The hotel was super clean, comfy, and well looked after. The location was perfect for getting around with little kids – the metro station was just a few steps away, which made everything really easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. What we loved most, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They gave us great tips for dinner and helped us figure out the best way to get around. A big shoutout to the lovely girl at reception – she was always smiling and made our kids so happy every time we walked in.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. There is also an underground station very close to the hotel. It is also a walkable distance from the Schonbrunn Palace. The breakfast is good and it fulfils the expectations.

The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it could be difficult to take a taxi from there. Actually, I preferred to go the central station by underground. It is also quite far from the city centre. However, there is an underground station very close to the hotel. It would be also appreciated, if there is a minibar (small fridge) in the room.

Wonderful location. The room was quite good and clean. Room size was also OK I could recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Nothing upsetting. The room lacks a refrigerator… I don’t know if this is part of the 3* standard in Austria, or not. Sometimes the AC would turn off by itself… funny but not very disturbing. The sense of privacy was not very present during our stay there, but nothing upsetting..

The room was very clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and bathroom excellent. The 24hr check in was great for me. The breakfast was fabulous.

The room had no tea/ coffee making facilities and only one glass for drinking the tap water. The free coffee/tea from the lobby was only available from 3pm-10pm and cups couldn't be taken to your room. This made this lovely hotel seem very restrictive and not so welcoming as it could be.

The staff team, the facilities as well as the breakfast food were incredible! Despite being far from the city centre, we could easily walk to the subway and within 15min find ourselves in the centre. Located in a safe neighbourd and surrounded by supermarkets, plenty of (good) restaurants to eat.

Perhaps the fact that we couldn't take our coats/jackets to the breakfast room and we did not understand why. We went during April and in the early morning we were cold and had to ask if we could go get our coats and bring it inside the room, which the staff kindly approved.

Hotel Lucia is a lovely place, great location close to u bahn,shops and restaurants.It was spotless and very comfortable.There was a complimentary tea/coffe stand by the reception,available 24/7.The room was very comfortable,had everything we needed for three nights.The staff were helpful and pleasant. Its within walking distance to Stadthalle if you come for a concert too which saves a lot of trouble coming back at night.

I enjoyed very much the accommodation at the Hotel Lucia, very nice/professional/kind staff that always helped and answered our questions. It is very clean, cozy and you can go very easy at any place to visit (the subway and also the tram stations are near). It is not a minus but for my taste i could enjoy more variety for the breakfast.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff was very kind. The hotel is very close to the public transport stations, namely U-bahn, and it is in a walking distance from Maria Hilferstrasse.

The breakfast could have had a bit more options. It didn't bother us that much, but I feel I should note that it was very loud outside the hotel - we could hear planes landing throughout the day when we were in the room.

Breakfast was great, hotel and rooms cosy. Overnight parking on streets a bit stressful for one night, one night we parked in a designated parking lot. Room was surprisingly quiet, given the mid Vienna surroundings. Wonderful location - short travel with u-Bahn or with a tram to get to first district.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very good, very clean. Close to U3 and bus stations. Very convenient location. Quite area. Breakfast was very good . Overall value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Overall we had a great stay in the hotel.
