Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop facilities - pool and bar. Breakfast is a la carte and really delicious. We had a "snug" room so it was pretty tight but manageable. Only issue was the bathroom was small and the shower curtain didn't cover to the ground, so easily flooded. Otherwise everything was excellent! Super easy to walk to many locations in the city or nearby metro.

Loved the location. I chose the hotel specifically for that and i am glad i did it bc I came to Vienna to visit stuff. Very close to Stadtpark , station and garden where you can walk around. If you like to walk to visit all the castles and monuments they are 15-25 minutes away. Schonbrunn Castle is 15 min away by train and you can take it from that Stadtpark station. Another train station that is very close was Vien Mitte , 7 min walk , and you can take the airport train OBB and get off on that station. Highly reccomend it. The aesthetic of the entire hotel, the room decor was really gorgeous . The front desk girls and the staff were very helpful and nice. Great atmosphere overall.

I didn't liked that the rooms were small that you barely had some space to walk. I didn't liked that robes weren't provided. Not a must but for a hotel of so many stars should be expected. Or that there's no place to hang your used towels in the bathroom. Attentions to details to accommodate your visitors pls. A bit expensive I'd say also.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable quiet room (2nd floor), excellent dinner options. Most staff were very friendly and attentive.

There was one particular server in the restaurant who regularly seemed resistant to get us our bill and was generally curt with us both at breakfast and dinner. In one instance, we asked him if we could split our dinner bill in two and were told "This is not possible." The following night, we returned as a party of five and asked a different server if we could pay individually and were told "Yes of course! This is no problem." A strange side note on an otherwise excellent stay.

The hotel decoration was very stylish. The breakfast was filling and delicious with a good variety of options. In fact, the breakfast was one of the things that impressed me the most. I enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, such as the radio in the room and communal spaces in general. The air conditioning was great and the bed was very big and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive on the WhatsApp chat. When I did raise an issue, it was resolved very quickly.

The cleaning could have been better. We found large clumps of dust on the floor. The size of the room that I selected was adequate but had I been in the ‘cosy’ room or a smaller option I would have found it too small.

It was missing toilet brush and towel hangers in the bathroom.

Central- close to metro and trams- easy to walk to big attractions if you prefer to walk. Quiet rooms despite a lot going on in the hotel- we were not disturbed. Comfy beds and an excellent hot water shower after a day of exploring Vienna. Check in and check out was super easy. Yes, they took a deposit of €50 per night but it does come back to you or you can use that deposit to wine and dine at the hotel. The reception staff were very clear about requesting a cleaning service.- which honestly we didn’t need as the room was really clean to start with.

The way guests treated the staff. Please and thank you’s go a long way.

I love the hotel, it was quite close to the centre. Everything was quite walkable or easily reachable with public transport which was nearby. The hospitality was amazing. I was able to leave my bag there for a few hours before check-in and even after check-out. The restaurant had nice food, reasonably priced though I did feel like their dinner menu could be more extensive. But all in all I did enjoy my stay and I’m definitely going back if I’m ever in Vienna again!

You have to pay a €150 deposit plus your actual stay upon arrival. You get it back after you stay but I wasn’t made aware. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

Great Location just minutes from Stadtpark. Great facility & rooms. Bed are amazing and the pool very nice with an amazing view. Nice value for money in Vienna.

The service is clearly insufficient, probably understaffed or just negligent... the waiting time at breakfast is just not acceptable (first day I left after 25 minutes waiting without anyone asking). Ex. : 3 of the tables at the pool bar, during rush hour, were just filled with dirty dishes because no one took care of it... And more importantly, appart from receptionnist the staff was quite unwelcoming (if not rude) and looked upset with the presence of customers.

Amazing hotel, really lovely facilities, friendly staff who gave us great recommendations for breakfast / lunch / dinner / bar spots. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The only piece of constructive criticism I can say is to provide guest amenities such as slippers, and a vanity kit in the bathroom including cotton buds / shower caps. For a 5-star hotel I was surprised that they did not provide these. For someone who travels frequently, it’s the smaller details that make a difference and make a hotel stand out from the rest and make the experience that bit more memorable.

The breakfast bag, coffee and tea facilities and cold milk in fridge together with coffee and croissant in the bar area worked well on the day we didn't have time for the excellent à la carte breakfast, which I highly recommend. Very good service and beautifully presented food. We arrived very late and tired and didn't quite understand that the room cleaning had to be requested, but apart from that, very helpful staff and clean room. Lovely comfortable bed. The location really could not be better on the edge of the Stadtpark. And great views from the 7th floor but probably from any floor given its position.

Would just say the room lacked a bit of clothes storage space. A couple of hooks near the entrance would have solved it easily enough. A bit higher standard of housekeeping without having to request it.
