Really clean, staff were always happy to help. In the middle of a lovely apartment complex and the locals are so nice too! Room was standard but did the job for us nicely. Really close to Enzplatz station to take you straight into the city.

A/C wasn’t strong and there was door that was locked but led to the next room, i can imagine this is probably because the room we stayed in was a family room with a leading door - but as we weren’t, it was strange to hear the neighbours so clearly. No fresh towels on room service, however we only stayed a couple of nights so this wasn’t a problem for us.

Breakfast is fantastic, many choice of ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, joghurts, sweet and salty bakery goods, fried sausage. Coffee and juices are delecious. Room was enough for 4 person. Bathroom was beatiful and clean. Parking is good in underground garage (there were many free places). Very good location for public transports - 5-7 minutes on foot.

Window can not be open and ventilation system was too loud for using whole night. Beds were very soft for us. It seems one juice automatic is not enough for this large number of guests (one filling tap for all juices), there was always a big queue.

Well located hotel in Vienna Sud neighbourhood 10 minutes away from U-Bahn U3 and tram line 71. Staf at reception were very helpful and ready to answer any enquires one might have during the stay. Breakfast was good and even the dinner. You can opt for buffet or a-la-carte dinner. WIFI very strong all around the hotel. Very clean hotel and very comfortable for family vacations.

Toilet in our room was separate from the shower with no sink. One needed to move from the toilet and enter the shower to use the sink. I recommend to install a sink in the toilet room as well. On booking.com, breakfast was listed at €15 for adults. However the actual price at the hotel is €18.00. Even the car park cost on booking.com is listed €16 when in reality the cost is €18.90 per day. I've mentioned this at reception to update booking.com with the correct prices. Also the air-condition in our room was not effective enough for high temperatures such as 37 degrees .

The breakfast was quite good. Great variety and excellent quality. I would have liked something other than hard-boiled eggs, however. Scrambled or fried would have been a better choice. I also liked the easy access to the subway. We were able to make a trip into the central city for some sightseeing.

The hotel restaurant's menu selections for dinner were rather limited. Portions and quality were very good, however. The parking deck was convenient, safe, and well-lighted but I was under the impression it was included with the price of the room. 15 euros for one night's parking was a bit pricey.

The stff was very nice and happy to help with all of minor minor questions and inquiries. The food was aboundant, quality was good, similar to other places if this level - nothing too fancy but no bad surprises either. The room and especially the bathroom and toilet was clean. They have a super big lobby which is amazing for conferences and networking events.

Unfortunately they don't have an iron which guests can use, but they have the service if you need that. I should have check this before going to the place and it's not a big deal at all.

The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly, literally everyone was smiling and in good mood. We changed our room size last moment and the manager went out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast was excellent with great variety of food. We would highly recommend this place!

We made a few minor suggestions during our stay. The hotel was very responsive to our feedback and quickly reacted to our input, which is great! You can see that they really want to keep their quality consistent. So nothing really to complain about.

The staff is lovely and pleasant, especially the woman responsible for the desk in the dining room and the woman at the check-in desk. They were very helpful in understanding and caring about my special health-related request during our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant, including the beds, the toilet, and the bathroom. The double bed mattresses were soft and comfortable.

The refrigerator is very small and hardly working, and I would say that the quadruple room is too small for four people.

I must say that staying at JUFA Hotel Wien City was our last stay during the summer holiday trip, but yet it was absolutely stunning experience! Worn out after a long trip from Italy, we’ve decided to stay here for our last night. We were met & greeted by an elderly receptionist who turned out to be a Pole, too! Meeting him there was the highlight of the trip. Further to this, we were impressed by the hotel lounge, the approximate and comfort of the parking lot and overall hotel experience.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the online check-in procedure - guys, please stop using Google translate for English version. It’s a gibberish, really hard to follow and understand what’s needed to fill it in.

Spotlessly clean hotel replicated in the bedroom. Breakfast was beautiful, and staff were so professional. Location to the funfair was easy by pure coincidence. Restaurant was more than adequate and in an expensive city it was very reasonably priced

I really loved this hotel so criticizing it is hard. The view we had was onto the reception area but that was probably the room I booked. The only real criticism I would have is that the staff didn't have great English but we got through the language barrier with ease. I didn't have German so I was very patient and the staff respected that

I've stayed in this hotel so many times over the past six years or so, that frankly I now find it hard to tell what exactly it is that I love so much about it. It must be a combination of the big, bright atrium, the big and well furnished rooms, with plenty of storage spaces for an entire family and, most importantly, plenty of power outlets, the comfortable beds, the rich and delicious buffet breakfast, the reasonably priced underground parking, and last but not least, the extremely nice and helpful staff. Although some may find the location of the hotel a bit less attractive, I like it because it's very quiet, and besides, it's within a five minutes' walk from an underground station that's on a direct line to the Stephansdom, so it's actually very convenient as well. As an aside, last year, upon my remark that I liked the Jufa-branded neckties that the staff was wearing at the time, and after expressing my desire to buy one if possible, they were kind enough to offer me one as a gift. I now proudly wear it every time I'm at Jufa. In photo linked below it's me on the last day of my stay. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs were part of the actual buffet breakfast, like they used to be in the past, instead of having to order them explicitely each and every time. But really, this is just a tiny niggle, nothing serious.
