The reception was very nice and helpful while the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, it was worth it to pay €15.5/ person. There are multiple places to go to eat dinner in a walking distance of 15-20 min and the train station is at 17 min of walk. They have available shuttle to the airport for €7.5/person.

The room was smaller than expected, but had included air conditioning and a well sized fridge, although there is no furniture other than the 2 night stands. For us it did not make any difference since we did not unpack.

Good option for a long layover or night's stay before flying out of Vienna. It's about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport with a 5 euro/person shuttle bookable to get back to the airport. We were a family of 4 traveling and had a room with two double beds. All of us were exhausted and slept very well for a few hours before having to go back to airport. Not a whole lot in the neighborhood but I think there is a supermarket not too far away.

Area options for food. Not the fault of the hotel but there are limited options to eat especially late at night. If you are arriving late, grab something at the airport before coming to hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Arion Airport Hotel! It is close to highway and Vienna International Airport, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and big, with modern decoration and comfortable beds. Free parking is a plus. Delicious and varied breakfast included. Staff helpful if asked something. A 15 minutes walk from train station to city center.

I would have liked to have been given all the information at the check in, instead of having to ask, for example, what time breakfast is.

We enjoyed our short stay in the location. It is very close to the airport and also easy to acces Viena city center, using S7 train.Of course, this info was detailed in english/german in the room.The room was clean and Nice, with working AC , very usefull for the torid day in Viena (+31 degrees).

Small issue in the shower cabin that was not having enough silicon isolation, this could generate some extra water on the bathroom floor. A recommandations is to have a reminder in each room related to respect the other and not make a lot of noise, ora leave the door of the room opened and small kids making tours in/put of the room, not quietly 😁

Staff , especially girl on desk, were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle service to airport when I left. Though out of city, was walking distance to train to city centre, and a good restaurant. Comfortable, clean, plenty of hot water.

For what I wanted - a hotel near the airport but with easy access to city, it was perfect. Room was smallish, no restaurant for dinner on site, I guess these could be drawbacks for others.

Room were compact even the lift was enough for two people but hey this was Vienna everything is compact and super expensive,The breakfast was excellent and loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport which is about 5 kms away and costs about 18 euros everything was excellent.

The staff was excellent except for a cook/waiter his name was Sebastin who was quite rude i've already told the front office staff about it and they said they will inform their manager about it rest everthing was good.

I've been a guest of this structure several times. It's a really good location to get to the airport with no stress whatsoever, also thanks to the shuttle service that they provide. I checked in a bit late and I didn't have dinner yet, but they ordered a delivery for me which I received directly in my bedroom. The bed is comfy and the room silent, they have beers and other drinks at the reception, I remember also seeing some snacks like chips and other stuff. At breakfast I enjoyed the small garden that they have next to the restaurant. Definitely recommended.

The airport shuttle is definitely overpriced, but still cheaper than a cab.

The cleanliness and space of the hotel room exceeded my expectations, given that it’s a Western European hotel. It was close to the airport and the breakfast was great! So many varieties. I really enjoyed my one night there. Only minus was the lack of food options during the night where you have to order in… otherwise nothing can beat this hotel for a short airport layover or stay

Comfortable bed and adequate, clean room. Nice breakfast buffet and staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for the airport and local transport.

Bar and restaurant wasn't open in the evening as expected. Noise came in easily from the corridors. Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee making facilities.

My flight was cancelled and I needed to find a last minute accomodation. I choose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and little more but I was very pleased to see how comfortable, clean, and big the room was. A real pleasure after a long afternoon in the airport. They also arranged it a shuttle to the airport for the next morning that was very punctual!
