The building, interior and living space all high quality material which created most comfortable stay. Reception attended by most gracious staff.

Location was farther from the centre old town than hoped for, but once you figured out the underground very easy and fast: the U4 subway line, which connects the city center with Schönbrunn, as well as the U6 will take you directly to the Grätzel. Excellent breakfast around the corner at La Cremerie and the Meidlinger Markt (market) provided for easy dining with a fine restaurant experience at wirtschaft. am markt.

The gps is not easy to find the hotel , it take me a while to locate the exact location ,

Anett and all staff involved were amazing, they gave us all the info we needed during checkin and Anett even stayed late to welcome us herself and give us a tour of the apartment. They asked us every day if we needed anything and at checkout they helped store our luggage until it was time to leave for the airport. As for the room, it was perfect, very clean design and came with some complementary snacks and water.

Everything was great, the apartment was super clean and spacious. Self check-in is very easy, host sent us clear instructions. Parking was free and in the garage which was very important for us.

Super accommodation, with many extras that make your stay really comfortable: for example parking in the nearby car park, a comfortable bed, very good quality bed linen, a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner garden. And we had an extra surprise, my husband had a birthday during our stay, a bottle of delicious red wine, balloons and a kind greeting waiting in the room. There are two metro stations within a few minutes' walk, and the city centre can also be reached quickly and easily by bike. The Meidlingen Markt in the nearby square is a great place to eat, with not only good restaurants but also super wine bars and cafés. We had a great time here and would come back again.

We arrived a few minutes after 4pm, so there was no reception and the online check-in terminal was not working, but the staff arrived immediately after calling, so there was no inconvenience. Parking is paid for with the daily parking tickets given at reception, we accidentally left two with the room cards, but it was absolutely our fault, not the hotel's.

- Very nice facilities. The apartment had everything we needed to stay for 4 nights comfortably. - Very good location. The subway station is near and there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There is a nearby Turkish barbershop. There is a big SPAR supermarket nearby. - Staff were super nice and helpful.

- The apartment is kind of small but not in a very bad way. We were two, and it was just good enough. Had we had an additional person like a baby our child then it would have been a little annoying. - the parking garage is not in the hotel. In fact, I had to walk 10 minutes to get to the parking garage which was a little bit annoying.

A classy place, Nespresso machine was very handy, well equipped, felt a safe area.

It was perhaps a little more open plan than we expected but we were family so it didn't really matter. Because of the parking restrictions in Vienna, I spent a lot of time before we arrived worrying about this. The car park nearby that was recommended to me by the staff here worked out perfectly, and was cheaper than I worried it might be. Actually was pretty good value, not a major problem at all, and worth it, to be in the city, not some souless hotel near the airport. But, it's not ideal for a quick overnight if you're going to want to stay outside the permitted hours, if you don't like chancing it with the parking. I stress, we had no problem. Just something to bear in mind for some, if driving. Worth it though.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, adjacent to the small market square in Meidling, a pleasant suburb of central Vienna easily accessible by bus and by underground, so transport connections were easy (but then that's true of the whole of Vienna!). The apartment block was modern, with a contemporary nod to Wiener Jugendstil styling. We received an access code in advance to get into the building and instructions to get our apartment keycards from a locked box once inside, as we arrived late. The apartment itself was very nice indeed - clean, pleasantly styled, with a comfortable bed, good spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There are two laundry rooms in the building, with washing and ironing facilities, which proved useful in refreshing creased clothes from my suitcase! We had limited interaction with a member of staff at reception, who was friendly and pleasant. All in all it was an excellent find and I would gladly stay there again. It was great having the little market square around the corner, with fruit and vegetable stalls and a number of small businesses, coffee shops, small restaurants etc.

Virtually nothing. The layout of the apartment was a little unusual in that the dining table had an unnecessarily high partition between it and the rest of the bedroom and the decor was quite dark, but the lighting was fine so these were minor quibbles, not problems.

The design and layout of the apartment was exceptional - beautiful artwork and lots of space. My mum slept in the comfy double and I slept on the sofabed, which was totally fine, if a little hard. It was great to have a well-equipped kitchen and the balcony was a lovely touch. Communication with staff was easy and they were very helpful with any questions we had. The property is outside the centre, so you have to get public transport but this was totally fine with us and it was easy to work out the trams/buses/trains and a great way to see the city. Lovely area with an amazing (Meidlinger Markt) food market, with lots of great restaurants - we ate there a lot and highly recommend! Many things are closed on Sundays, so just keep this in mind when planning your day.

- maybe a couple more English channels on the TV other than the news (minor) - there was plenty of shower gel and shampoo, but no conditioner - we realised that the water there must be very soft as we didn't need any conditioner!

It was my first experience in an aparthotel and luckily it was an excellent one: connections, lovely and comfortable room, safe neighborhood, proper and fully functional kitchen, generously big TV with a decent number of English speaking channels. I will definitely return to Vienna and specifically to this property.

Vienna makes up for all and every slightly imperfect detail. This is the general rule and does not apply to this property, since everything was absolutely fine.
