- a good place to stay in the cottage of the 13th district - very friendly and charming staff - generally a cosy, familial atmosphere - the hotel is somehow tradional, 80's or 90's style (this can be seen positiv or negativ, I liked it), however the rooms are clean

- The buffet breakfast offers only a very small selection of food: ham and sausage, cheese, packed jam and honey, a kind of multivitamin juice, apples, bread and croissants, scrambled egg and soft boiled eggs, yoghurt and cereal... that's it It did not change in anyway during my stay. If you need an extended breakfast this might be a problem for you.

Location of the hotel is quite good, its' about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro Ober St. Veit or you can go by bus that stops in front of the hotel, there only 1 stop to the metro Ober St. Veit, also you can come from metro Ober St. Veit to the hotel by bus, bus stops in front of the metro and the second stop is next to the hotel. Personal is very good, they do everything to help guests, we left the luggage for the whole day at the hotel before departure without any extra fee.

The accommodation is in a pleasant, quiet area. Parking was free on weekends. The staff is nice, several of them are Hungarian, so communication was smooth. We got a room with a garden connection, it was very pleasant to sit out in the back garden in the evening. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, which means that many of the city's sights can be easily reached within 10-20 minutes. (Schönbrunn - 2-3 stops)

Some warm sausage, bacon or hot dogs for breakfast would be great, there was only a little scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, but it ran out so quickly. Rather cold breakfast was available, but it was OK.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful. They were especially helpful in changing our reservation, due to the unexpected flooding situation in Vienna.

The only thing that I could mention is that we expected a double bed room, and instead we got two separate beds, but this wasn't an important enough concern for us to ask for a different room.

We got lucky and were updated to a bigger room. The room was nice clean and included a bath which was our favorite part about the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about really. The bathtub drain was a little clogged but that was it.

A cozy hotel in a quiet residential area with beautiful green. Staff are all very nice and professional. Breakfast is excellent. I felt at home and took a good rest after a long flight

Only the first day was a nightmare, since I didn’t have a phone connection as I just arrived in Austria in the evening. It was raining, and I had to carry my heavy suitcase and walk from the nearest underground station for my Check-in before 22:00, not knowing the way. (I even got off a wrong station with a similar name). No phone, no taxi arrangement (of course!)

The staff were very polite, very helpful. It was a clean and comfortable experience.

I cannot say that the location is close to the city centre. However, even though the metro was not running during my visit due to heavy rain and storms, you can easily reach the city centre with the metro station very close to the hotel.

The room, bathroom and bed was extremely clean and organized. I was very surprised to see this in a hotel with this affordable prices. It was definetely better than most of the budget hotel chains. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception who gave a warm welcome and helped about the city/metro. A few supermarkets and a metro station nearby the hotel. Supermarkets are 5 min, and the metro station is 7-8 min walking distance.

The metro station is actually pretty close to the hotel, it wasn't a problem for me. But if you are traveling with lots of luggage and coming to the hotel by metro, walking from the station to the hotel might be a little bit difficult to carry all that luggage with you.

It doesnt look like 4 stars hotel that I stayed before. But, it was a good value for the money in the city which recievs million of tourists. The staff is doing their job professionally!

Large room, tv, fridge, Air Conditioning in Vienna's September heat wave, extra bed in separate room if needed. Location in quiet, residential neighborhood, convenient bus stop outside hotel.

That the elevator didn't go to top floor, so we had to carry suitcases up and down a floor.
