Spacious apartment in hearth of Vienna. Just 6 min by walk to Mariahilfer Strasse. Half an hour to Opera and other main buildings. Otherwise by metro U3 / U4 just 5-10 mins to city center. In apartment you may find whatever you need - different kitchenware, household appliances, fast internet, etc. Everything clean and in good condition. Also Norbert was in touch and always ready to assist. This is one of the best place to stay in Vienna.

Excellent location about half way between the old main train station (Westbahnhof) and the new (Hauptbahnhof) near the Gumpendorfer Straße U bahn stop. The place has everything you need: quiet air conditioned bedroom, well equipped kitchen (for me , microwave and electric tea kettle and fridge was most important but there was a hot plate too), nice bathroom (shower only but that's fine by me). The living room is huge and also air conditioned. One of the best guest apartments I've ever booked.

I like to complain as much as the next bloke but there's just nothing I could complain about here. :)

The apartment was great, the bed comfortable, the location excellent with various public transport just 2 minutes away. The owner was very responsive to my messages and he made the apartment ready for us for 1pm. We did not cook there but the kitchen seemed to be well equiped with everything. The apartment was extremelly quiet. Recommend to anyone.

We did not feel safe in the station, was full of weird people. Just walk fast through it. We could not find the safe box because it is located beside a door facing the stairways which was open and was hiding the box 🙈. Also, it took a while to figure out how to operate the apartment lock, we had to read the instructions few times 🤣.

The location was great, really close to two metro stations, walking distance to city centre, great area with good non-turistic restaurants and cafes.

Could have been cleaner, especially the living room, huge pillows, soft mattress, it depends what one likes, my neck was almost strained from the pillow.

Very spacious and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable! The little kitchen has everything you needed. Easy check in and check out, prompt answers from the owner with the one question we had.

We used the underground while we were there, everyday and the station closest to the condo was a bit dodgy. Tons of everyday people coming and going, but noticable drug users.

The apartment is located very close to the metro and tram station. The apartment has everything you need to comfortably spend time both in the city and in the apartments: washing machine (and washing powder), washing machine (capsules), toaster, coffee machine (capsules), iron, 2 TVs and fans in case of heat. It was very easy to get the keys and Norbert was always available to answer questions. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

We were not warned that someone would come into the apartment and take the dirty laundry from the previous guests. We realized this only before leaving, when we were packing. None of my belongings disappeared, but it would be great to be warned about such situations.

The apartment was well-prepared with all the necessary supplies for our duration of stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

The parking garage was a 2 mins walk from the apartment, but on arrival we had some trouble locating it at 1 a.m. despite clear instructions. Entry and exit were tricky until the owner advised using the ramp. The bathroom had an opaque glass wall facing open kitchen, which felt a bit odd for our family setting.

Everything was very good. Easy access, close to two subway stations. Clean apartment, everything looked nice, and we had everything we needed. No noise. The street on which the apartment was didn't have heavy traffic. I recommend booking it!

The area, especially around the metro station, wasn’t great — there were a lot of people struggling with addiction, some with syringes

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Nice spacious living room, the bed was extremely comfy and it is easy to get anywhere in the city with good transportation nearby (easy enough to walk places too but we went in winter and the ground was very icy!) The host Norbert was brilliant and responded very quickly if we had any questions.
