting surrounded historical places. In hotel lobby is photo box machine for family pictures with Franz Josef picture in background, we appreciate. Generally we can recommend stay in this hotel. Next time we will accomodate here again.

In the wardrobe was not cleaned dust. But rest of the room was very clean. Underground garage has really narrow parking spaces which is complicated for family with kids.

- bright, airy, comfortable room. - cleaning staff were really friendly. - brilliant location. It's a little bit further outside compared to other hotels but it's only a short journey on the tube. I especially like the tube line as it's mostly above ground. I stayed at another hotel after this which had a location more proximal to the centre but i'd honestly have preferred to stay here. - the surrounding area is great! so many nice restaurants, bakeries. The area felt very safe and was fairly reasonable. - you can walk to Schönbrunn in ~10-12 minutes if you don't walk like a slug. - if I visited Vienna again i'd 100% stay here! the only reason I wouldn't stay here is if I wanted to stay at a hotel accessible via one of the main trams instead of the underground.

- staff were professional but not friendly.

The hotel had excellent connections to transport and was close to the palace. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly, the bar was nice as were the desserts in the restaurant. In the mornings a member of staff came round to the rooms offering a top up of tea, coffee etc.

The breakfast was over priced and the noise in the morning carried through to the rooms as the doors were not soundproof. There was no price list for the mini bar, I did contact reception verbally and through the messaging system on booking.com and I was informed that it should be there but nothing was supplied. Also there was no information with the numbers to dial reception.

The building and the rooms were beautiful and spacious and full of history, felt as if we were almost staying in Schönbrunn palace itself. The breakfast was good with versatile options, however a real fresh juice would have been a plus. The cleaner ladies were wonderful.

The location is 20 mins taxi drive away from the city center, and 1 km walk from the Schönbrunn palace, so be prepared to make time for moving around. We stayed during Christmas time and wished to have a Christmas dinner at the hotel where they orginized a Christmas Gala dinner. First we were told that we don’t need a reservation that we can just walk in to the gala dinner, and later we were told that the dinner was sold out and we could not get a table there anymore. In the end the Gala dinner was quite empty but we had already made a reservation to another restaurant and could not join and it left us quite dissapointed. There were also not that many good restaurant options near by, neither supermarkets, so we ended up taking a taxi to the city center most evenings.

We booked here for the closeness the the castle so we could visit without using the car that we could park near the hotel, even if it was for a hefty price. Finally, in the morning, a spoke person from the parking pointed the access to the charging point for the electric car, so we could charge, but the price is way too high. The room was ok, the view not so, but we just stayed the night so it was ok. We did not took the breakfast, the price was prohibitive.

We had no access to the electric car charging point when we arrived at night and the communication on this was not ok at the front desk where I was told just to go there and all is available, all was closed. This should be better explained, even if the service is provided by a third party, as the hotel advertises it as a facility that is available. Also, as the hotel says it has parking possibilities with chargers, there should be a better tariff for the hotel's guests negotiated with the third party and maybe a photo to show where it is or to point at it. I strolled the parking levels without finding it at night and was not keen to ask more as I was assured it was easy to find. This is my personal experience.

The hotel is next to one of Schönbrunn Palace gardens entrances and near a subway station from where you can go easily to the centre. The room and the bathroom were clean, with essential things that you need. Staff person were kind and helpful. We arrived before check in time and the room wasn't ready, but we could leave our baggage to them, same thing at the check out. Nearby there are a supermarket and many restaurants (local, Mcdonald, Italian, Asian, Korean).

The pillow was too soft for me and i slept a little bit unconforable, but this is subjective.

We got a random upgrade to a superior room. I asked if they have usb adaptors on the wall to charge our mobile phone, if not, is there a power adaptor we could borrow (coz we left our power adaptor in previous hotel we’re in). They tried to find one but none for what we need. Instead they got us to a room with usb adaptors on the wall.

There’s stairs but NO ramp to roll our luggage in to the entrance. It’s annoying to have to carry our luggages over up each steps to check in n down again to check out

The hotel is well situated beside the train station to take you into Vienna. The area around the hotel is also nice with access to shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and easy access into palace gardens. If returning to Vienna we would stay here again as it is a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

The breakfast is very expensive but with a bakery within 50 metres which is open from 6 AM in which you can have a snack and also a kettle in the room there are alternatives.

We wanted to stay near Schönbrunn as we were arriving by car. A parking space was near the hotel, so we must not park in the garage of the hotel. Our rooms were large, quiet and had big bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The restaurant of the hotel offered good Austrian food for dinner. The Personal was very kind and helpful. We would recommend the Hotel every time and will be glad to stay again next time in Vienna

As there was a ball in the hotel we could hear the music downstairs. But it was not so loud so we could sleep nevertheless.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items to choose from. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have smoked salmon as they always did in the past, and that there was no one to make omelettes, but I understand in current times that some things must be trimmed from the budget.

Not a big deal but all those handy items that we used to get in the bathroom (lotions shower, cap, etc. parentheses were no longer available except for a nail file and some Q-tips and a couple of make up remover pads. Understandable again because of budget concerns, but kind of disappointing
