The space - nice, big shower room, good-sized bedroom with kitchenette, hall space. Secure. Excellent location, just near a fruit and vegetable market, with cafés, restaurants and shops close by. Opposite an underground/subway station. About 25 minutes' walk from the city centre. Quiet room.

The initial difficulty in getting into the apartment. My friend and I, who were in separate apartments, were wrongly given each other's pass codes (i.e. the wrong codes for our apartments), so we couldn't open our apartment doors. Only when we worked out the error could we get in. A bit of redecoration would be good.

The apartment was clean, bed comfy. WiFi was mostly good. I enjoyed the provided bathroom products. Instructions for accessing were easy to follow. Admittedly I had to guess the floor number from one of the other reviews and by trying floors…

Some minor state of disrepair - the wallpaper is coming lose directly above the desk. The flooring is breaking on one part. There was a bit of a dark stain in the corner of the folding shower screen.

Everything it was clean, nice very big room, clean, they have stove. overall its very good. The location just 3 stops from the center. They dont have a reception its kinda tricky to find at first, but overall i enjoyed my stay

just the customer support i requested if I can enter at 1 pm they didn't allow me even tho i requested it on the app a day before. They told me that they had to clean. I waited 2 hours to enter because the pin wont work.

Apartment was clean, modern and just the right size for me as I was travelling alone. Great location as well and right next to the underground! Took me one night to realise there were blinds on the outside of the window to help block out the light😂Also being able to get onto Netflix was a bonus!! Really enjoyed my stay here!

Maybe could have done with a stool to get up to the top cupboards as I had to stand on a chair which isn’t ideal! Maybe some glass bowls for the microwave as well but that’s about it!!

At arrival in Wien, I was announced that the location i booked was not available anymore. Luckily, the staff were able to find me a new location that was ok for what I needed.The place was nice,clean, and spacious.

Location is super. Next by U3 easy to transfer to city center, central station,.and airport. Very nice neighborhood and clean secure environment. Quiet in the night, also the neighbors in the building. Walking distance to Hunderwasserhaus. 3 supermarkets, shops, restaurants nearby, very convenient. Wien Mitte big mall in 5 mins walking distance. The apartment is clean with comfortable space for stay, especially for long term. Good management, thanks for your efforts! Super with the price, definitely will be my choice in Vienna.

We are visiting this place for the second time and we are really pleased. The studio is clean, comfortable and has a perfect location. We recommend

There was a constant noise from the ventilation system of the building, heard from another apartment. The windows were quite durty, which is unacceptable when one of the advantages of the offered studio is the great view outside.

The apartment is very spacious and looks exactly as we expected from the photos. It is located on the 8th floor and there is an elevator. Everything in the apartment is new or almost new and in pristine condition. There is an excellent view of Vienna from the three windows, but there is very little noise from the street when the windows are closed (even when the bells on the nearby church are ringing). As we used the subway a lot, it was convenient that the Rochusgasse station is only a minute or two from the building. We appreciated that the apartment is well lit in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped. The is a complete set of dishes and cutlery for four persons. The knives and other equipment to prepare the food are very good and sharp. We used the refrigerator, the kettle, the stove and the microwave oven. We did not use the dishwasher, the coffee machine and the toaster. From the other appliances, we used the flat-screen TV only once, to listen to music from YouTube. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer, but we did not use them.

Here are a few tips on how could this apartment be even better: First of all, a better internet connection is needed. Sometimes it is moderate, but most of the time it is slow. The upper cupboards in the kitchen and especially the microwave oven are placed too high, we had to use the chairs regularly to reach inside. In the bathroom, a little soap dish would be handy. A few hangers for the clothes and the towels would also be nice and also in the kitchen for the kitchen cloth!

The flat was very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The directions sent to us by the host on how to find the place and our keys were very clear, so we had not of a rough time finding the place.

Here are a few tips on how could this apartment be even better: 1. In the bathroom (for 8 days) a little more shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper would be handy. 2. A kitchen hood and the kitchen cloth would also be nice. 3. The freezer door does not open in the refrigerator.

In the area around the flat there is a choice of bars, cafes, restaurants, street food and bakeries. The flat was very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The view was beautiful. It had a coffee maker and microwave and the TV had Amazon Prime and Netflix. The bed was very comfortable.

The directions sent to us by the host on how to find the place and our keys were not very clear, so we had a bit of a rough time finding the place. Also, we tried calling the host, but they never replied, or called us back, despite saying that they would be available 24/7.
