Very clean rooms, quite spacious room for 4 people! Comfortable beds! Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Extremely helpful hosts!!! Thank you! A tram stop is just across the road with direct line to the RING (museums, parliament, opera house, town hall etc.) It takes 40 mins though 😉 Ample parking space FREE. A great option to visit Vienna . The price for Christmas Market time was decent!

Free parking, nice breakfast, comfy beds, trams in front of the house take you right to the center. Very kind service at reception and at the breakfast.

Room was outdated, would need some renwal, one of the night lamps did not work.

The owners are so welcoming and helpful. The room and location is fantastic ! I’m so glad I chose this place. I had a short night between two long travels and lots of luggage and the place and owners made me feel at home and like all my needs would be taken care of. Breakfast was incredible. Lot’s of lovely fresh choices in a bright room to start the day. Loved everything about it! Big thank you to the owners.

The room was very big and was cleaned very well. The bed was also fine. There's a big variety being offered during breakfast, which was also the best part of our short stay. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful when my sister asked about any gluten-free alternatives for her breakfast.

I have paid 89 Euro for one night stay in single room. I was pleasantly surprised to find small, but cozy room with good bed and everything needed. The hotel is just across the street of the end-stop of the tram 71, which goes from Simmering subway. So it is less than an hour to get to the center

The breakfast is basic, so it would be hard to live many days in this hotel. But for one night it absolutely sufficient

rooms are clean and warm, mine faced the yard so it was rather quiet. bathroom was spacious enough, pretty basic. parking available for those who needed it.

bed was not so comfortable, in fact it would be ok if the pillow was not so soft and flat, like sleeping on a pillow case.

Very clean rooms. Bed was really comfortable! It is easy reachable by public transport, station is just in front of the Pension. Great option if you want a hotel near the airport. Breakfast was good. By just a 2 minute walking, there is a great restaurant Pan, which has perfect food and multi countries cousine, including vegetarian options.

Location... Tram stops at door of hotel. Free parking. Hospitality, men on reception and his wife were more than kind, always with smile. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!
