nice, almost impeccable hotel, actually it is at a price of a hostel, but you get a private room with spacious private bathroom. you don't have to smell the stinky breath and feet of at least 7 strangers, and also, there is a cheap parking for just 4.1EUR at about 10 minute walk. during weekends, the parking is free nearby the hotel too. But, as I heard, they even have a private garage a few minutes away for 20 EUR. They serve breakfast, which, I didn't have the opportunity to try. at the rate I paid I couldn't get any better anywhere, even in cheaper cities like Budapest, this is why I give a high rating.

Breakfast was satisfactory. It was a little bit far from the city center but this not a disadvantage because of the public transportation facilities. I woud like to thank to Mr. Fadil and Mr. Qais for their sincere helps and answers to my questions.

The hotel is located conveniently for public transport. The surrounding area is very clean and tidy and every body we encountered on the street was polite and friendly. We felt very safe. The hotel is near to Ottakring station, with both ubahm (underground) and sbahn (overland stations) The station is 10 mins walk away. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel which has buses ans trams to Volkstheatre and the Ringstrasse, which is a circular boulevard in the centre of the city, where there are many interesting places to visit. You can also catch the no 10 tram on the other side of the road to Schoenbrunn palace. The room we had was very spacious, simply decorated, with a rustic touch. Staff came to clean/ service the room on a daily basis. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There is 24h reception, and the possibility to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. Breakfast costs extra. It is well worth paying for this upfront. There is a buffet with hot and cold drinks, (including good quality coffee), a variety of tasty breads and toast, cereals, fruits, yogurts, salads and various cold meats and cheeses, eggs and sometimes even sponge cake. It is beautifully presented and always fresh. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay:-)

Easy to access, by tram or subway easy to get in the downtown in 25 min . Quiet area . Clean bedsheet. Really good price in comparison with other hotels in Vienna. Parking 19, 6 eur/ day in a safe place 200 m from the hotel. Was also a P+R , but I preferred the Ottakring parking house. The breakfast is acceptable. I was asking for a room close to the entrance , was not a problem.

I got exactly what the previuos comments wrote about this hotel. Little old fashioned , but I got all the information I was asking for from the reception.

my first solo with my son vacation. We booked it for the price. But although it looks like my grandma house, the room was big and had a good bathroom. Everything clean and also clean towels everyday. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for only 10€, was also good. If you’re not looking for a romantic room then this is a great place to stay.

The location is very good considering that the tram is in front of the hotel and the metro is behind. In maximum 30 minutes you are in the city center. Small but clean room. Cleaning is done daily and the staff is very kind

Indeed the furniture is old, but I don't see any inconvenience from that because I only used the hotel for sleeping. It could have been a little warmer in the rooms, but it's acceptable

Staff are nice and helpful. Located a bit far from center but you can easily rich by Metro (Underground).

Room is big and clean. Bathroom also is very clean and big. It was nice stay.

Hotel is says that have parking, but this is not true. There is parking two block from hotel in undergroud garage at the hospital.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The entire place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Vienna’s public transport stops right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. What stood out most was the outstanding service — the receptionist was remarkably kind, professional, and accommodating. Although our check-in time was scheduled for 14:00, I was feeling quite unwell upon arrival, and he went out of his way to make sure we could check in early. We’re sincerely grateful for that kindness. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The people at the reception were very nice. The greatest advantage for me was that the hotel was quiet. There is an elevator, which I appreciated after a long flight to Vienna.

I took a few showers during my stay. Two times the water pressure dropped substantially and the temperature became tepid, while I still had soap and shampoo on my body, It wasn't a big deal but still this made the washing difficult. Interestingly, the pressure from the sink was normal the whole time, so I think this problem isn't caused by somebody using the shower in another room at the same time.
