The building is absolutely beautiful and historic. Only around a 15 min walk from centre.Extremely safe area.Rooms are divine and cleaning standards are exemplary. Loved the garden.

We stayed 7 nights and were charged 50euro per night as a deposit. This amounted to 350 alongside the cost of the weeks stay.This money took two days after our stay finished to return to our account.This is not a problem but we were not aware of this at the time of booking.

The hotel just opened on the same day I arrived. The hotel and the interior were extraordinary and the team fabulous. The room was just renovated, the amenities for the bathroom are great lovely and smells good. Everyone that comes to Vienna must visit this hotel even beter stay in the hotel. Next time I know which hotel I will visit again. Thank you Imperial Riding School hotel.

Hotel is located only 100 meters from Rennweg railway station and we walked to the hotel with our light luggages. From airport take a local train (20-25 min, ticket costs €4.50) since City Express doesn't stop in Rennweg. We walked to the old city just in order to integrate better with Vienna. But there is also tram stop into city. Location is good for visiting Belvedere palace art exhibitions, 5-7 minutes walk. Just for info that Belvedere park was also accessible from Jacquingasse, through Botanical garden entrance, which Google Map doesn't show in time of writing this review.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious array of options to start our day off right. Fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile - it set the tone for the rest of our visit. What truly stood out was the pristine condition of the entire property. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot inside. The fresh scent lingered in the air, adding to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return. THAT WAS NOT HELPFUL WHEN TRYING TO GET TO THE AIRPORT FOR AN EARLY MORNING DEPARTURE!

The room was brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent – a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food, including both hot and cold options. The location is also fantastic: the hotel is within walking distance of Belvedere Palace, and very close to the Rennweg S-Bahn station and tram lines, making it easy to reach the city center and other major attractions quickly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Nothing – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The facilities are very nice with swimming pool and sauna. The general layout and decor is impressive and the rooms are very nice. Overall a nice hotel.

I didn't think the staff were the most welcoming (e.g. left me waiting a long time at reception and were talking amongst themselves and some people just said "ask reception" when we had other queries). Some other small things like our room wasn't made up the first day and the steam room wasn't on when we went down and the prices in the bar/restaurant are excessive including a standard service charge for the restaurant. It is also a bit away from the main city but on good transport links.

What a fantastic hotel. Really spacious lobby, bar and restaurant, yet with cosy corners too. The rooms are tastefully decorated and really spacious too. The hotel is very clean and we loved swimming in the indoor pool every morning. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, including catering for gluten free. Location wise, very close to the train station so very easy to get to from the airport / into central Vienna. The tram stop is also very close to the hotel so the museums / opera houses are just a few stops away. We would certainly book again if we came back to Vienna.

Better knowledge regarding recommending tourist activites within Vienna would be helpful, but everything else was perfect

The hotel is nice overall, nice lobby, comfortable beds and pillows. The corner couch is a nice touch, but feels squished in, not really comfortable to use for more than 20 minutes.

Rooms are smaller than expected, even on the superior rooms. For the price that is charged per night (300 euro), it is a total disappointment. Breakfast is way overrated for 35 euros / person (crazy, really). Also, if you happen to have a room number bigger than 20-30, be ready for a really long walk and make sure you don't forget something in the room. Parking is also way too expensive (34 euro per day) - you have option for 10 euros at 2 minutes walk.

The location is awesome. It’s close to many popular attractions. You can get public transportation close to the hotel, or you could just walk if the weather is nice. There is a supermarket close by. They have a very good breakfast buffet. It’s worth the upgrade to get breakfast. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious.
