The location, very friendly staff, the restaurant was nice, size of the room and the delicious candies in every corner which I requested and they gave me a big bag. The receptionist when we checked out was super nice.

When we checked in, the room was filled with flies! And we waited for the cleaners however we got disgusted and killed some of the flies. The house keeper didn’t change the dirty towels and kept them on the shelf, they didn’t even wash the used cups with the tea bags. We stayed on the third floor there was foot steps above us I think it was from the bar and was very annoying at night.

The hotel is definitely of a very high standard. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and it was evident that great attention was given to even the smallest details. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, yet the entrance is so discreet that it offers a quiet and private retreat. The breakfast was great, more Western than local, but still very good.

We were a bit disappointed that the room we booked faced the hotel’s internal patio, which wasn’t as expected. The spa was fine but rather standard – I had hoped for a more unique and engaging experience, especially given the quality of the hotel.

Attention to detail and cleaning service was exceptional

The breakfast was very basic for such hotel. Very small and minimal Buffett.

The comfort and style of the place were great. It’s a five star hotel that doesn’t disappoint. The staff are exceptionally friendly here, (they really are lovely) and the location is superb - a short walk to all the art galleries (which was the purpose of my visit) other than the Belvedere which is located further out but which is also easily reached by public transport in about 25 minutes. It was also 20 minutes to the airport by taxi which was important to me as it was a whirlwind visit. It’s a very nice 5 star hotel in a lovely part of the Innere Stadt. The Brasserie Hoheit on the top floor serves very good food and wine, is surprisingly very good value and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The trout, sardines were delicious as was the artisanal bread and the Californian Chardonnay preserved by Coravin worked out as only £14.10 per glass - that is unheard of in London. The staff were again so friendly and pleasant.

Well…not much to not like. The gym is on the small side but I’ve seen smaller in five star hotels in Paris. It was fine and I used it once. 2 treadmills, hand weights only but it was fine for me that day. There is no pool. The room was on the pricey side given its size. I took a junior suite and it was actually about what you’d pay in central London. Very nice but by no means a bargain and a teeny bit small for £1500 per night? Nice large marble bathroom with bath and separate shower though.

Great experience over all . Location is good as it’s middle of all the shops , rooms are big and organized.. cleaners always coming two times a day to clean and organize the room . .. very helpful and attentive staff .. they made my stay wonderful ..

The breakfast was the only bad experience I had .. as I ordered in the buffet omelette and took more than 1 hour to make . Since I couldn’t Waite any longer , because I had to check out .. I didn’t even have my breakfast. .. so it’s advised to tell your customer that making your breakfast will take that long . So they can eat outside the hotel .

My stay at Rosewood Vienna was by far outstanding! My family and I enjoyed every moment spent here and the experience fell nothing short of perfect! From the excellent location, to the great services provided, facilities, and most importantly, the wonderful and friendly staff—they made our stay feel like home. From the staff at the entrance, the concierge, front desk, room service, as well as the staff at the Neue Hoheit restaurant. And I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the staff that made our stay pleasurable (and forgive me if I forgot to mention any names): Esabella, Peter, Helen, Caroline, Maggy, Luciano, Gabor, Aleksander, Balint, and Leoni. Everything was perfect!

The room size was very comfortable with a nice view of the area. The location of this property is certainly a plus for me and the staff are very friendly. I for got a bag in the restaurant and remembered a few hours later. The bag was returned without anything missing. So plus for honesty. Concierge were very helpful in directing me to some shops. The restaurant on the rooftop was great for breakfast and later on tea/coffee. It has nice views of the city and an inner courtyard for when the weather is nice to sit out, which it was for the few days I was there.

I thought the room was a bit dark in terms of lights. But maybe it was dimmed and I did not take the time to change that. I did not find any thing I did not like about this property. Would definitely be staying here when I am back in Vienna.

Great location, amazing design, great food.

Before our arrival the hotel asked if there is any special occasion - we informed them that this is our anniversary. At the CHECKOUT I told them that not even a welcome message waited for us. They said, they asked the housekeeping to organize a small gift, but it seems they forgot. We want to the salon to have some special cakes and coffe. the waiter try to convince us 3 times to go with him to see what conference, training rooms they have. I tried to sign him politely, that we not open for that, cause we here to celebrate, not on a business trip, until i needed to tell him clearly to give us some privacy. In the room it is not clear what is included from the beverages. Lastly while we stayed there there was a promotion on booking for 520 euro per night, while we paid 820 euros.
