Would highly recommend. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast, though limited in options, was good and sufficient to start the day. Location: while the hotel itself is in Swechat, the nearest train station(Kaiserebersdorf) which is 5-10 minutes walk away, is located in Vienna. From there, you can reach Vienna Mitte in about 10 minutes

One small downside is that the reception is not open 24/7, so we were unable to store our luggage after check-out for later pickup before heading to the airport. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast. Clean, free parking, A/C in the room, near Vienna International airport (10 min. drive). Lift to upper floors. Mosquito nets (the first place we found in Austria) on the windows.

Small room Car park is on the back side, so if you drive according the official address you will have to go around. Many steps from the car park to the lobby and additional 4-5 steps everywhere. If you travel with large suitcases, drop off in the lobby and then take the car to the parking lot.

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location was perfect- easy to get into Vienna, but also with some local restaurants and cafes around in Schwechat. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. The bed was very comfortable.

The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great- we could hear our neighbours talking and the water pipes run.

This is the only hotel we've stayed in as an "airport stop-over" that I'd have liked to stay a bit longer in! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, bed very comfy, room facilities great, it was very quiet and the breakfast superb. We had contact with the staff by email before arrival and they were very helpful and responded quickly. The staff on duty at breakfast were excellent too. It's a very convenient location for both airport and the city and the secure parking was a major bonus for us. We had a short visit into Vienna and the train station was less than 10 mins from the hotel, straight down the road. In short, it was perfect for us in every way.

Nothing about the hotel itself. We weren't sure of the area of Schwechat as we'd never been before, but it seemed ok - typical city outlying region, so not the most attractive, but that's not the hotel's fault!

Well the room had everything we wanted, the room was affordable, great value for money, it was clean, tidy, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, it is very near to the train to the airport and city center, there was shataf in the toilet 😃

Well, not much, there was a bad smell when entering the reception, the bed was 2 beds joined together which was not comfortable, the covet was split to 2 as well.

This was a great choice for my family to stay the night relatively close to the airport after a late arrival. The system for leaving room keys after hours in a box next to the hotel entrance worked well. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for the day while we were in town.

Our room had a very small window and was rather spare and we could hear someone snoring in the next room. The bathroom was compact with a sink that was a bit smaller than was convenient. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is very well located for Vienna airport. I was able to get there by train in 16 minutes having landed in Vienna after midnight, and it's a short walk from the station. A taxi ride is also very easy - 10-15 min from the door to the airport. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - way better than going to an airport cafe, and good service. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Would happily stay there again if need an overnight stay in Vienna. Self check-in at night was super-easy.

The toiletries provided were basic (no shampoo), but it wasn't a problem for me.

The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, there was no hot food. The room had a bathtub, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a bus stop right at the entrance.

In the morning, there was some disturbance from people walking around outside and the sound of cleaning equipment.

breakfast was wonderful, I had a freshly cooked omelet and the staff were so kind.

It's a 10 minute walk to the train station, and another 10 minute train ride to the airport, so it's not exactly an "airport hotel" but the journey is easy to manage.

Great location for stopover before a flight. Exceptional clean. Great communications and clear instructions for key collection and private parking. Great choice and quality of breakfast. Amazing coffee by lady on breakfast. Easy, fast checkout. Definitely recommend.
