I liked the location, it is only 2 minutes away from metro - Donaumarina. The apartment is new, clean, with all facilities and little presents.:-) It has a beautiful view to Donau river.

I did not like that during our staying, workers came and started to make kitchen reconstructions. And then, they came again when we were out for a walk. It is not comfortable. Reconstruction works in the house (building) are not finished, maybe later nobody will disturb while your staying.

The location is good connected to all public transport: U-Bahn is in 20 meters, large and relatively cheap parking in 100 meters

This apartment from similar ones in the same district was more expensive, however it was chosen regarding the air conditioning system presence during 30+ degrees in Vienna. Unfortunately upon my arrival the air conditioner was not working and on it was put a sticker “defect” (see the attachment). It was possible to reach the host only after a day and it was agreed to bring me the ventilator and give -20% discount on the stay regarding the inconvenience, however, the ventilator was brought only onto departure day and the refund consisted only 12%. The communication with Booking. com and the host haven’t had no influence to solve the mentioned problem.

All the facilities are band new. Just 2 mins to U2 U-Bahn and Airport Bus (Val3)which is only 20mins to Vienna Airport. Walking distance to Donau River. Billa supermarket at the ground floor of Marina Tower.

When I arrive and follow the introduction to pick up the key. But the keybox is empty. It is the contactless apartment. So I call the hot line and wait for around 1/2 to got the key. Except this special case. All the rest are good.

Check-in went smoothly, all info was provided by email. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped though I would prefer more than 2 coffee pads but hey... Metro (U Bahn) station was just below the building so extremely easily accesible.

Couldn't get the heating system on (fan was working, "temperature" setting was showing some K measures, but no warm air coming out of it). Eventually, I turned the bathroom radiator to max and left the bathroom door open to heat up the space. Also, there is no wardrobe in the bedroom so I kept my clothes in suitcase on the floor. There is something like a wardrobe next to the bathroom but then I would have to remove the ironing board to make it usable.

Nice view from the apartment, modern building and interior, great equipment, U2 Subway is very close (50m), Billa is on the ground floor of the building. Free Nespresso capsules, washing machine and dishwasher tabs, as well as some basic cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were also waiting for us when arrived in the apartment.

Suburbian area, not much services around (restaurants, shops, etc.). City center is quite far from the apartment by walk. No parking aooprtunity in the building but there is a quite cheap parking house not far from the apartment (100m), pretty convenient to park there (5 EUR/day)

I liked the location very much, a couple of minutes to the metro, and 15 minutes to the center by metro. Nice and comfortable room with everything you need and more. Supermarket right in the building.

Not enough information when settling. It turns out that we had to go to the concierge in a neighboring building and get the key from him. It was not specified anywhere. We did not use a pin code. Dirty frying pan that took a long time to wash yourself. The view from the window did not match the declared one - our windows overlooked an ugly parking lot.

I liked how close it was to the metro and also how close it was to the Ernst Happel stadium. It was a brisk 10 minutes walk which was a huge advantage when the metro got crowded after the concert.

Location near the river, metro and supermarket. Suitable apartment with anything we need.

There were 2 chairs near the table - but my family consist of three people. It wasn't convenient. And there was a problem with air conditioner - it made loud noise like shots! And the last - we expected a settlement in a skyscraper, but lived on the 2nd floor.

Great location, quiet area, close to everything, very good apartment, second floor, 2 floors below store and great caffeteria. 7 minutes walking to Ernst Happel Stadion, half an our to Prater.

In the apartment was like in sauna for the first day, air condition wasn’t working ( well, it was overtaped, so we believed it’s not working ). And the second, the smell in the bathroom was awful.
