Was good location

No tv and very cold no extra blanquets

My room (Patio studio) was really pretty. It was well equipped (especially the kitchen) and the bed was comfortable. It even had a nice couch to relax. The location was quite convenient - a short tram ride (and there are several options) from the city center.

For some reason I did not receive the entry codes. Fortunately, everything got sorted upon calling the host. The biggest downside is that it can be quite noisy if people in adjacent rooms are talking or moving chairs around. Bring earplugs and problem solved.

The big room in the ground floor with protective windows, just press a remote. I have a big luggage so I do not take steps. There is bathroom, sofa, and kitchen inside bedroom. In kitchen has microwave, dishes, stoven, refridge, and sink that there is hot and cold water. The bathroom has hooks, hot and cold water sink and shower. Using hot water you must a few seconds waiting. E-mail from Alina's is clear for self check in. You must read immediately e-mail. Location in Google is accurate (4 Nattergasse) There is Ottakringer brewery in 200 meters and the plant has small beer fest at 6 p.m. with advanced registration (check information again). And there is good price beer and wine shop in 400 meters. There are more than 3 tram lines stop (johann-nepomuk-berger platz) near the building, such as tram no. 44(schottontor U), no. 2(dornbach), no. 9). Just 5 steps to tram stop. You can deposit luggage.

Location is rather far from city centre so I paid 24 hr ticket for convenient transportation. But the apartment is in own living area. There are restaurant, cosmetic shop, and etc. There is no soap, shampoo and foot towel. Taking your own towel is for familier smell from washing detergent.

The owners let us check in a few hours earlier, we were very thankful for that. The bus stop and a shop are nearby, the kitchen is well equipped.

It was quite cold (not terribly though) inside. I didn't find any heaters in the room and we were staying there in January. Also I was suprised to find the bed covers to be actually weighted blankets - thankfully they turned out to be very comfortable and warm.

place is fine. it is not the center, and i expected that, but: all necessary things are very close: billa plus, balkan/turkish market, cafes/restaurants, public transport stops. all is good! for some people it may be helpful: some adult clubs also in close range. in studio it was quite nice to stay on the hottest days in wien, even without air conditioner. kitchen allows to cook, which helps to live cheaper. microwave is available on top, where is a big shared kitchen. owner is also very positive and communicative!

bed is bad. very very very! only one really needed thing to rest - is bad.

We appreciated having two bathrooms, two separate rooms with doors, very comfortable beds, and the quietness of the street, despite the nearby tram.

There is a small table inside the apartment, but it's not suitable for a dinner for three people. My children wanted to eat inside the apartment rather than in the hall, so we had to place our dishes on our laps.

Everything was great.

The internet and power didn't work too well then I realised I was using the wrong WiFi and the owner and his wife came and fixed the power. The cleaners had just disconnected the cable under the desk and plugged it back into the wrong socket. Fixed in 5 minutes. Not everything works all the time but they made sure it worked ASAP. In fact this is a good thing.

Nice, quiet region. Easy and fast to get to the centre or any other famous place.

For two days it’s ok, but if you stay for a longer time, I have to notice that coffee machine was BOSCH and capsules weren’t possible to buy, electric stove didn’t work an d there weren’t anything to clean up the rooms.

Great location near streetcar lines. Self-check-in for a big plus. Comfortable large bed. Really big room a lot of space.

No closet, no bedside cabinet. This apartment for less demanding people *** Despite the promised windmill iron and garbage bags, I didn't get anything until the end of the trip and the owners stopped talking by e-mail.

Clean and cosy, with plenty of room - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen. Excellent location with tram stops right around the corner. Café, grocery stores and fast food places are also pretty close to the premises. Entrance instructions were cleare and precise.

If you're from another country, you'll need roaming internet turned on because you'll receive the entrance instructions on the day of arrival via email and/or the Booking app. No hair dryer in the room, you'll need to go to the utility room on the ground floor.
