The hotel was clean, staff very helpful, comfortable and good sized rooms, very good location, quiet and clean place. Just 5 min walk from the metro. We did not take breakfast from the hotel, but it looked good. We prefer having breakfast from other locations when abroad. Price was very reasonable.

The temperature during our stay was around 30 degrees Celsius. The AC was not cooling at all. The mattresses were a bit soft for our liking. These were minor issues for us. Notwithstanding all this, we were happy with the hotel and will certainly recommend it to anyone.

Located close to 2 metro/underground stations, about a 400m walk, similarly close to the tram line into the city. A all-encompassing mall is close by for essentials, and it’s a safe place to have a walk. Beautiful surrounding buildings as well

Being a 3 star, it doesn’t have all the amenities like a fridge or kettle in the room, and the TV wasn’t working. WiFi was spotty at times, but all things that you don’t need on a vacation

The hotel is not in center of Vienna, but lt is near an U line. We have participated to an event at SimmCity and for us, it was perfect. We didn't have breakfast but we could have a very good coffee in the morning. Very good report quality/price. Nice place in an interior garden for having a coffee or a drink.

It was announced that there is no reception on Saturday evening, but it would be great to have a coffee on arrival. There is no coffee in the room or a coffee machine for self service.

My overall experience was great! I only faced a small problem with getting the key as I arrived late (in such cases, you can get the key by entering a code which you'll be given by the staff after calling them. However, in my case, my Austrian sim card wasn't functional and therefore I couldn't call them. I had to wait until someone gave me their phone to call.) After they I reached them, the staff were very helpful and super responsive. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Location was quiet, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Great connections to public transport with plenty of stores, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working during the evening and night; the room we had gotten came with an open shower, reducing privacy.

The bed was made of two small beds, so there was a small gap between them. Also couldn't add breakfast option when I have arrived (to have the option would've been great)

We only stopped here for one night as we were going to a gig in Vienna. But I wouldn't have stayed longer. The room as warm, a good size and the location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to the U2 line or Strassenbahn.

clean, well taken care, close to metro station and via line U3 you can reach heart of city in 20 minutes, dedicated car park space in basement, silent stay, nice place

internet connection was very week, in 2023 I could not understand this

the location was convinient as it is near a mall and transportation.

I wish there was a kettle or a microwave in the room
