The location of the apartment is a big bonus point as the metro station and bus station are literally at the doorstep of the building. There is a store available downstairs for your daily needs. The view from the apartment is very good, as the Danube river is flowing next to the building.

While booking it was mentioned that my apartment would be river view, instead the apartment provided to me had parking lot view.

The location was great! The apartment was spacious enough for a small family Nice facility with all equipment necessary.

The floor of the apartment could have been cleaner.

It is a spacious and very clean apartment with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, washing machine, iron, etc. There is a grocery shop on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor. You are literally next to a metro and bus stop. In a few minutes you are in the centre of Vienna. You are right on the Danube, where you can walk and run along the river, on the Danube Island, by the Prater or cycle along the asphalt path all the way to Bratislava.

Very good experience I was a little worried about the bad reviews before I came, but this apartment is great! Great location! The transportation is very convenient! There's a BILLA supermarket downstairs, so anyway, we're happy（If you choose a more expensive room with a view of the Danube River, the room will also be larger）

It would be nice if the curtains in the bedroom could be bigger, because it can't cover all the Windows, which has an impact on our privacy

The location is good. A few step to the underground, lesser crowded station. There is supermarket under the apartment which is convenience for finding some stuffs. The apartment provide extraordinary facilities such as kitchen wares, wash machines, microwaves etc.

The check in code is quite delayed, I faced the bad experience in the checkin process. The call center that provide the information on check in need to improve the communication skills. The sound quite rude for the guest. Since the code does not send in time of check in, the apologize from the staff should be action instead of calling the guest to rechecking thier E-mail !.

Very close to Ernst Happel stadium, so it is good for going to a concert, 10min. walk to the stadium. Apartment is clean, smells good, has very comfortable beds, nice little kitchen with a fridge, bathroom with plenty of hot water, nice working television and a big window facing the streets and a river Danube.

We arrived around 15 o'clock and couldn't enter the apartment with the 4 digit code provided because the door mechanism had its battery drained so we had to wait almost an hour for their technician to come with a key and let us in, which just proves the standard door with keys are better than the ones with the digitalization and technology.

The apartment was comfortable, modern and cozy. The building is new, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, fitness center, kindergarten. The metro station is a one-minute walk from the building, so its very easy to reach the city center.Communication with Residence team was great. At first, we was a bit confusing to find the appartment entrance, but the stuff in the lobby were kind and helpful.

We have to request additional bedding for the third person, but the staff rasponded immediately.

Very good location, with nice facilities, café restaurants and... Suggest to everyone. I am sure that I will rebook for the next time.
