Overall the apartment itself was very nice. Modern, lots of space, particularly the bathroom was very spacious, much better than my bathroom at home! It was also well stocked with supplies like body wash, hand soap etc which was very appreciated.

The location is a bit far from the city centre, but still accessible by using the tram which is pretty frequent. Just don’t expect to be in walking distance of the city centre sites. Being further from the centre makes it less convenient to get to certain destinations like the main train station so keep that in mind. One other to add is that some of the towels I was given were stained, please make sure to double check the cleanliness of these items before providing them.

The apartment is situated very close to the tramway station. It is about 20 minutes away from Oper or Museumsquartier. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciate a microwave, a water kettle and a large fridge (but without a freeze box). There are various shops (Billa, Penny etc.) and restaurants around. The owner responds very quickly. Anyway, even if the following things sound unfavourable, I don´t mean them in this way and include them as recommendations for the owner to this box for positive comments: - There is no lift, and the bed is low, which can be a problem for elderly people or people with disabilities. - It would be good to have translucent curtains on the windows (there are only opaque curtains, so for privacy, they must be drawn, and then the light must be shone unnecessarily). - I would appreciate a dish drainer and coffee/tea spoons in the kitchen. - Commonly sold capsules do not fit into the coffee machine.

The apartment that I`ve booked in reality looked even better! Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, and there was everything that we needed - all the dishes and kitchen equipment, very convenient! Location is nice - though it's not the city center, it's not that far, it takes 10-15 min to get to the city center by tram, tram stop is in a few minutes' walk. The street also seemed pretty safe, and there's a few supermarkets nearby.  What made our stay even better - is the amazing attitude of the owner of the apartment, and the administrator Sasha - they both took care that we feel comfortable, and we have everything that we needed. We were really amazed by such a warm welcome and care, it's very much appreciated!  Great value for money, spacious room, good location and amazing hospitality - for sure I recommend this place!

The clean room is near a tramway for about 15 minutes to Opera/Karlsplatz and other main sights. The room was clean, I appreciate a washing machine in the room. The very friendly staff accommodated me and allowed me to put my suitcase in the room before check-in—also fast communication via WhatsApp.

Low beds and the lack of a elevator can be a complication for people with mobility problems.

there is microwave, water heater and coffee machine, the only thing missing was a stove to make something to eat

It was comfortable and quiet. The room was nice. It's located right next to a 44 tram stop.

The smoke alarm fell on me when someone slammed a door, and it had no batteries. The cutlery was not very clean and had to be washed before use.

The apartment was really nice, clean and tidy. the room was quite comfortable and located quite close to center and there is a tram stoppage right outside the building which gives you convenience accessing the city attractions.

Although there was a kitchen in the apartment but no kitchen hood so anyone wish to cook need to be careful of fire alarm but we didnt use it anyway but this could be problem who want to cook themselves during there stay.

Toilet seat broken, super slippery glossy bathroom tiles .. not very safe! Curtains not convering the windows. Coffee machine does not use Nespresso capsules and i could not find a store that sold the brand needed

Easy to follow check in instructions, clean and confortable apartment.

Location is a bit far from the city centre but easily reachable with public transport. Tram service just around the corner.
