I arrived here in the morning with Flixbus from Budapest. Time 08:00. The first advantage is that it is a 5-6 minute walk to the Vienna International Bus Station. The second advantage was the staff. They helped me check in in the morning for a very small additional fee. The hotel is very large, the elevators are working. The room size and cleanliness were good. The location is 4-5 minutes away from the Gasometer metro station. From that metro station, it is only 4 stops to the historic center of Vienna. There are two supermarkets right next to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Everything was good

It was easy to find and close to the metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They gave us the option for early check in which was amazing. The breakfast was nice especially on the Sunday when alot of bakeries are closed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was very spacious.

the toilet did not close with a lock which was a bit inconvenient. the cleaning seems to be done not everyday but you can ask for towels at the reception so that wasn’t too big of a problem.

Classical Ibis budget. Clean modest room. Shower gel, towels. Small table and a chair. Bed lights. Hairdryer and other devices are available at the 24/7 reception. Coffee and snack automats in the lobby. Little garden with tables and chairs inside the hotel. 5 min from subway station Gasometer. Mcdonalds at the station. Supermarket at the corner. In front of the hotel there is an open festival area, in warm days concerts are held there (at the 23:00 - silence). It can be fun)) I personally enjoyed.

No outlets by bed. In my room on the background floor there was not a pleasant view out of the window (you can see other windows of the hotel and a petrol station).

The staff is very nice and polite. The hotel is in a fantastic location, so near the main road, and it was a 9-minute walk to the Gasometer, where we attended a concert. They have a garage with a lot of space, so we didn't have to worry about our car. It has a very good location.

The room reminded me of a hospital room, even the smell. It was fine for a night's stay, but I couldn't imagine staying there for more nights. Everything is minimalistic. You enter the shower from the room. There is a small sink in the room, a small table, no wardrobe, and no cabinets to organise stuff.

We stayed for two nights and mainly used the room just to sleep. The location was very convenient, as it is close to Erdberg station where FlixBus arrives and departs, and it was easy to reach the city center with the U3 metro line. The room, shower, and toilet were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The Arena is very close to the hotel. There was a concert on our first night, but it ended around 11:00 pm, so our sleep was not disturbed.

The bathroom is not ventilated at all and is directly inside the room. Because of this, there was a faint but noticeable smell every time we entered.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was really clean and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with the metro station quite close – perfect when attending a concert at Gasometer. Great value for the price. The check-out process was super easy; you just had to drop the room key into a box and you were done.

What was weird that eggs at breakfast table were already peeled. They were also cold and to me they tasted funny... Also there could be bit more fresh stuff at breakfast. Like maybe few fruits. There were only small tomatoes. But this is really not a big deal. What was bit worse was, that I had a room facing the street. At some point early in the morning, it got bit hot, but I couldn't open the window because of the terrible noise from the street. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it didn’t seem to be working.

The hotel is very nice, the room really clean and enough qualifications. Everyday the room is cleaned on time by cleaner. The receptionists very nice and kindness. When we come to the hotel soon, they supported check in soon with free extracharge. When we check out late, they recommend some best option for us to keep luggage and when we must wait the flixbus untill night, they support us the place to take a rest. The price is suitable and not too much for 1 room with double bed. The hotel has the space for breakfast buffet quite large, clean and comfortable. Really appreciate and highly recommend you choose this hotel for your holiday.

It was a good, confortable, and clean place to be. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in a place at about 600m from metro station, so, it was a good departure point to walk around Vienna. There is a supermarket besides the hotel and a 24h store in front; it could be a good help if you arrives hungry. The room is spacious, at least for an only guest. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but considering the price, it was a very good deal.

It could be better if the room had a refrigerator and a microwave owen, but it is not really a big problem. The toilet has no lock. It was not a problem for me, since I was alone in the room, but it could be inconvenient for families, specially with kids.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was bright, clean, and cozy, with a very convenient lighting control system. The soundproofing was excellent—it was incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options. The hotel’s location is great—close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

I wish there had been a power outlet near the bed for convenience. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel provided a toothbrush and toothpaste as part of the amenities or at least offered them for purchase at the reception.

Great location for people travelling by car. Easy to get to, and close to city transport.

Pretty cheap room. No sockets near the bed. Shower leading straight into the bedroom, no bathroom as such.
