The apartment was cozy, clean and with everything fairly new, the area was very nice and the subway was very close which made our stay in Vienna very easy.

Probably the bathroom mirror was a bit "off" a standard distance, which made it a bit challenging to use. Probably the thing I didn't like the most was the communication with the team, I tried to contact the staff for some minor issues before our arrival, asking some I-formations. I never got an answer. The hair dryer didn't work properly, so I wrote to the apartment team to get it replaced, but I never got a response. I had to clean the filter to make it work again.

Very well located, near the U4 underground line. The duplex apartment is on 2 floors, very spacious and nice - it also have a terrace. The price/quality ratio is very good.

Parking is possible on street but you must have handyparken installed and pay for it (also it is max 2hours, theoretically...)

Enough space for a family with 1 kid. Kitchen well equipped including coffee and dishwasher. Large bed, extensible sofa, large blackout curtains (essential when travelling with kids). Enough storage room, nice terrace. Windows looking over the street, but quite well isolated. 2 windows at floor hight, which enchanted the little one, always looking at cars and bikes passing by and waiting for the metro.

Accommodation booked for 3 people (2 adults, 1 kid), but towels only for 2. Only 1 toilet paper roll and kitchen paper roll for a 7 night stay. No broom available.

The apartment is comfortable. It was clean, warm and had everything we needed. It looks exactly like the pictures. Less than 5 minutes away is the U4 metro stop. With the U4, 2 stops away is Schönbrunn Palace, the center is about 15 min.

We waited, with our luggage and in the cold wind outside the building, for nearly 2 hours to get the access code. After we contacted Vienna Residence and explained that we were waiting for instructions on how to get in, they hung up and then did not answer our calls. We contacted booking and then received our access code which was wrong, the 2nd code was already correct. That same day, another family and couple also waited hours to receive their access code. I recommend that you ask for the access code before arriving at the location because communication is difficult and takes many hours. As minor problems - the lighting in one toilet is very weak, there is a pot, but it is without a lid.

We like that everything* is adapted to a comfortable life. The apartment faces a pleasant, cozy and quiet courtyard and is situated in a nice district with all you need in just a few minutes of walk. It is a small pretty apartment.

*The knives in the kitchen were very blunt. *The shower does not have a shelf for a soap and a shampo. *Soap bar in the bathroom was very small. *There was no table lamp. Once I tried to adress the host with a question and have not received any answer. The apartment seems to look bigger on the photo than in the real life.

Very clean and comfortable inside. Layout of the apartment is well designed. It was easy to reach the management if needed. Location - is close to public transportation. Heavy traffic from Hitzinger Kai is not noticeable inside the apartment.

Manuals for stove, oven and so on should be reachable. I had to use a chair to reach it. More "friendly colors" instead of gray for the design would be nice. Location - the walk from the U-Bahn to the house does not feel very safe at night for woman. But otherwise, very practical.

Clean, efficient comfortable

Not even a bottle of water in fridge when we arrived at 8pm, the lounge had a laminated card with "donts" don't damage don't leave late etc but the host was not able to leave a card saying "welcome" "the nearest shop is" makn shops close at 8pm in the neighbourhood (a fact). Because there was not even a small bottle of water water we went out to find a supermarket, on a cold night, everything closed.

Lovely apartment. To my point of view very new or very new renovated. Fully equipped with standard kitchen. Location 1mile to Schoenbrunn Park. We always entered by the Hietzing gate of the park (west gate). Walking distance to the Schoenbrunn castle 15min. Supermarket 500m. Subway <100m. Good starting point for the city of Vienna. We have booked 1week city-travelling in advance (Wiener-Linien). Don't like to book single trips at the machine. This apartment is a very nice for 2 persons.

Subway station nearby does not have an elevator. OK without suitcase. If you have a suitcase, you have to handle it.

A beautiful, spacious, meticulously clean, comfortable, upscale, and modern apartment. It is only 20-25 minutes to downtown Vienna by the U4 metro, and the metro station is only 2 short blocks from the apartment. The U4 metro trains run very frequently into the late evening every day. The apartment is very quiet with good sound insulation, even though it is next to a busy street. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Dining and shopping options are plentiful in Hietzing, only one quick metro stop away. A great option for a stay in Vienna.

Nothing

I liked the location - there is a metro station just a hundred meters away and very easy to travel around the city. Love the balcony and possibility of hanging out there. There is a chance of public parking in the streets around the apartment after 22h or during the weekend for free, otherwise I would suggest parking in P+R garages around - one is very close by (Hietzing), where parking costs 4,10 EUR/day.
