Nice, clean and cosy room. Bed was comfy, shower was great, it was quiet in the night, so we had a good night's rest. Parking under hotel is convenient. It is best to prepay for parking when getting the reservation for the room. Online check-in was easy, just follow the directions given in messages through Booking.com. They also have a great support through WhatsApp. Tram and bus stop is right next to the hotel, so you can get to anywhere in the city by just using directions on Google maps for public transportation, it is quite efficient. We also bought the Vienna City Card which gives you unlimited use of public transportation for 1, 2, 3 or 7 days. All in all we had a great experience and can recommend the hotel.

Key card for getting into room can get demagnetized and they remagnetize it in the lobby at the entrance, but if you come back from the city in the middle of night, and nobody is there, that can be a problem. When it happened to us, it was 21.00 in the evening and we were lucky that someone was there, but it could be really inconvenient if there was no one. They would probably send someone to help you if you contacted them by phone or WhatsApp, though.

We were shocked that there was private bathroom with hairdryer and all of stuff u need also towels. It's really close to Shönbrunn palace and zoo and next to the hotel was shop with everything. Room was clean, easy to access with all instructions attached. It was cozy and quiet.

The ceiling when fan worked in a bathroom was dripping drops of water, but we didn't care cause it was little amount of water that we covered with towel, and it was only when fan was on or neighbour above us, we don't really know.

The hotel is perfectly located at 10 minutes walk from Schönbrun castle and its gorgeous park and 5 minutes walk from Technic Museum (a gem for the passionate), and the tramway for City Centre is just in front of the building. Rooms are clean and beds are confortable, staff is nice and helpful and there are plenty of mini markets, street food and bars nearby. We definitely recommend for the above reasons.

good deal for a price. easily reachable by bus or tram. you have to walk a little to the subway station but it's just about 10 minutes of walk. stores like Spar and Penny are right next door but keep in mind to get everything during the day, for everything closes way too early 😅

unfortunately there was absolutely nothing, neither a kettle or any silverware to eat. and for smokers it's exhausting 😅 you gotta get to the front entrance to smoke

I was staying at 2-bed room. Comfortable beds, nice, quiet (as requested) room, big enough. Rather new furniture, spacious enough bathroom and shower. Very clean hotel. A lot of shops (Penny, Spar, Billa) within a walking distance, close to tram stop. Restaurant Futterboden nearby (Flachgasse 5) serves excellent and afordable lunch.

The bed frame is made of leather and therefore already a bit worn-out. Matress should be positioned higher within the bed frame, as while sitting on the bed one "sinks" into it, making getting up uncomfortable.

The hotel is located near Schönbrunn Palace and the Technical Museum. It’s a 12-minute walk or two stops on bus 10A to Johnstraße (U3) metro station. Cozy room with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and clean white towels. Daily cleaning service and parking available if needed. Penny Markt and Hofer supermarkets are very close. I think this is the best place you can find in Vienna for this price. Thank you!

Good value for the money, close to Schonbrunn Palace ( around 10 min walk,) good public transport connections. The tram station is located right in front of the hotel (tram no 52) goes up to Mariahilfer Strasse. Underground parking available. All in all, it was a good experience. Strongly recommend.

Bad internet connection, better said non existent...the wireless was not working at all.

The location is really great since the Tram station is almost right in front of the Hotel and you can quickly get to the centre or to other sights + there are some grocery stores in the same street so with a light walk you can easily reach them. The room was standard, clean and the instructions for self check-in and check-out were well explained so it was ideal for our short stay.

I had a perfectly good stay at the hotel! While the location is not ideal, it's very easy to get there from the city centre with several subway stations/tram stops nearby. There's also a lot of amenities in the area, including supermarkets and restaurants that are open until late. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth and convenient. The room was nice and comfortable, I had everything I needed.

Clean, good bed, silet area, seems to be a safe area.

I received the confirmation on watsap and not on the booking account and At first I did not found the message to make the check in, but it was somebody on the reception and he helped me, but I understand that he is not always there(or just until a certain hour). So be sure to pay attention to make the check-in before you arrive in front at the hotel.
