First of all: the hotel staff was really nice and helpful. We asked a early check-in and we got our room as soon as we arrived to the hotel (around 10am). Loved that the room was bigger than usual hotel rooms and had a big bathroom with a bathtub. Room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Location was super good for reaching with the public transport. Near to the hotel was a train station with a direct train connection to the airport. Nearby was also a metro, bus and tram station. Wien public transport is really clean and always on time. Hotel gym was also quite nicely equipped.

Didn't like that room floors were covered with the carpet. The carpet looked quite dirty and old.

Very modern, clean facilities. We drove and needed to be able to park the car, the lot was close by and the staff gave clear directions for where to park. We loved the breakfasts - it included cooked eggs + meat, cold meats and cheese, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, muesli, cereal, hot and cold drinks. Everything we could want. It took us about 15-20mins to drive to the center of Vienna depending on traffic. Our young son was allowed to stay free as we had a travel bed for him. We really appreciated the good air conditioning in the hot weather. Note - when we visited, the street and tram station nearby seemed to be under major construction (Aug 2025).

The room was very spacious.. Clean and the bed was comfortable.... The bath tub was a little bigger than standard..the shower was excellent...plenty of pressure with excellent temperature control

Paid €15 for the breakfast.. the bacon was hard and very greasy and tasteless.. The brown bread fell apart when you tried to spread butter on it.. Very small white loaf.. The chocolate Swiss roll was dry and stale Very small bread rolls.. I know people want to make a profit..but please buy better quality products... BUT The coffee was great.. the salad was great.. The juice was great... The staff where friendly and helpful...

An amazing hotel, spacious like few others, the suite was beyond large, comfortable, lit in the right places and excellent en suite facilities. The staff made it very much comfortable for us to enjoy. Special thanks to the gentleman who welcomes us past midnight and made sure we knew our whereabouts on the map.

Hardly anything to complain about, though there could be some diversity in breakfast options including fresh poached or fried eggs, though I have to say the scrambled eggs are the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Thanks to the chef!

Clean room with nice & comfortable furniture, a very comfortable large bed with a good mattress, quiet place with good noise isolation and good quality sleep. Breakfasts offer quite a large variety of food, both sweet and salty options, unlimited coffee, tasty buns. Personnel is helpful.

Localization is quite far from the center, not as many options for dinner outside the hotel. If you would like to explore some good bars or restaurants you rather need to go somewhere else by tram or metro.

Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. The bathroom has a make-up mirror I never knew I needed 😁 The gym was the main reason I picked this hotel, and it was excellent for me. It is open non-stop and I used it very very late in the evening, so I was the only one there. It is on -1 level, so no one is bothered by the noise. 👍 For kettlebell and machine weights see pics, dumbbells are in range 1-10kg in 1kg increments. I used the subway for transportation, the station is ~10 minutes walk from the hotel, but you could also take the tram for 2 stops, which is a much better option at night.

The stretch from the metro station is not really lit at night, so it's wiser to take the tram, even if you have to wait for a bit. Advice from a girl travelling alone, so your experience might be different.

I had a wonderful stay at Austria Trend Hotel Doppio! The location is fantastic — quiet, yet very well connected, with easy access to the train, metro, and tram, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

I loved it that there was water available at all times for guests, as we went during the heat wave in Vienna late August. I liked the staff, they were helpful and nice.

The glasses by the free water in the lobby were almost always finished and even though the water was there, there were no glasses to pour it in. Breakfast hall was a little small and it was not so easy to find a table to sit at. Also, there was only one toaster for bread, which was not enough for all the guests and we had to wait awhile to have our bread toasted. For some reason, glasses were scarce and we had to wait for the staff to bring out glasses so that we may have water or juice. Two mornings in a row we had to wait for eggs, because they were finished by the time we were there and we are not late sleepers, so it wasn't like we went to eat in the last minute. Other than that, though, the quality of food was good. Some efficiency issues were a bit of a hindrance, I guess.

Very comfortable bed. The room was clean and also quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well. Good breakfast, though we only required it once. Good tram connections to city centre. Well located for access to Ernst Habbel stadium, which was our primary reason for booking this hotel - only 45 minutes walk. Fast and cheap access from the airport to the hotel - 18 minutes on the S7 line to St Marx and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Very little to complain about within the room, except perhaps the carpet could do with being replaced. We used the bar on several occasions, and it lacks atmosphere and comfortable seating, but we were still made welcome, and the bartenders all remebered who we were. The surrounding district is mostly business/residential, with few restaurants adjacent, but within a 15 minute walk there are several decent restaurants. Our favourite was 575 Sagmeister. It is possible to walk to the city centre, but when we visited the temperature was always between 25 and 33 Centigrade, so we learnt to master the tram. You can pay on board, either by card or by coins. No notes.

It's still my favorite hotel all over the world in 4* range...and I am travelling a lot. I think I came to that hotel over 10 times in last 3-4 years. Hotel is still very comfortable, clean, helpful staff, comfortable parking, very easy approach to City center with metro.

If I could find negative point - maybe breakfast should be cheaper. On Booking it's offered mainly for 20 EUR per person, on hotel's website for 16-17 EUR per person with special promotion. That's simply too much. Especially because breakfast is not the best part of this hotel, it has many other positive advantages.
