Rooms were clean, staff very helpful

The booking.com site states 5 miles from airport, in fact it is 30 klms away, it is only 5 miles if you have a helicopter, it is 2 buses and 2 trains or a rather expensive taxi ride. When I found out and had booked a non change room, and asked directions, I was told it was in fact 30 KLM ride, and that booking.com had marked it as 5 miles. I am extremely unhappy with that little bit of info from booking Com and think it needs to be changed.

Since there was noone at the reception desk when we arrived, nor when we had to go the next day, I guess I liked the open door policy and trust that customers arriving late / leaving early are going to do the honourable thing and pay for their stay. Otherwise the property was clean, well maintained, the room was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed.

I made the reservation the day of travel and I got a message that if we were to arrive after 10 pm they would leave the completed papers and key at the reception desk. We arrived exactly at 10 pm and there was noone at the reception desk, but neither was any paperwork or key. I tried the phone number of the property multiple times only to get a recorded message and hold music. Given the late time in the evening and the fact that I had pre-paid earlier, I helped myself to a key, got a room, slept there and left the key on the reception desk the next morning, as once again, noone was there. I hate to think what would have happened if the main door had not been open, or if I could not easily access any room keys! Weird to say the least.

Very tranquile place... Good for an overnight before heading to the airport.

There was no keetle in the room... The place doesn't offer dinner... A keetle in the rooms is a must for the guests to enable them to make a quick coffee in the morning before departure.. The receptionists should follow a very specific training to clearly understand that guests are not here to beg when they ask for slme services like dinner or some needed amnesties. Most hotels in Asia and middle east don't know the word : we don't have or we don't offer... They do everything to make the guests stay very pleasant... I repeat : we are not begging.. We are paying a lot to be in these places!

Bulem the Chef was extremely kind. He gave me a plug-in outlet for European power outlets. Clean beds and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Exceptional pricing for someone purely looking for a place to stay with no fuss. Very nice and almisch dining area too. Incredible first impression of European hotels versus what we have in Minnesota. In Minnesota you pay 3x the price for nearly unbearable conditions.

Don't go here straight from the airport. It says "5 Miles away" but you will have to go through Praterstern across the river which ends up taking 90 minutes. My checked bags came late and I spent a lot of time driving. Not the hotel's fault, but don't make the same mistake as me.

the restaurant is not good schnitzel tastes like cardboard the room had an unpleasant smell at first prob not enough vented after cleaning no A.C.

Great breakfast was a real nice surprise. Really friendly staff, especially receptionist and gentlemen in 'Breakfest' poloshirt. Really clean room.

Rooms are rather basic, with much outdated interiors.

Pretty nice for the price. The breakfast was ok, the garden (yard) was nice and the staff was very polite and nice!

The bathroom, especially the shower which was broken and because of this the water did not have enough pressure.

Good rooms to stay for one day to go to Itally. Good breakfast. Enough to eat, drink coffee ☕️ and keep driving forward. In warm days nice to.eat breakfast outside. Close to the hotel, nice Greeks tawern

The furniture is a bit old and intesed used. Some additional cleaning is required.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, someones hair on several places, also dust in the corners of the room and bathroom. That shouldn't happen in a hotel
